Unless that Marshadow cameo leads to something... but I think it's just a joke on the fact that Rotom missed out on a rare Pokémon.  I expect a change in the opening and ending when this arc begins. Although while the ending should change, there are different ways the intro could go: A completely new song and animation, a remix of "Alola!!" and new animation or an updated version to promote the Ultra Guardians arc of the same one. If it's still going to be "Alola!!" I'll be fine, because it's such a wholesome and cheerful song that I haven't gotten sick of hearing it, which is a first for me. Seriously, even if I really like the song, I will eventually get sick of hearing it when I feel it has lasted way too long. But "Alola!!" doesn't have that effect. |

GO GO POWER RANGERS! Hah, oh I couldn't resist, lol. The extra dimensional Pokemon that got near top billing in the games take center stage!
I hope this one doesn't end too quickly, as I sorta want to see the big boy Necrozma having a pretty sizable spotlight given its presentation in the games!

Full summary and voice cast for SM059-SM058 screenshots: filb.de/anime/sm/058 and SM059 preview video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjaEHnYG18YI love this week's episode, it was both funny and emotional, also first appearance of a bisexual Pokémon. Although Satoshi's part felt kind of pointless. Kojiro trying to catch a Pokémon Musashi has owned was an odd choice, but I guess they it's the most obvious female Water-type they could think of. And next week's episode looks to be very cute, little Suiren and Mao flashback, I am kind of getting some Totoro vibes from it (you should know why).
So it was hard to tell at first with a small image, but now we got a clearer one and can see Acerola's Mimikkyu is indeed shiny:  |

True, it could have been a little better. Also, did you catch the Wimpod cameo? I wonder if it meant something, or maybe it's just me hoping. It's not the first time, a Wimpod scurring on the beach has happened in other episodes, not surprisingly people are wondering if it's leading to something. |
