Just because Ashirene didn't use its signature move here, this doesn't mean she didn't learn it after evolving.
Suiren wanted to calm Kyogre down, not anger it more, hence why she had Ashirene sing to it and not attack.
So I know it has been overused, but I found how they used Future Connection in SM120 worked extremely well.

I apologize if it seemed like I was disappointed from Primarina not getting Sparkling Aria as of yet. That is certainly not the case. I was trying to point out something I noticed.

New title and summaries: SM125- Satoshi: A Timeless Encounter!Masaaki Iwane solo animated SM120 and you can see what an amazing job he did.   An amazing evolution for my favourite Alolan starter, a Legendary appears and add in the great animation and you have a fantastic episode. |

What I really liked about this episode was just how purely wholesome it was from start to finish. From the moments of cartoonish humor at the beginning, to the plot of the episode, Brionnie evolving, and so much more. Top of it all, the ending credits track makes it feel complete too. One thing SM does really well is characterizing the wild Pokemon that appear in it and this Kyogre's nonchant stoic behavior was pretty amusing when the show had it be funny (the fishing hook with the antidote put right in front of it and it just...stares it at! Kyogre's just standing there, menacingly!) and then chasing Lana down. Overall, super great episode, executed nigh flawlessly.

And she ends up getting the Grass-Z. While Future Connection's placement worked really well in the previous episode, it did not with this as it's not an energetic scene. |

It's a phrase said by samurais in old samurai movies as well as by a character named Goemon from Lupin the Third. Here is the voice in reverse: The episode might have been recorded around the same time that Lupin the Third creator Monkey Punch passed away (which was 11th April) and so this may have been done as a homage. Not only that, but the Rocket Gang's motto in this episode is done with a Lupid the Third inspired style: |

Oh Don, you noticed Kartana was speaking a phrase backwards too. It's also reminiscent of its concept art which also had it say "Another unworthy foe has fallen to my blade." It's a pretty neat touch of having the little paper Samurai speak...well, Samurai!

I forgot to add that Daisuke Namikawa is the current voice actor for Goemon Ishikawa XIII (that's the full name of said character).
