Because they both have shouting a single word ("OK!" and "Iku Z!!/Ikou Z!!") and are really in your face. My problem with "XY&Z" is exactly that; it was so in-my-face that I felt like I was being brass knuckle-punched there. "OK!!" somehow avoided that problem and so did "Spurt", but "XY&Z" got too excited and became an assault on my senses. I can only hope the upcoming dub opening doesn't follow that lead.

I can only hope the upcoming dub opening doesn't follow that lead. Don't worry, the dub opening will try too hard to sound upbeat, but will fail at it (like always). ...I'm sorry, but that's how TPCI's songs are like to me.

The title for the 19th movie has been revealed, along with a brand new Pokemon: Volcanion and the Ingenious Magiana So could this be the very first reveal of 7th Generation Pokémon? Or is there going to really be an extension in the Kalos region with more 6th gen Pokémon?

So many people on Twitter misread Magiana's name as "Mangina". I wonder if TPCi will catch on to that, too, and change its name.

Seeing as the spelling of its name is not positioned in the same way as that word (and people are just being childish idiots) I will say; no. But if they do change it, then I would be surprised, because they never change the name of the new Pokémon starring in the next movie.

...I'm conflicted. Sure, the first 7th Gen Pokémon is huge news and all that, but I was honestly hoping that the 19th movie would be all about Volcanion and Zygarde and NOT about another cute legendary Pokémon. Oh well, it might still be a good movie.

Zygarde is having a big role in the TV series, they aren't going to give it two at the same time. They did the same with Meloetta and the reverse with Celebi. Zygarde and Meloetta are and were the main focus of a huge story arc, meanwhile Celebi was also going to have this, until it was decided it'll be in a movie.

Dogasu of Dogasu's BackPack (who's greatly aware of the Japanese language) said this on Magiana's name- So yeah, anyone who's mistakenly saying it like the word for a female's private area are stupid for doing so. XY&Z014: filb.de/anime/xyz/014 screenshots and XY&Z015 preview video: filb.de/anime/xyz/015. The Flare Gang have captured Z-2 (blue Zygarde Core). The special Rocket Gang ending was so ridiculous. It was like a bad Powerpoint presentation, which I am convinced the Rocket Gang created themselves.

I'm aware of the Japanese language, too. At least as far as pronunciation goes. That whole "mangina" thing was just a case of people not knowing Japanese pronunciation and also because they wanted an immature joke to make. Unlike the case with Mandibuzz's Japanese name (the one Japanese name I will never, ever, ever use) walking directly into NSFW jokes, this one was grasping at straws to make those kinds of jokes out of. For crying out loud, "Magiana" isn't even a perfect anagram for "mangina", so they don't even have that excuse.
Sheesh, I'm going pretty far to help kill this joke, huh?

Ah yes, Vulgina, now that IS pronounced similar to... that. It's a combination of vulture and regina (Latian for queen). "Magiana" isn't even a perfect anagram for "mangina"Wait, wait, I just remembered: that's already a word (Google search it). So I think people had that on mind as well.

Basically, it's almost like the whole "Xemnas"/"Mansex" thing all over again.
For the record, whenever I have to say Mandibuzz's Japanese name, I say "Vulreina" instead (reina = Spanish for "queen").

New information regarding the 19th Pokémon movie can be read on here: www.pocketmonsters.net/main/news/2506So the new Pokémon's name was never Magiana, but Magearna? I ask because that summary uses Japanese names.

I ask because that summary uses Japanese names. CorrectLots of people had already guessed the spelling, which is a portmanteau of the English word "gear" and the Latin word "machina".

Ah I see, thank you, Adamant, for confirming it. I should have known TPCI wouldn't change its name.
Now I'm going to be bothered by the constant people who think Magearna did get a named change.
