I'm not sure what that's about, but I assume it comes from majority of Western people having no idea what Pretty Cure is.
It joins GeGeGe no Kitaro as the two anime produced by Toei Animation which are loved in Japan, but underrated outside it.

I admittively had no idea what Pretty Cure was, and the Tournament of Power arc in Dragonball Super with Universe 2's Fireballs transformation is what I associated it with first till now I realize that is also referencing Pretty Cure. Since in the States, I think the most Magical Girl type show people even know about more than vaguely would be Sailor Moon.

Okay this was the traditional 'Meowth falls in love' episode we get every series which was pretty funny, but next week's episode is the one a lot of people has been waiting for out boy is about to show up now.

And then when we get to the Suspicious Mansion, we are greeted with a rap as Guzma is introduced, fitting the Skull Gang's gangster nature. Creativity with the "Who is it?" segment again with Sonansu's cry flowing into the episode as we find out the Rockets got wrecked by Guzma. |

But seriously, Guzma officially has the best introduction out of any character so far.When you're suddenly forced into a rap battle, with no preparation, this is the result.
The Rocket Gang sound awful here because that's the whole damn point of this scene.

Was hoping that there would be a remake of the first movie ending song and there is. That's one thing I'm looking forward to:But TPCI's ending song won't be a remake, as 4kids used multiple songs for the dub of the first movie. So they'll make a new one.

I hope this brings an end to the generation one pandering once and for all. I'm not sure who overseas decided to green-light this idea, but I kind of hope it flops as to teach them a lesson to move onto something more innovative.
