Hello. It is 1048pm as I start this. There was some bs I had to put up with this week. The main thing is that winter has made itself known. Mon into Tue was a snowstorm. Where I live, it was maybe 3.5in. After work Tue, I went out to shovel my driveway. I live at a T intersection, where my driveway points out to the cross street. Apparently, they had one of the many garbage truck drivers driving the snow plow here. The guy apparently plowed the cross street coming towards my house. Instead of turning a bit to put the snow in the ditch, he plowed it right into the end of my driveway. It was a decent sized pile, and it was a bit hard, because it got packed. I had to turn my shovel upside down, and put the handle in the pile to break in up. I usually go above and beyond doing the end of my driveway. I will also do the edge of the street approaching it, and a bit of the intersection. This time, I just got the plow snow out of the driveway, and just put most of that back in the street where it came from. I'm also having an "issue" with my work computer. Nothings actually happening with it, but the updates are not installing. After work on Fri, I left it on and connected to the network while I went out to get my meal, get gas, and do a bit of shopping. When I got home, it still wasn't updating. I did pay a bit more attention to some stuff, and got a bit more info on what is going on.
I also had a food-related issue, but I'll mention that below.
I guess I can get to the food now.
Sat: My "meal" was a box of Wheat Thins crackers. They were the Sundried Tomato & Basil flavor. They were good.
I had some of the cocktail sausages, but decided to have them after the WT.
Sun: I had the last of the cocktail sausages.
My meal was just 2 things. My snack item was a bag of Crav'n Flavor potato chips. They were the Sour Cream & Onion flavor. They were good. the main part of my meal was 2 cans of store-brand chunky soup. It was the Sirloin Burger variety. It was good.
Mon: I didn't eat anything except meal prep related nibbling.
Tue: My first snack was a bag of ALDI fried onions. They were good. My second snack was a can of StarKist tuna in oil. It was good. I took it off the shelf. My last snack was a bag of Andy Capp Hot Fries. They were good. That is the last bag I have.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using ~8oz of frozen broccoli. I cooked it on Mon using the healthy method. When I was adding the spices...., I did not use ALDI soy sauce. That's because the bottle was almost empty. Instead, I used a packet of Lee Kum Kee, which I had in the fridge. When it was time to eat, I also used a packet of LKK. I took the rice mix out of the fridge. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
My meat item was a can of Northern Catch sardines in hot sauce. They were good. I took them off the shelf.
Wed: I just had the rice I had set aside. I took it out of the fridge. It was good plain and with my 3 items, but no combos. For soy sauce, I used of the rest of the ALDI bottle.
Thu: I got my first snack at Church's. There is a deal where you get a leg, thigh, biscuit, and jalapeno for like $3.99. When I went there, there was a man and woman preparing the orders. The man put my stuff in the box right away. For some fucking reason, he didn't put it in the bag and give it to me right away. The lady dropped a bag on the floor. Not only did she neglect to wash her hands, she put the bag on the shelf where the boxes of food were. I was hoping the guy would put my box in a bag and give it to me. The lady did, but before that, she opened the box to see what was inside. I had planned on going to Dollar Tree and a gas station afterward, but I was so mad, I went straight home. After I put brought everything from the car inside, I ate the stuff. While it was all good, I couldn't enjoy it. I had 2 other things to mention. I got the spicy chicken. Both the legs and thighs are still small.
I was only planning on having that for a snack, but due to what happened, I had 2 other things at the normal time(around 11pm). I first had a bag of Bugles. They were the Hidden Valley Ranch variety. They were good. I then had a can of ALDI Vienna sausages. They were ok. They didn't taste as good as usual because I took them off the shelf.
I got my meal at Subway. I used a coupon. I got 3 sandwiches. I had them all with Italian(white) rolls, provolone cheeses, and not toasted. I only had one of the new numbered ones. The other 2 were "original" ones. The order I had them in was:
Buffalo Chicken: Had onion, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, and black pepper on it.
Tuna: Had spinach and black olives on it.
#18 Ultimate B.M.T.: I just had it with the stuff it has.
I did not warm up the Tuna sandwich, but did the other 2. They were all good.
Due to my extra snacks, I was very full, and was in a bit of pain. Soon after I was done, I went into bed. I was still in pain. I was getting the pain like I had gas in my intestines. I eventually had ass pressure. I went in and took a dump. It made my butthole feel hot. That makes me think I was pooping out the Church's stuff.
Fri: This was the first meal of the MLK Day holiday weekend.
I got stuff in the hot/cold case of the grocery store I go to on Fri's. I had egg salad. It was good. I had tortellini salad. It was good. I had tuna salad. It was good. I had this even though I had the tuna salad sandwich on Thu. I had chicken salad. It wasn't bad. The thing I noticed is that there were items I tasted I did not expect. I couldn't identify them, which was a distraction. I took those out of the fridge when I ate. I did think I maybe should've taken the tortellini salad out ahead of time. I also had 2 pieces of breaded swai. They were good. I heated them up in the microwave before I ate. When I was at the store, they only had one piece of swai that looked old and dried out. I had to wait quite a while for them to bring some fresh pieces out.
Sat: This was an experiment. I made another attempt at making crab rangoons. Like the previous times, I used 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, and 2 8oz packages of imitation crab. The cc was a discount brand. The ic was Louis Kemp. I used another package of the flour tortillas that were on clearance. They were "fajita" size, and smaller than the ones I've previously used. There were 11 tortillas in the package. I used 10 of them. I took all 3 components out of the fridge a bit after 1030pm to warm up. I also took out my oil pot. I got up around 130am to start my meal. I first spent some time moving stuff around. The first thing I did was open the cc packages and put them on a snack bag I cut open. I then opened up the ic packages and cut it all up. I tried some of it, and it was ok to good. I then kind of flattened out the blocks of cc with my left hand. Then I put the ic on top of the cc. I then mixed everything together using my left hand. I would occasionally use a bowl scraper to scrape the cc/ic off my left hand. Next, I formed the mix into a vague rectangle shape. I put the oil pot on the stove and turned the burner on. I then used a spoon to divide the mix into 10 parts. I put each part of the mix on each tortilla. During the whole process, I was sampling the mix, which was good. I had also turned on the oven to 170F, and put the aluminum pan in that I got eggrolls and crab rangoons in from a grocery store a few yrs ago. When the oil got up to about 325F, I started cooking. I took one of the tortillas, and pinched it closed around the mix. I then put it in the fryer basket, and put it in the oil. The thing I did different this time was fully submerge these "rangfoons" in the oil. Last time, I would keep the oil away from the filling mix. This time, I cooked it for about 2 min. I then took it out of the oil, and put it in the pan in the oven. I repeated that for the other 9. I did adjust the burner to make sure the oil wasn't too hot, and still hot enough. After I finished the last one, I cut up the tortilla I didn't use, and cook it in the oil.
I finally sat down to eat after 3am. I think it was closer to 330. I first ate the plain tortilla. It was good. I guess the "rangoons" themselves were good. Like the previous times, the mix was too creamy, as opposed to the ones I get at the store. I was hoping fully submerging them would change this. I'm now thinking the texture may be due to them mixing the stuff together in a food processor.
I don't think I'll be making these again. Sampling the mix gave me another idea to try next year. Then when I was typing a bit ago, I got another idea.
That's it for the food. I have a special meal tonight, and another tomorrow. Tonight's is just a matter of coordination. Tomorrow's is a variation of an experiment I've previously done.
It is 1140pm Sun as I post this. SNL was the Emma Stone/Noah Kahan episode. Due to the KC Chiefs playoff game being on out NBC affiliate, SNL came on a bit after midnight. After I talked to my mom on the phone, I got up and took the stuff out of the fridge for later. I then sat down to type. At 1130, I watched the first of 3 Benny Hill episodes as I typed. For SNL, I did watch Weekend Update. Before that, I caught the prerecorded naked NY segment. I kept on typing until around 130. Then I got up and made my meal. It didn't take long to eat. I was done some time around 4. I was watching Washington Week, when I fell asleep. I woke up at 449am. I don't recall if I fell back asleep shortly after. I do know I went into my bed a bit after 6. And I know before that, I did get up and put stuff away. I got up for 9 for Meet The Press. I dozed off, as I normally do nowadays. I woke up and fell back asleep at least once. I forget when I woke up for good. I think I sat and watched tv for a bit. I then did my daily reading. At around 1245pm, I put MTP on the computer, then resumed typing. After MFP, I put on Face The Nation while typing. FTN ended a bit after 230. I then looked at my email, then Nextdoor. At 6, I put on Washington Week while typing. After that, I did some stuff, then took a nap at 7. I got up for 9. I wanted to set the actual time on my alarm clock. For some reason, it always runs faster than the 2 min ahead I set it for. The football game apparently ran long, because Family Guy ended after 9. I use the clock on the FOX affiliates news to set my clocks. I got done at 915. I then called my mom. I think I done on the phone with her around 945. I then looked at some stuff at Yahoo! News. I then got up and moved some stuff around in the kitchen. I also checked my food items to see how to schedule what I cook. I then sat back down. I forget when I resumed typing. I know I watched Christopher Kimball's Milk Street Television, and now the local show online.
Before I get to the stuff this week, I have to mention something I forgot about a few weeks ago. On Dec 24, Kamar de los Reyes died. He was on One Life To Live. He played ex-gang member-turned cop Antonio Vega.
The only famous death I can think of was announced earlier today. Joyce Randolph died at 99. She played Ed Norton's wife, Trixie. on The Honeymooners. I didn't watch it, but it'd be on tv at home because my parents did. They're old; 82 and 76.
I have something else from last week. I talked about Elise Stefanik being on MTP. The other totally 'tarded thing she said was Biden's presidency was the "most corrupt". Was she in a coma from 2017-2021? I'm pretty sure the stuff Trumpty Dumpty was indicted for is only a small percentage of what he actually did.
Tomorrow is the Iowa caucus, which is the first state presidential election nomination event for the Republican party. It is pretty much assumed that Trump will win. Surprisingly, Niki Haley may get 2nd place, and not be totally outvoted. It is a bit surprising, as Iowa is mostly farmers, and NH is not a white woman.
I guess that's all I can think of. See you next week.

Hello. It is 213am as I start this. I would've said this week was ok, but Thu was fucked up. A local smaller grocery chain has a page in the ad where if you buy 5 of the items listed, you get $5 off. The 2 things in the ad I wanted were Planters peanuts and Hormel chili. When I got to the store, there was no marking indicating which varieties of the items were part of the deal. I asked a guy that appeared to be in charge. He said to just go the register, and they will manually do the discount. I got 2 jars of peanuts and 3 cans of chili. Besides that, I also got a bottle of hot sauce. It's a big bottle, and the tag on the shelf says it's only $1.25. When I got to the register, there were 2 issues. The first was that the hs rang up as $1.75. There were 2 workers at the register. I went back with one of them to the shelf to show her that the tag said $1.25. When I got back to the register, they only took $0.25 off, making it $1.50. I don't know why the fuck they did that. The other issue was with the chili. They did take the $5 off the peanuts and chili. The ad said that the sale price for the chili would be $1.49. With the discount, the chili was $1.89 each. I pointed this out to them, but they said they took the $5 off. I was tired, and wanted to go home, so I didn't put the chili back, and paid for it and the other stuff. I was pissed, because I was ripped off for $1.20 plus sales tax. If the ad had said the chili would be $1.89, or there was a tag on the shelf saying so, I wouldn't have gotten it, and got 5 jars of peanuts instead. It seems the food gods would compensate me though. Later that night, I thought I smelt something odd. It was prob that I had taken a shit earlier, emptied one or both of my pee bottles(will explain that at a later time if I hadn't already) , and hadn't flushed. Anyway, I opened the door to see if the smell was coming from outside. On my front step, there was a box and bag. I don't have shit delivered, so it wasn't mine. The bag looked like one that groceries or takeout comes in, so I was guessing it was food. I was not in the mood to deal with it, so I left it outside. That was ok, since it has been much below freezing this whole week, so any frozen food would stay frozen, and anything that wasn't would be, and stay that way. Also, if anybody drove past, they could come and get it if it was theirs. I don't know when the stuff came. I got home a bit after 6pm. It was dark, and I was in a bad mood. I don't usually look at the front door when I get home. I had left the house around 430pm. I do look at the house when I leave, to make sure the garage door closes. I guess the stuff could've been there already, since it was low to the ground. I would think whoever delivered it would knock on the door to say it's here. I went to take a nap around 645pm, but couldn't sleep. I checked the door a bit after 830. The box had a company name of Traditions. On Fri, while I was working, I looked that up online. I called the number. There was a recording saying they don't deliver the food. That is done by agencies such as Meals On Wheels. I then called a local MOW office. They said they don't deliver those. They gave me a number for an agency's aging division. I called that, and they said it wasn't them. They also gave me a number. I called this agency. They said they deliver those boxes. I told them my address. They said they deliver to 2 addresses on that street. One was not near me, so they couldn't have made a mistake. The other, due to knowing my neighbor's address, was across the street. I gave the lady's name who I thought it was, and they confirmed it. They said they would call her and ask if she got her food. I also gave them my phone # so she could call me. I know her daughter's husband/boyfriend/etc is over there a lot. I got up to take a piss. I saw him unlocking the front door. I opened my door and yelled to him. He turned his head a bit, then continued to go inside. I went back inside. I went shopping later. When I came home, he was outside. I asked him about the food. He said she got hers, and they did call her. He said I could keep the food. A min later, he came over. He checked the stuff, because the neighbor was looking for clothes to be delivered. She was in his minivan, and also said I could keep the food. I left it out again, due to the cold. Today(Sat), I brought the stuff in. The bag had 5 ½ pint cartons of 1% milk. The box had 5 frozen dinners, and some other stuff, including 2 tiny cartons of fruit juice(apple, orange, grape) and a container of applesauce. I put the stuff in the freezer, except for the juice and applesauce, which went in the fridge. I'm going to give the juice and applesauce to my dad on Mon, which I'll explain in a moment. Due the frozen dinners, my freezer is full. During work, I'm going to make a sign in MS Word, print it out, then tape it t my door. It's going to say not to leave food at my door, since I'm not the intended recipient, and my freezer is full.
Something else in my favor happened Fri. I'll mention it later.
The reason I'm seeing my dad on Mon is because he's taking me to get an endoscopy. I would usually mention that near the end, or wait until next week, but it does affect my food choices for this week.
Holy shit! That first paragraph is fucking huge! I'll get to the food now.
Sun: This was an ALDI frozen food meal. Except for 1 item, I baked everything in the oven. I had to do the stuff separately because of the different temp. Because of this, stuff got cold, even though I put 4 of the 5 items in pots to keep warm. I'll make a paragraph for each item.
Mini Empenadas- These were the Chicken variety. They were good. I think there might've been a bit of heat. Since they are a Mexican item, besides eating them plain, I tried a few with a packet of Taco Bell Diablo sauce. I'm recalling I thought they were better plain.
Arancini- These were the mushroom variety. They were ok. They did have a mushroom taste. I think these would've tasted better if they were hot/warm. I've previously had the pea variety.
Greek Style Pastizzi- These were the With Cheese & Tomato variety. They are a Greek version of pizza rolls. They were good. Even though I've obviously had stuff with cheese and tomato before, they had a flavor I don't recall tasting before. It's prob due to the herbs and spices used.
Spinach & Cheese Greek Spiral Pie- This is basically a pastry tube filled with the spinach and cheese filling, and coiled into a spiral. It was good.
Chicken Potstickers- They were good. I was going to try them with soy sauce, but they came with a packet of what was called potsticker sauce. The ingredient or allergen list made me believe that it is basically a mix of soy sauce and sesame oil. The ps were ok with that, but I liked the plain ones better. This was the item I couldn't microwave. I had to cook them on the stove. The instructions said to cook them in a pan with a lid. I don't have that. I used the double boiler pot, in which the lid for my main pot almost perfectly fits. Even though the instructions said to aid oil, which I did, quite a few lived up to their name by sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Mon: This was the last of the MLK holiday meals. I made pizza. I used a bag of the store-brand pizza dough mix. This time, I used a bit more water than the instructions said. The dough still seemed dry. I don't think it really rose. After it said for the instructed 5 min, I spread it out on my cookie sheet, which I put a bit of canola oil on. The stuff I put on the crust was a 15oz can of store-brand pizza sauce, a 16oz package of ALDI peperoni, and 2 oz blocks of discount brand mozzarella. I took the peperoni and mozzarella out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate. I also sliced the blocks of mozzarella up. I put the stuff on a bit differently this time. I first added most of the sauce. I then added a layer of peperoni. Next was one of the blocks of mozz slices. Then another layer of peperoni. Then was the rest of the sauce. Then was the 2nd block of mozz. Finally was the rest of the pepperoni. When I cooked the crust itself, I used the oven rack put in the lowest slot, as the instructions said. After I put the toppings on, I used the rack in the regular middle position. I had two reasons for doing so. It was a bit of a pain getting the cookie sheet out of the oven from the bottom. Also, I wanted the cheese to get a bit brown on top. I left the pizza in longer than the instructions said. Even so, the cheese only got a tiny bit of browning. I'm thinking I was going to put the rack in a higher slot, but forgot to. I think I took the pizza out of the oven because the cheese was starting to melt off of the pizza.
As for the taste, it was good. Like last time, the crust was very thin, so it was mostly cheese and pepperoni.
I'm almost certain I won't make this again. It is too much hassle. If I was, I would use 2 bags of the dough mix, to make the crust bigger and/or thicker. I may do the variant I did before where I used ALDI flatbread as crust.
Tue: I didn't have anything.
Wed: I opened a new package of cocktail sausages.
My first snack was a bag of Clancy's pork rinds. They were the Hot & Spicy flavor. They were ok. I then had a Big Mama pickled sausage. It was good. My third snack was a bag of Duetsche Kuche Potato Sticks. They were the Hash Brown Style. They were good. I had made my mind up to have these previously. I didn't change my mind, even though it would've made sense, which you will see in a min.
For my meal, I didn't want a big one, because I was going to have one the next day. The first thing I had was a bag of the TGI Fridays Crinkle Fries puffs. They were the Chili Cheese flavor. They were good. For the main stuff, I had first visited the grocery store at the edge of the hood. There was nothing I wanted, and I didn't feel like having seafood salad from the seafood counter. I decided to go to McDonald's. They are doing a buy one, get one for $1 promo involving bigger sandwiches. This includes the Big Mac. I got 2 of those. I also got a large order of fries. If you didn't already know, they fries are now $$$$. Before I ate, I heated up the stuff in the microwave. I did the fries separately from the BM. The BM were good. Even though the fries had become soggy, they were still good.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
I got my meal at Arby's. I got 6 of the fish sandwiches without cheese. They are still doing the 2/$7 promo. Like before, I got 4 at one location, and 2 at the other. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate them. They were good. I was not stuffed when I was done.
Fri: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My first snack was ~half of an 8oz bag of Brim's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. I had a bit plain, but had most with canola oil. It was good. I had it at 1237 during one station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
I was originally only going to have a Michelina's entree at 330am, because I was going to stay home after work. I looked at the Menards ad, and saw something I wanted to get, so I went out and bought stuff to snack on also. I can't recall if I was going to bring the food inside also. If so, maybe I would've had one of the dinners.
I got my second snack at Popeyes. The site showed a 2 piece meal that came with a biscuit and a side. Apparently, the one at this location didn't come with a side. I got the spicy chicken. I paid around $6(inc sales tax) for this. I got this because of the incident at Church's. Before I ate, I heated the box up in the microwave. When I opened it, I was surprised. With the Church's meal, you get a leg and thigh. With the Popeys one, you get a thigh and breast, and both were decent sized. I had the biscuit first. It was good. The chicken itself was good. there was an issue though, which was actually my doing. When I had the chicken, the breading was not crunchy anymore. I did not feel like heating it up in the oven to try to fix that. Previously, when I've had fried chicken, I'll take the box out of the bag before I store it in the microwave. I've also started to open the box. Both of these are measures to get rid of the steam, which is what softens the breading. I neglected to do either thing. I think that was because I was tired. I had this at 137am during another station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
I got my third snack at McD's. I got the bogo deal for the BM again. The worker had a brain fart, and put a medium order of fries in my bag. I got those for free. Before I ate, I heated up the fries and BM separately in the microwave. They were all good. I had this during the 330am rebroadcast of TMZ.
Like I said up near the top, I'm getting an endoscopy on Mon. That means I'm changing my meal schedule until Thu.
Sat: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
I had a bag of ALDI croutons. They are the Garlic variety. They were good plain and with canola oil. I noted these under Sat because I had them after 3am, during the weekend edition of TMZ. I now seem to recall eating those during Washington Week. That comes on after TMZ at 4, so I don't exactly know when I started and finished.
That's it for the food. I'm going to have something later, but a few hrs before midnight.
It is 9pm Sun as I post this. SNL was new. The host was Jacob Elordi. I've never heard of him. He is the star of the movie Saltburn. He is 6ft 5in. He has that tall person thing where he seems to have a small head and huge hands. The musical guest was Rene Rapp. I've never heard of her either. Her songs seemed pretty good. Ass-wise, she seems to have a Kardashian thing going on. Sarah Sherman again was wearing a wig that makes her look a lot better. I think during the acting school sketch, there was a Chloe Fineman upskirt. After SNL, I got up and did a few things. This included getting my croutons for later. I also got my pills ready for later. I also documented my pills for when I go to the endoscopy. I then sat down and checked my bank statement, some other things, then paid my electric and cc bills. At 1, I went and took my nap. As I said previously, Barney Miller is not on at 1 now. Ice Road Truckers is on at 2 now, so I moved my nap time to watch this. After I got up, I put stamps on the bill envelopes, and put the envelopes in the car. I then sat down to type. I think I stopped typing between 330 and 4 to eat the croutons. I got done eating after 4. I felt drowsy, so I didn't really type. I think I finally fell asleep right at 5am. I did the wake up/fall asleep thing 1 or 2 times. I woke up after 730. I got up and put food related stuff away. I then did something else, then went into bed at 8. I got up for 9 for Meet The Press. I was drowsy, but didn't fall asleep. I didn't resume typing either. I think I maybe did after 10am. I did some reading between This Week and WW, and WW and the local show. I think I did some around 1130. I then was watching some of Pawn Stars. I then was searching this site to see what I posted about one of my meals, but I can't find it. I spent a FUCKING TON of time looking. The meal was when I think I took 3 cans of chili, and mixed in a 16oz pkg of hot dogs that I had cut up. I wanted to make sure that is really what I had in terms of amounts. I then looked up something else on the site. I then did my reading. A bit after 2, I put Face The Nation on the computer. I can't recall if I did any typing during it. If I didn't, it wasn't because Margaret Brennan was wearing a hot outfit. After 3pm, I looked at my email. I then looked at Nextdoor. I think after that, I was just watching the Chiefs game. At 630, I watched Bob's Burgers, because there was glitching the first time it was on. It was fine this time. I then turned the game back on. It was halftime, so I was listening to some metal songs on YT that were mentioned by Scott Ian of Anthrax in an article. I then watched a few min of MTP online that were glitching when it was on tv. Around 8, I restarted the computer. I then sat back down to resume typing.
For celebrity deaths, the only one I can think of is Mary Weiss, lead singer of 60's girl group The Shangri-Las. They were known for their song Leader of the Pack. They also had another song called Remember (Walking in the Sand), which is more famous for being covered by Aerosmith, and more recently, the "oh no" part being used for internet videos. Usually, I wouldn't mention celebrity-adjacent deaths, but I'll make an exception. A son of Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars has died of an apparent od. He was brother of Corey, who was also on the show.
For other current events stuff, Ron Quixote dropped out of the presidential race. Now it's between Niki Hailey and Trump. Both of them said stupid shit this week. And Sarah go suck a d Sanders was other stupid shit on FTN. Every time any of them have to kiss the Trump cult's ass, it makes them come across as weak and stupid.
I'm tired, so I'll end it here. See you next week. Oh, one last thing....GO CHIEFS!!!!!!!!

Hello. It is 1255am as I started this. It was a crappy week I guess. At work, On Thu, the stuff I use to connect to the phone system to take calls stopped working. That was because one piece of software got upgraded. I finally got it sorted out. On Fri, I went grocery shopping. I was checking out. I caused something unsanitary to happen. It sucked because I was almost done. I haven't gotten mail in a while, and I need my water bill because it is close to being due. I've mentioned before about watching the beginning of Entertainment Tonight at 630pm each weekday. On Fri, I missed it. I was home, but I could've sworn the station that shows it was having a Chiefs special on. I had that station on, but was busy doing stuff. I saw that ET was on. Later, I was intending to watch the rebroadcast. It wasn't on. That was because they were playing Shark Tank. That came on at 7, but the station did a Chiefs special instead.
I also had my endoscopy. I guess stuff was ok, but they want me to do a follow-up appt. Like last time, the sedative burned, but not as bad. My dad drove me there and back. I gave him the milk, juice, and applesauce from that food that was delivered to me. I was also going to give him a small box of raisins, but I forgot.
With that out of the way, it's time for the food.
Well actually, I do have a food item to mention. Last week, the croutons I had were the Garlic ones. Later I saw I had a bag of Seasoned ones. I looked back here, and saw I had another bag of Garlic before this. To get things back on routine, I had a bag of Seasoned(just a while ago actually), and will have another next week.
Sun: Due to the endoscopy, I had to eat much earlier, and had to be done before midnight. I made popcorn. I used canola oil when I was cooking it, and put some on when it was done. I also put garlic powder on it. It was good.
Mon: After my endoscopy, I had my dad stop at QuickTrip because they were doing a promo with eggrolls on sale for $0.99 each. I got 5. I had most of them plain. I also used a packet of carryout soy sauce. It was the brand with the panda on it. They were good.
For a snack, I had one of the slices of wheat bread that was in the food delivery. I took it out of the freezer and kept it out some time before I ate it. I also took one of the little butter containers out of the freezer, and put in the fridge. When I had the bread, I spread the butter on it. It was good.
My meal was one of those frozen dinners. it was Pork Patty and Rice with Roasted Garlic Gravy with Succotash and Carrots. Since I'm not a fan of those veggies alone, I had them first. I first had the carrots. I didn't really care for them. Next was the succotash. That is a mix of corn and beans. I don't know what the ratio is supposed to be, but there was much more corn than beans. I ate the corn first. It was ok. I forget what I thought about the beans. As for the meat item, it seemed to be ground pork cooked into a patty. It was very good. When eating it, I would cut off a piece, and also get rice and gravy on my fork. I was surprised that it tasted good.
Because I didn't have high expectations of the pork, I kept the last of the cocktail sausages, and had them when I was done.
Tue: I didn't have anything.
Wed: When I was at work, I had a snack item from the food. It was a bar from a brand called Zee Zees. The flavor was Blueberry Lemon. This was very good. It was like a soft oatmeal cookie. I don't think I tasted blueberry, but the lemon was very strong. It went well with the rest of the taste of the bar.
At home, I opened up a pkg of cocktail sausages.
My first snack was a bag of fried onions from ALDI. They were good. I then had a can of Northern Catch smoked oysters in oil. They were good. My last snack was a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Carolina Reaper flavor. They were good. I think there was some heat.
My meal was 3 things. I first had a bag of Bugles. They were the Hidden Valley Ranch flavor. They were good. I had them by themselves because they don't seem to go with other foods. I had the other 2 items after. I took them out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate. One was a 16oz pkg of Black Forest Turkey. It was good. I also had a new item. It was a 10oz wheel of queso fresco from Save A Lot. I first drank the liquid in the pkg. It was salty as fuck. The cheese itself was ok. It didn't seem salty.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My snack was a bag of the El Sabroso Salsitas. They were ok.
I got my meal at Little Caesars. I got a Crazy Crust Pizza, and an order of Italian Cheese Bread. Before I ate, I heated them up in the oven at 400F for 15 min. Both the pizza and ICB were good. There was a negative in that both items cooled off rather quickly. I don't know what was different than the last few times where the stuff seemed to stay hotter longer.
Fri: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My first snack was ~half an 8oz bag of Brim's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. I had some plain, but had most with canola oil. It was good. I had it at 1237am during one station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
I got my second snack at QT. I had 4 of the eggrolls. I warmed them up in the microwave before I had them. I just had them plain. They were good. I had them ast 137am during another station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
I got my third snack at McDonald's. They are till doing the buy one/get one for $1 promo that includes the Big Macs. I got 2 of those. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate them. They were good. I had them at 330am during the rebroadcast of TMZ.
I have something to mention. When I was at McD, one of the workers who puts stuff in the bags dropped one on the floor and picked it up. I don't think he washed his hands after. He then moved a burger where my BM's were. Another worker put mine in the bag. When I got home, I washed the boxes off.
My last snack was a bag of Dollar Tree croutons. They were the Seasoned variety, as I mentioned above. I had them both plain and with canola oil. They were good. I had them around 1213am Sun morning.
Sat: I had my sweet stuff, starting with cereal and peanut butter.
I finished the little bit of frosting. It was good. I finished the box of graham crackers. They were good. I finished the bag of coconut. It was good. I had some of the chocolate chips. They were good. I had some of the Planters peanuts. They were good. I had a pudding cup. When I first had a bit, it tasted weird. Maybe a bit chemicalish. I think it was ok as I ate more of it. I had a Belfonte yogurt. It was Red Raspberry. It was good. It did taste like raspbberry. I took the next 3 items out of the freezer. I had one of the Little Debbie Snickerdoodle Creme Pies. It was good. I had some of the Andes mints. They were good. I had some of the Mint Striped Fudge Cookies from ALDI. They were good.
That's it for the food. I think I know what I'm having for my "Sat" "meal". It's something I've had before, but I can't 100% recall if I've had the brand. I do know what I'm having for my Sun meal though. It's stuff I've had before, but not for quite a while.
It is 306pm Sun as I post this. SNL was new(Dakota Johnson/Justin Timberlake). The episode seemed decent. I'll have to watch a bunch of it again because there was glitching. I didn't like the JT songs. He did do the Barry Gibb Talk Show with Jimmy Fallon. I was thinking he was going to do another Cup Of Noodles sketch. After it was over, I got up and put the food in the freezer for later. I then sat down and ate my croutons. I then started typing. I kept on typing until 3, when I went to take my nap. The TMZ weekend edition wasn't on. I got up for 4. I got my food and sat down. I did some typing, but did more eating. I forget when I finished. I tried to do more typing, but felt very sluggish. Around 630, I gave up and went into my bed to sleep. I set my alarm to get up for 9am for Meet The Press. The alarm did wake me up, but I just closed my eyes, and woke up over 15 min later. I got up and sat down in my chair to watch MTP. I was drowsy and fell asleep. I woke up and fell back asleep a few times. I finally woke up around 1130am. I then watched a few min of Pawn Stars. I then did my reading. I think I got done at 1222pm. I then put MTP on the computer to listen to while resuming typing. I then put Washington Week on while typing. After that, I started "watching" the local show as the Chiefs vs Ravens game came on, and now am just watching this as I type.
There were 3 famous deaths this week. Charles Osgood was a reporter for CBS News. He spent 22 yrs hosting CBS News Sunday Morning. Before that, he co-hosted the weekday morning show, and would fill in for the evening newscasts. Singer Melanie died. She was most famous for her song Brand New Key. I consider that one of the worst songs of the 70's. If you don't like Kate Bush's song Wuthering Heights due to her high pitched singing, stay away from BNK. Also, Gary Graham died. He was on both Star Trek: Enterprise, and ST: Voyager. I know him form the tv spinoff of the movie Alien Nation.
Niki Hailey was on MTP today. While she was going after Trump, she wouldn't go 100% in on it. He was being racist towards her, but she wouldn't call out his racism. And, like other politicians, she couldn't just give a straight "yes" or "no" answer. After NH was on, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was on. Being one of the more liberal members of the House, I was surprised that she placed more of the blame of civilian deaths in Gaza on Hamas. She said something to the effect of that Hamas knew what Israel's response would be if they conducted an attack. The New Hampshire primary was on Mon. Trump won, but he didn't bury NH. It was something like 52% to 43%. She is not dropping out yet. Trump suffered another loss in court this week. It was only a defamation lawsuit, but it was $83 million. There might be a more important case concluding this week. If he loses, he could be prevented from doing any more business in NY. That might be more symbolic though, because I don't know how much business he is actually conducting these days. Even if it doesn't really hurt him financially, it is a major blow to his oversized fragile ego.
There has also been a news event happening here that has been getting worldwide attention. I'm not talking about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Three men were found dead outside of a home a few weeks ago. I won't go into all the details here. They are still waiting for toxicology results. The main question people have is how the guy who was renting the house didn't see his friends outside. My theory is that all 4 took something they weren't supposed to. The renter then subsequently crashed in the house, either in his bed, or somewhere else. The other 3 somehow ended up outside and died. The renter didn't know they were there because he was knocked out the whole time. He doesn't want to tell the cops he had taken whatever, because he doesn't want to get some kind of drug charge. Also, he is some kind of science person, and drug use may not be looked upon kindly by his employer.
I think that will be all for this week. I will go now.

Hello. It is 201am as I start this. There was more crap I had to put up with. When I was working, I got a call. It was from the gastroenterologist's office. The tests they did were negative. But they want me to have a test called a gastric emptying study. I had to set that appointment up. Fri, my stomach was hurting. I thought it was from being full, but it was still a bit sore at night, then Sat. I was also burping a lot, and some of them had a funny taste, but not the same kind of when I have the burps. After I shaved, I had to take a dump. I was expecting my now usual soft stuff. Instead, I had a bunch of poo water shoot out. After SNL, I went and pooed a bit more. It was very soft, but wasn't watery. On Mon, I finally got my water bill. I put it in the mail Tue. It was due on Fri. I got my gas bill on Fri. That one is always due a week or so after the 1st of the month. I'm going to do it on Sun, and mail it on Mon. At work, on Thu, the lady who is filling in for my mgr got on my ass for taking my lunch at the end of the day.
I also had some meal-related stuff. I'll get to that on their respective days.
I guess I'll get to the food now.
Sat: my "meal" was a bag of store-brand oyster crackers. I had them both plain and with canola oil. They were good.
Sun: I finished the cocktail sausages.
My meal was one I've had before. I had a can of Pringles. They were the Original(plain) variety. I had a bag of Chex Mix. It was the Sour Cream and Onion variety. I had 2 meat items. First was a can of ALDI Vienna sausages. I took them out of the fridge. I don't think the liquid gooified. Then was a 3oz pkg of store-brand peperoni. I had ~half an 8oz block of discount brand monterey jack. I took the peperoni and cheese out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate. Everything was good.
Mon: I only did meal prep related nibbling.
After I get the cooking done, I put the veggie mix in 2 containers. A big one for my Tue meal, and a small one for snacking on Wed. When I was putting the lid on the small container, the bottom of it cracked. I didn't feel like putting the mix in a different container, so I just put it in the fridge upside-down.
Tue: I opened up a new pkg of cocktail sausages.
My first snack was a bag of the El Sabroso guacamole chips. They were good. I then had a Tijuana Mama picked sausage. It was good. Last was a bag of the TGI Fridays Crinkle Fries. The were the Chili Cheese variety. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using ~8oz of frozen broccoli. I cooked it using the healthy method. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
My meat item was a can of Northern Catch sardines in oil. They were good. I took them off the shelf.
Wed: I just had the fried rice and veggies I set aside. It was good plain and with my 3 items, no combos. I didn't have any issues with the cracked container. When I was eating, I put the small container in the empty big one so no liquid would drip out.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My snack was 3 eggrolls from QuickTrip. I heated them up in the microwave. They were good.
I have a story. I went to a QT across the street from the Save A Lot I was going to. When I got inside, some fat fuck was bagging them all up. There were only 2 left. Since I wanted 3, I just left. I went to SAL. I then went to another QT and got my eggrolls. I got home much later than if I had gotten them at the first QT. If I had gotten there sooner, I could've gotten them. I left the house later than I wanted to due to talking with the acting mgr. Also, I spent more time than I wanted to in a grocery store getting one of the items for my meal.
My meal was fried chicken I got in the hot case. There is a sale where you can get 5 legs and 5 thighs for $7.99, which is what I got. When it was time to eat, I put the chicken on the cookie sheet, and put it in the oven for 15 min at 400F. I also heated up a can of discount brand chicken gravy. Thats what I wasted time in the store looking for. The chicken was good plain and with the gravy. When I was done with the chicken, I dumped the pieces of breading that fell off into the pot with the little bit of remaining gravy, and mixed it up. It was good.
I think I was originally going to go to Subway for my meal. I changed my mind when I saw the grocery ad with the chicken deal. There was an issue though. It seems the size and quality of the chicken varies from store to store. The store closest to me, and the one way up north on that road have small pieces that look crappy. the store I get other stuff at when I visit my parents has nice big pieces. The grocery chain has stores owned by 3 or 4 different groups/families. So, it may depend on who owns the store. A related problem is since I don't buy fried chicken, I don't pay attention to what it looks like at the other stores I visit. I had the choice of 5 stores to visit. I was thinking of calling each, and talking to the hot case people, but then, I was thinking they'd prob lie. I decided to go to the store at the edge of the 'hood. I worked from home, and it was the closest of them to me. Also, it is owned by the same family that owns the store where the good chicken is. When I got there, the thighs were big. The legs were not too small. I got 4 of those, and 1 that was big.
When I was heating up the gravy, I was using a wooden honey/butter spreader. That's because the pot has a non-stick coating, which will get messed up from using metal utensils. I was trying to set the spreader on the pot handle. It slipped off and fell on the floor. I had to use a spoon to stir the gravy, and be careful not to scrape the bottom of the pot. On Fri, I had to clean the spreader, then Sat, clean it with dish detergent.
Fri: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My first snack was one of the slices of wheat bread from the food delivery. I used one of the mini containers of butter on it. It was good. I had it at 1237am during one station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
My second snack was ~half an 8oz bag of Brim's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. I had some plain, but had most with canola oil. It was good. I had it at 205. I was going to have it at 137am during a station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news, but I fell asleep.
My third snack was one of the frozen meals. This one was Meatballs over Egg Noodles and Pizzaiola Sauce with Carrots and Green Beans. I had the carrots first. They were ok I guess. As were the green beans. I then had the noodles in the sauce. They were pretty good. Last was the meatballs. I was pushing them around to get the rest of the sauce on them. They weren't bad. The meatballs didn't seem to be Italian, just generic. The sauce didn't really taste Italian either. I had this at 330 during the rebroadcast of TMZ.
My last snack was a bag of Dollar Tree croutons. They were the Seasoned variety. They were good both plain and with canola oil. I had these After SNL, and after I did some poo.
Last week, I mentioned why I had the Seasoned ones this week, and the same last week. I am now back to normal.
Sat: I had my sweet stuff, starting with cereal and peanut butter.
I finished the Andes mints. They were good. I finished the cookies. They were good. I had one of the Little Debbie Snickerdoodle Creme Pies. It was good. The full name is actually Snickerdoodle Creme Pies With Cinnamon Sugar. I took the previous 3 items off the shelf because I didn't feel like putting them in the fridge or freezer. I had a pudding cup. It was good. I had some of the Planters peanuts. They were good. The jar is almost empty. I had a Belfonte yogurt. It was Blackberry Creme. It was good. I think I've ever had only a few blackberry items, so I can't compare the taste. I opened a new box of graham crackers. They are a budget brand, and are the Cinnamon variety. They were good. I finished the store-brand Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. They were good. I opened up a new bag of store-brand chocolate chips. They were the Creamy White variety. They were good. When I just looked them up on the grocery chain's website, they're listed as "Creamy White Vanila", even though the bag doesn't say "Vanilla".
I've never talked about what I didn't have until now. I'm referring to shredded coconut. I had a bag, but didn't open it. I didn't feel like having any. I don't think I'll open it next week either. I don't know when I'll feel like having some again.
I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My "meal" was a bag of Clancy's Pretzel Slims(aka chips). They were the Everything variety. They were good. I was going to have the plain ones, but I grabbed the wrong bag. I didn't realize it until I opened the bag.
That's it for the food. I do know what I'm having for my Sun meal. If there were any long-time readers here, they would know what I'm having. There will be a bit of a variation.
It is 1245am Mon as I post this. SNL was new. The host was Ayo Edebiri, and the musical guest was Jennifer Lopez. I recall JLo's songs being good, but yet I can't remember them. The episode itself was good. There were 2 game show sketches. I think that is the first time they did more than one. Nikki Haley actually made an appearance in the opening sketch. There were only like 3 glitches during the show. One was during JLo's 2nd song. One was during a sketch, but didn't interfere with the dialogue. There was one during the People's Court sketch, which was the last one. I have to watch that sketch again. After SNL, I went poo, which I've already mentioned twice previously. I then sat down and had my croutons. It was close to 1am, so I didn't start typing. At 1, I went in and took my nap. I got up for 2. I started typing while I had Ice Road Truckers on tv. At 4, I got up and got my food. I just ate, and didn't type. I forget when I got done eating. I can't recall if I resumed typing. I eventually fell asleep. I woke up a few times. I then woke up for good at 804am. I put most of the food stuff away, then went into bed. I got up for 9 for Meet The Press. I sat down to watch it. I was drowsy, so fell asleep. I woke up and fell back asleep a few times. I finally woke up at 1136. I then did my reading. I got done a bit before 1pm. I then resumed typing while "watching" MTP and Face The Nation online. When FTN was over, I checked my email, then Looked at Nextdoor. After that, I had the pretzel chips. At 7, I went to bed to take a nap. I got up for 9. After getting back online, I called my mom. I got done a bit before 945. I then did something kind of dumb, which prob is related to my ocd and/or Asperger's. I then resumed typing. A bit before 11, I took care of my gas bill. I then started reading the Smackdown review on TJRWresting. At 1137, I resumed typing while "watching" Washington Week online. I then watched America's Test Kitchen at midnight, but didn't do much typing. I then put on the local show.
The only celebrity death I can think of was Carl Weathers. He played Apollo Creed in the Rocky movies. He was the titular character in Action Jackson. He played one of the soldiers in Preadator. He also played the police chief who took over for the character played by Carroll O'Connor on In the Heat of the Night.
In other news, the Speaker of the House was on MTP, and saying some dumb stuff. He won't say if he'll put the bipartisan immigration bill to a vote. They also showed clips of him complaining about the Trump impeachments being partisan. He is doing the GOP hypocrite thing by not saying the impeachment of DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is not partisan.
I just wanted to give an update about the story I mentioned last week. Preliminary toxicology reports came back saying the dead men had cocaine and fentanyl in their systems.
I don't think there was anything else I wanted to discuss, so I'll end for now. I should be back next week.

Hello. Let me start with something else first:
CHIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They won the Super Bowl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now back to what I was first typing
It is 1204am as I start this. This was another shitty week. On Fri, my dad went to the hospital because he was having breathing issues. He had fluid build up around his heart because he hadn't been taking his diuretic pills like he's supposed to. After work, I had to go over to my parents house to clean the litterbox. The one talk radio station has a show where every Fri from 5-6pm, they do a thing called Festivus Fri where people "air their grievances", aka complain about stuff. I wanted to be the first caller because I wanted to do other stuff, and I've been the first caller about 7 times before. I got back home right as it was starting. The one cohost had left right before that started to go to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl. I didn't feel like calling in. If my last call from work had ended sooner, I could've called my mom earlier. And if I hadn't been on the phone as long, I could've been over and back sooner. While that sucked, that by no means was the worst thing that happened. Tue was the worst day. I was getting dressed to go in to the office for work. I did something stupid, which caused me to slip and fall on the floor. As I was falling, I instinctively grabbed for a tv tray right there. Of course, that didn't help. I bent one of the legs. Most of the stuff on it fell on the floor, including a bunch of Little Caesars pizza boxes. There was a bunch of crap on the recliner next to it that also fell on the floor. I took my clothes off and put them in the laundry pile. I picked up the LC boxes, and put them in my one bedroom. I then cleaned my shoes and spray bottle off. I also picked up some stuff and moved it around. Then I went and took a shower. I was then able to start working(from home). I was helping someone after 1030am, when the power suddenly went out. I looked outside and didn't see any downed limbs or electric co trucks. The power came on about 15 min later. Later, a woman called in. Her daughter was an employee who recently died. That was a bummer to hear, especially with the day I was having. Since I stayed home to work, I was not at the office. If I had been, I was planning to go to a QuikTrip nearby and get some of the eggrolls, which were/are still $0.99. I didn't go out to get any. Instead, I cleaned off some of the stuff that fell on the floor, and moving some of the other stuff around.
There was also a meal-related thing, but I'll leave that for next week.
I'll get to the food now.
Sun: I finished the cocktail sausages.
My meal was one I've had before. I had the other half of the 8oz block of monterrey jack I opened last week. It was good. I took it out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate. I had a can of Deutsche Kuche Herring Fillets in Curry Pineapple sauce. They were good. I took them out of the fridge. I used to have 2 boxes of Keebler Toasteds crackers also, but since Covid, even the sale price on them is sky high. I've been having to find substitutes. This time, I had 2 boxes of crackers from a brand called Monet that I got at Dollar Tree. The first was the Wheat variety. The second was Original. They were both good.
Mon: I didn't have anything except meal prep related nibbling.
Tue: I opened a new pkg of cocktail sausages.
My first snack was a bag of DK Potato Sticks. They were the Herbs Of The Alps Style. They were good. My next snack was a can of Northern Catch smoked ousters. They were the hot pepper variety. They were good. My third snack was a bag of TGI Crinle Fries. They were the Chili Cheese flavor. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using ~8oz of frozen broccoli. I cooked it using the healthy method. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
My meat item was a can of NC sardines in mustard. They were good. I took them off the shelf.
Wed: I had the small container of rice mix I put aside for this day. It was good plain and with my 3 items, no combos.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My snack was 4 of the QT eggrolls. I warmed them up in the microwave. They were good.
I got my meal at Chruch's and Arby's. At Church's, I had 2 chicken sandwiches because I had a 2/$6 coupon. I got the spicy variety. I heated them up before I ate. Because they came in the foil lined bags, and I wanted to let the coating get crunchy, I used the oven instead of the microwave. I got the oven to 400F. I took the sandwiches out of the bag and put them on the cookie sheet. I put them in for 10 min. When there was 3 min left, I opened the oven and added the Arby's sandwiches, which I'll get to soon. When I took the cs out, I put all the sandwiches in my pan. The sandwiches were good. The buns were a bit toasted. The Arby's sandwiches were the French Dip & Swiss. I had 4, using 2 2/$8 coupons. They were good. When the lady was putting the beef juice in the cups, the container was low, so she had to tilt it. She was only able to fill 3. She then went behind the wall. Apparently, they had filled some extra cups beforehand. The cups did not look like they had a lot in them. I just dipped the first 2. I would pour the remaining juice into the next cup. I was able to soak the last 2.
Fri: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My first snack was a slice of wheat bread with a small container of butter from the misdelivered food. It was good. I had it at 1237am during the rebroadcast of one station's 10pm news.
My second snack was ~half an 8oz bag of Brim's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. I didn't use any canola oil this time. It was good. I had it at 137am when another station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news should have been on. Instead, they were showing the CBS show that should've been on at 8pm, but they had some fucking show about the Chiefs.
My third snack was one of those frozen dinners. This time, it was Honey Mustard Chicken Patty with Cinnamon Flavored Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts. I first need to mention that there was an issue. I seemed to have overcooked it, but it wasn't my fault. The instructions said to cook it for 8 min, which I did. The previous 2 meals only said to cook for 6 min. Those came out fine. Maybe I should've cooked this one for only 6 min also. This time, it would've been a good thing if I hadn't followed instructions. I first had the sweet potatoes because they are sweet, and I thought the cinnamon would reinforce that. As for the taste, I don't think they were that sweet. I tasted the cinnamon, but it didn't seem to be sweet. The potatoes pieces seemed to be dried out, and that is what I mostly recall. I then had the brussels sprouts. They were ok. Again, they seemed overcooked, making them seem a bit off. Then I had the chicken patty. As for the taste, I recall it wasn't bad. That was despite it seemed a bit tough. I put that down to it being overcooked, though it could be its normal state. There was some sort of sauce on it. Well, I don't know if it was a sauce, or some kind of glaze. It was on the patty, and there was some stuck inside the tray. Again, I don't know what would've happened if I had only cooked it for 6 min. Maybe it would've been more like a sauce.
My fourth snack was a bag of DT croutons. They were the Garlic variety. I had them both plain and with canola oil. They were good. I had these some time after 1130pm during SNL.
Sat: I had my sweet stuff, starting with cereal and pb. I almost finished the current jar. I also had a bit from the jar I opened during the Xmas weekend.
I had some of the graham crackers. They were good. I had a pudding cup. It was good. I had a Belfonte yogurt. It was Boston Cream Pie. It was ok. I've never had the real thing, so I don't know how close it tasted. I had some of the white chips. They were good. I opened a new box of Andes mints. They were good. I had one of the LD Snickerdoodles. It was good. I had both items off the shelf. I finished the jar of Planters peanuts. They were good.
I had 2 new items. I opened up a new pkg of cookies. They were Peanut Butter Fudge from ALDI. I took them off the shelf. They were good. There is just a small bit of pb on them, so the pb taste is not dominant. I also opened up a bag of walnuts. They were good. I thought I mentioned how I got them, but apparently, I didn't. Let me do that below.
A few weeks ago, I was at Walmart to get something else. I decided to go to the food section to see if there was anything I felt like buying. That included the clearance stuff. I went over to the clearance shelves, and I saw a bunch of blue bags. They were 16oz bags of walnuts. There were no price tags, so I didn't know how much they cost. I found a worker who scanned the barcode. He said they were like $0.93 each. I only got 4 bags, but there were a lot more there. When I went to check out, I had that worker confirm the price.
The other thing with the walnuts was getting them out of the shells. I don't have any kind of nutcracker. I was going to see if my leatherman tool copy could do that, but I forgot. I tried looking for a pair of pliers I found on the street a few yrs ago, but couldn't find them. I was going to clean them first, of course. I found something else though. It looks to be something called a beam clamp. It looks to be for temporary use. It also looks to be missing the round holder part on the end of the shaft. I washed it before I used it. I was able to use it to crack the walnuts. I had to old them in place though. It might be better that the one part may be missing, as the shaft does go into the shell. I was able to crack one between my hands, but it was only one. I tried another, but it made my hands hurt. My mom says she has a nutcracker that she will give to me. When I lived with my parents, I don't recall seeing one in the kitchen drawers.
That's it for the food. I know what I'm having for my Sun meal. It is big, so I'm only going to have something small for my "Sun" "meal".
Next weekend is the Presidents Day holiday weekend, so I will have some special meals. Like previous years, I will be taking in my car on Sat to have the oil done, and other stuff looked at. This time, on Fri, I will be going in to get a medical test. I'll talk about this next week. This means that my meals will be different starting on Thu.
It is 1043pm Sun as I post this. SNL was the Xmas episode(Kate McKinnon/Billie Eilish). Even though it was a repeat, I had to watch a lot of it again due to glitching when it was first on. I was able to watch all but one of the sketches again without glitching. There was a glitch during the gift exchange sketch, so I'll have to watch that again. It wasn't that funny, but I want to watch it for the sake of completeness. That was the sketch, where at the end when the camera was panning out, it looks like you can see up Chloe Fineman's skirt. I'm now wondering if it was actually her shirt, because it was the same color, and it was tucked into her skirt. I prob mentioned before that Sarah Sherman looked very attractive when wearing wigs. If I didn't say it previously, I would point out the opening Xmas awards sketch, and the pre-recorded Pongo segment. After the gift sketch, I ate my croutons. Then I started typing. I then went in to take my nap at 1. I got up for 2am, and watched Ice Road Truckers while I typed. I paid a little more attention to it than I wanted to. I watched 2 episodes. At 4, I turned on Washington Week, and got my food. I just ate. I forget when I got done. After, I don't think I did any typing. It wasn't that I was tired, it was just that I didn't feel like it. I think close to 630, I got up and put stuff away. A bit later, I went to bed to sleep. I got up for 9 for Mett The Press. While I didn't fall asleep, I didn't start typing right away. Again, I didn't feel like it. Eventually, I did. I did some reading between commercials. I also did the same during the 2nd half of This Week. I then typed during WW, and then the local show. At 1130am, I did my reading. I think I got done a bit before 1. I then went and took a dump. Some time before 130, I went to take a nap, because I would not get a chance later. I set my alarm for 330. I did get up. I forget if I dozed of or just sat there, but I finally got out of bed at 4. I then went and checked my email. I then looked at Nextdoor, and continued to while the game was on. I then sorted out my bills and other paperwork between keeping, shredding, and recycling. I was standing up the last few min of the game. I then called my mom. After that, I resumed typing.
In celebrity deaths, there were 2 I wanted to mention. The first was Henry Fambrough. He was a member of The Spinners. I won't list their hits. My favorite song by them is The Rubberband Man. The other was Toby Keith. I'm NOT a country fan, and I don't know his stuff, but I do recognize that he is a major star. Also, one of the voice actors from Robotech died. Maybe I'll discuss that more next week, if I remember.
In other stuff, I had watched the rebroadcast of MTP after I posted last week. I saw the other bs Dick Johnson said, but forgot to note it. There was the report about the Biden document case. They decided not to go after him. But, the lead investigator said Biden is forgetful/confused. Well, the (not so) Great Pumpkin has also gotten people confused. He confused Nancy Pelosi and Niki Haley. Also, the leaders of China and North Korea. The stuff Biden says accidentally is not as bad as what Trump says on purpose. He said NATO countries that don't pay their membership dues deserve to be taken over by Russia. He also insulted the military when he made remarks about Niki Haley's husband, who is in the Army. Also, there was an immigration bill that was completed. Because the G(o)OP(s!) has their collective lips against Trump's massive ass, they killed the bill because he said so.
We also had some local fucked up shit. A mom claims she was putting her baby in the crib, but "accidentally" put it in the oven. That's not an accident. Either it was on purpose, or she was high as fuck. Did they find a ham in the crib? An oven and a crib are 100000% different.
I guess I'll go now. I want to get something to eat, and take out my stuff for later. See you next week, but I don't know when.

On 10/27, I did my annual south of the river pawn/thrift/etc trip. I don't think I notated places where I didn't find anything. Again, I left a bit late, so I didn't visit the big gun store in Lee's Summit. The first place was Guitar Center. Of course, I went to the used guitar gear area first. There were a ton of amps. There were Peavey combos: Special, Classic, and a Basic for bass. There was also a Peavey speaker cabinet. There was a Laney Lionheart head. There was a Huges & Kettner head that had clear plexiglass panels. There was an Orange Dual Terror head. There were 3 Gibson combos. I think they were rather old. There was a VOX AC10 combo. There was a Fender Super Reverb combo, and 2 Twin combos. There was a Spectra combo. There was a Marshal DSL40 combo. For guitars, there were a SG and LP from Epiphone. There was a Fender Strat, but I don't know where it was built. There was a Charvel, 2 Jacksons, and 2 EVHs. At the used pedal counter, there were quite a few, but the only one I noted was a BOSS SY-1. There was nothing of interest in the kb area. I did note a Kurzweil PC2. There might actually have been 2 of them. I also noted an Arturia controller, and that maybe there was more than one. The next stop was the tactical store. I just noted AR-15, shotgun, and pistol. I don't remember if there was one of each of those or multiple. Then was the Lee's Summit Red Racks. There were 2 classical guitars. There was an Epi LP Special II. There were cases for a flute, trumpet, and violin. I forget if they were closed or open. There was also a First Act amp, which was the only item listed that was not behind the counter. I then stopped at the Maj R Thrift store in Raytown. There was a soft kb for babies. There was a kiddie kb and glockenspiel. There was also an Epiphone guitar amp. When I was done looking around, I stayed after to help them kill a big cricket. The next stop was the Cash America next door. There was a "regular" Schecter with hh pu config, 24 frets, and a fixed bridge. There was an Ibanez with the same stuff, but was a 7 string. For non electric instruments, there was a glockenspiel, accordion mandolin, trumpet, 2 clarinets, and 2 saxophones. one or both of the saxes was missing the horizontal top part that the mouthpiece goes into. There was a Peavey Basic 112 bass amp. For kb, there was a Yamaha one, and a KORG SV-2. As for stuff behind the counter, there was a Martin acoustic. There was an Epiphone es-335. There was a Fender Strat. They wanted $1000 for it, even though it was made in Mexico. For guns, I noted AR-15 and Kel-Tech 12ga. I don't know if there was one of each, or multiples of one or both. I also noted there were shotguns and pistols. At the thrift store that was next, there were 2 pump organs. I then went to the hole in the wall pawn shop. There were 3 Squier strats. There was a Jay Turser guitar that looked to be a take on one of the Fender "surf guitar" models of the 60's. There was some lp style guitar there. For kb, the Yamaha MIE-1 was still there. There was also a Rockjam kb. For amps, I noted one each from VOX, Fender, and Randall. For effects pedals. There was a Electro Harmonix Metal Muff. I noted a set of bongos. My next stop was the piss break thrift store. There was nothing there worth noting, but I did take a piss break out behind it. I then went to Alpha Pawn. There was a dobro style mandolin. There was a Fender classical acoustic. There was what I think was a First Act kid sized v guitar. There was a Peavey Raptor. There was also an Ovation acoustic. For guns, there were 2 Tommy guns. Next was Thrift World. There was an RMS combo amp. I then stopped at the gun store. There were miscellaneous guns there, but nothing special. I recall there being some puppies hanging out in an office behind the counter. When I almost got to Cash America, I saw a new thrift store. I stopped by. It was very tiny. There was a Casio kb and a Lowrey organ. Net was Cash America. There was a Yamaha digital piano, and a Casio one. There was also a Casio kb. For guitars, there was a First Act stratish model. There was a Squier strat with a hss pu config. There was a Jackson with a hh pu config, 24 frets, and a whammy bar. there was a Rogue Rocketeer with a hh pu config and 22 frets. I called this a Rocket in my notes, and may have also misnamed this model in previous posts. There was also a BC Rich with 1 humbucker, 24 frets, and a fixed bridge. I don't remember what body shape it was. For amps, there was a Marshall MG series with a silver faceplate. There was a Behringer Ultrabss. There was a Peavey Audition 20 combo. There was some amp made for acoustic guitar where I forgot the brand. There was also a Crate 2x12 that looked to be an acoustic guitar amp. There was a Peavey rackmount stage mixer. I think that means it's a mic mixer. There was an ION digital drumset box. There were also Pyle electronic drumpads. For guns, I noted a 12ga with a bullpup config. Next was 23rd St Pawn. The crappy Hammond was still there. There was a digital piano and at least one Casiaha. There was also a glockenspiel. For amps, There was a Roland JC-77. There were also 3 Peaveys: a TKO(bass combo), a Backstage 110, and some combo from the Transtube era. For guitars, there was a Squier tele for $149. There were also several Squier strats, and prob other strat copies I didn't note. There was also an Epiphone lp special II. I also noted an Epi lp with a "?" after it. For some reason, I'm thinking it may be a special(like a regular lp, but with a flat top). I also noted an old Epi. My last entry is Harley Benton with "lp sg" after it. I don't know if there was both a lp and sg there, or I was trying to notate something specific. I don't have the actual notes in front of me, so I don't know if i was at the bottom of the page, and didn't want to put just 1 thing at the top. I then went to the Salvation Army. There was a Casio CTK-500. Then was Red Racks. There was a violin case. There was also something else interesting. It was a Bogen portable speaker cabinet. I don't know if it was the exact model, but it was like this: www.k-bid.com/auction/20483/item/20I then went to the music store on the Independence square. In the front window, the sitar was gone. Instead, there was a GEM 49 key kb from the 60's. They told me it was unrepairable. Even though it is a small shop, there is so much stuff, I get overwhelmed trying to remember what is there. I only noted a few things. There was a Hammond organ. Even though it had drawbars, it wasn't a tonewheel model. They also had a Casiaha. The only amps I noted were a Danelectro, and 2 Fender Twins. Like I said, there was alot more stuff there. Next was the nearby "crazy" pawn shop. There was an Ibanez RG with 24 frets and a whammy bar. There was a Schecter guitar with an hh pu config, 22 frets, and a fixed bridge. There was a second one with the same features, but i noted "stubby". I tried doing an image search on Google, and didn't find anything. The only thing I can guess it was is a PT series, which is their version of a tele. If that's what it was, I would think I'd've known, since I'm curious about those guitars. I then went to the thrift store on US Hwy 24. There were 2 baby kb. I think there was a sign saying they were closing, and I think there was less stuff in there. Also, I think I passed it some time later, and it was closed. The last stop was the Cash America close by. For guitars, there was a Masestro lp jr. There was a Rogue Rocketeer. There was a strat from a company I noted as "Adjuster". I can't seem to find that brand on Google. There was a mini zither. There was an Epiphone mandolin. The headstock said "The Epiphone", but I don't know the deal with that. There was a Marshall bass amp from the MB series. The Randall RG-25R was still there. The reason I know it is the same one is that at some point, one of the knobs fell of, and has since been replaced by a large knob. That is a deal breaker for me with that amp. If the knob was the same size as the other's, being different wouldn't be a big deal. I almost forgot to mention there was also a KORG M-1 synth.

Hello. It is 907am Sun as I start this. This was another very shitty week. I hate how when I have one, I seem to have an even worse one. Last week, I talked about how my dad went into the hospital. On Thu, he was supposed to go home. When he was trying to stand up, he was unable to. They sent him to the nearby phys rehab facility on Fri. I don't know how long he'll be there. Of course that means I'll be on litterbox duty again for the foreseeable future. Fri was the worst day. I actually started good. I was finally able to take a dump after not being able to do so for ? days. After that, I went to the hospital to get a test done. I got there before 730am. The test had me eat some food(I'll mention later), then I had to have my insides scanned. I had to have them scanned again every 30 min a bunch of times, then 1 hr the last 2 times. I was done after 1230pm. When I was leaving the hospital, this Dodge pickup zoomed in front of me. He was driving slow. Then, at an intersection, the left turn stoplight had a flashing yellow arrow, which means yield. He was just sitting there like a retard. He finally went I was starting to go around him when all the lights were yellow. I then went to the license office to renew my driver's license. I should not've been there long. Unfortunately, school was out that day. This means the place was packed with teenagers getting their licenses. It only took me a few min to get my stuff done. I was there until 215pm. After that, I got something to eat. I was then pulled over for speeding as I was going to go to my mom's house. I went over to city hall to see if I could pay the ticket right away. The girl said I have to wait 2 weeks. I finally got to my mom's house. I ate my food, and did a few things. It was very late when I left. I only felt like shopping at ALDI and Walmart. When I was at WM, I got a package of tp. It was the right kind, but I got the smaller pkg. When I finally got home, next to my driveway, there was a spot where the ground was fucked up. There were also pieces of car trim. My neighbor said a car came from the street pointing out from my house(I live at a "T" intersection, and went into the ditch. He doesn't know how that happened, but it had snowed when I was in the hospital, and maybe the streets were slick. At least the car didn't go down the driveway and crash into the house. I was finally able to take a shower. I accidentally dropped the soap. When I was bending over to pick it up, I slipped, and fell out of the tub. When that happened, I fell into the plastic tup I had towels soaking in to rinse them before I do laundry. A ton of that water spilled out. I slid and hit the toilet, causing the seat to go down. I turned the shower off. I needed something to clean up the water. I used the baby blanket I was going to wash because it had fallen o the floor a few months ago. I did soak up a bunch of the water. I then used a ton of paper towels(that are napkins that come with fast food) to try to dry up some more of the water that the blanket wouldn't get. I finally then got back it the shower, and got done. But then, I had to go out early again the next morning to have my car's oil changed. I called my service rep on Fri, and he said he had retired. The stuff with my car was fine. Sat sucked because I had to do stuff, including things I didn't get to do Fri. When I got home, I did go out and put most of the grass chunks back where they were knocked out from the wreck the day before.
With that 90 min of typing out of the way, I'll get to the food now.
Sat: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My "meal" was just a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Carolina Reaper flavor. They were good. I forget about the heat.
Sun: I finished the cocktail sausages.
For my meal, I had calzones. The one grocery chain was doing a bogo offer on them. I was going to get 6. At the location I was at, they only had 5. 4 were cheese, and 1 was pepperoni. I got the pepperoni and 3 cheese. I could've just got the pepperoni and 1 cheese, and went to a different location, and see what they had. Instead, I went to an ALDI nearby. I picked up 2 of their calzones, even though they are smaller. I also got cookies(the pb ones I mentioned last week) because I was out.
When it was time to eat, I put all the calzones on the cookie sheet. I cooked them according to the instructions listed for the ALDI ones. I had the ALDI ones first. The first one was Buffalo Chicken. It was ok. I mostly tasted the cheese and crust. There was a slight hint of the sauce. The second one was Philly Cheesesteak. It was ok. I only tasted the cheese and crust. I then had the grocery ones. I had a cheese one. Then the pepperoni. Then the other 2 cheese. Each of them came with a small container of tomato/marinara/pasta/pizza sauce, even though they had the same inside. The last 2 cheese were huge, and had a big "ring" of crust. For those, I pulled that off and dipped it in the sauce. I did not think these were good. The issue was that the crust and sauce were the dominant flavors, even when I didn't use the extra sauce. For the pepperoni one, I don't think I even tasted any pepperoni. Also, they seemed to cool off pretty quickly, even though I heated them in the oven, and put them in my big pot to stay warm.
When I was talking with my mom on the phone the next day, I said I won't get these again. I think I may want to try them again, but hopefully get some of the other varieties(Italian sausage, meatball, chicken).
Mon: I didn't have anything except meal prep related nibbling.
Tue: When I was at work, I had one of the A1 Asian snacks. It was good.
My snack was 4 of the eggrolls from QuikTrip, as they are still on sale for $0.99. I heated them up in the microwave before I ate them.
Because I was having the medical test done on Fri, I couldn't eat after midnight. Because of that, I did not have my regular big meal. Also, I did not open a new pkg of cocktail sausages to snack on. That was because of Thu, and the Presidents Day weekend, where I don't do snacking.
Thu: The only thing I had to eat was 5 of the eggrolls from QT. I heated them up in the microwave before I ate them. They were good.
Fri: The first food I had that was for the test. I first had 2 pieces of toast that looked to have butter on them, along with strawberry jam/jelly. They were ok, seeing as I don't like toast, and if I did eat it, I would have it plain. I then had a scrambled egg. They had one of those small paper pepper packets to put on it. It was good. I'm guessing there was some kind of dye in the food so it would show up during the scans.
I got the food I had at my mom's house from the hot case of a grocery store. I had a piece of breaded swai, and 2 burritos(I think they were actually chimichangas). I heated the stuff up in the microwave before I ate. The burritos were good. I think I had a bite of each plain, but I mostly used a packet of picante sauce on each one.
When I got home, I had 2 flautas I got from the hot case at WM. They were good. I also had 2 Gyros from Arby's using coupons. They were both the Greek variety. They were good. I didn't heat anything up.
Sat: The first stuff I had was at McDonald's. I had an order of hash browns. It was good, though small, especially for the price. It was basically a large flat tater tot. I also had 2 Sausage Burritos, as they have a buy one/get one for $1. They each came with a packet of hot picante sauce, but I was able to use just one between both of them. For the first one, I did try a bite plain. I was able to taste the cheese, which I wasn't happy about. I forget if I had a bit plain of the second one, or had all of it with sauce. They were good with the sauce. They were a tad on the small side.
At my mom's house. I had something I got from the hot case from the same store as before. This time, it was chicken tamales with rice. I had it plain, and also with a packet of Cholula hot sauce, and a packet of taco sauce, but not together. They were good.
When I got home, I had 4 eggrolls from QT. They were good. I also had 2 Reubens from Arby's using coupons. They were good. I didn't heat anything up.
Sun: I ws having hunger pains, so I decided to have a snack. It was a bag of Deutsche Kuche Potato Sticks. They were the Hash Brown Style. They were good
That's it for the food. I know what I'm having tonight and tomorrow. Tomorrow is PD, so that will be the last of my special meals. It's something I've had before, but there is something different. I'll talk about that next week.
It's 143am Mon as I post this. SNL was the repeat of the Jacob Elordi/Renee Rapp episode. I didn't have to watch it again, which was good because it was glitching so bad last night as to make it unwatchable. I wasn't even able to watch Weekend Update. I was on the phone with my mom for a long time, but can't recall if I was done after 1030 or not. I can't recall what I was doing when it was on because I was so fucking tired. I think I did my regular reding, and maybe the stuff for today. I think I dozed off a few times. I was planning to check my email, then Nextdoor at 1am, but I didn't because I had fallen asleep. I woke up at like 225am. I then checked my email, then Nd. I think I dozed off 1 or 2 times. Even without that, it took a long fucking time due to people posting a lot of shit. At 6am, I got up and went into my bedroom. I did something else, then went to bed. I got up for 9 for Meet The Press. While I was awake, I couldn't watch it due to glitching. I did start typing. At 930, I watched Face The Nation while typing. Then I put on Washington Week. At 11am, I watched the local show while typing, even though I was able to watch it last night while doing other stuff. At 1130, I turned on Pawn Stars while typing. I then was feeling ass pressure. Around noon, I went in to take a large dump. I then did some other things, like putting some clothes in the plastic tub to soak before I wash them tomorrow. I then stopped typing at 206pm to look at my email and Nd. I got done with Nd after 5. I then took another dump. After that, I went in to sleep for a bit. I got up for 7 for FOX's Animation Domination. I was able to watch all of it without glitching. At 9, I called my mom. I think I finished a bit before 930. I then was reading Dear Prudence on Slate, which I usually do on Sat. At 10, I got up and pooed for a third time. I then sat back down and ate the potato sticks. I think I got done a bit after 1047pm. I started reading DP again, but switched over to the Smackdown recap on TJRWrestling. When I finished reading that, I went back to DP. Some time when I was reading one of these things, I fell asleep. I don't recall how long I was out. I kept on reading until 1am, when I went back to typing while watching the TMZ weekend edition.
There were 2 deaths I wanted to mention that I forgot to previously. The first was Amanda Davies, the daughter of Erika Slezak. ES played the main character Vicki Buchannan on the soap opera One Life To Live. The reason I'm mentioning this is because AD did play the young version of VB during flashback sequences. The other death was Mojo Nixon. He is prob most famous for the novelty song Elvis Is Everywhere.
In political stuff, Trump was found guilty of fraud. He was fined $350 million, and can't do business in NY for 3 yrs. Good. I think there was a third thing he could have been given. I think it may have been losing his businesses in NY. I wish they would have done that, and kept him out of business longer; and not really worry about the money. I think he would hate that, and the suspension more than the $ since he can't stand being told no. Sen Tim Scott was on FTN today. He was too ballless to call out Trump, and just deflecting questions.
I'm from Kansas City, and you may have heard there was a bit of news there. After the Chiefs Super Bowl victory parade and rally, one or more shitheads pulled out a gun and started shooting. This left one woman dead, and over 20 people shot. This wasn't some idiot trying to create a body count. This was the group/person A vs group/person B scenario I talked about a few months ago. The people who are actually a part of this are so fucking stupid to do this, because there were apparently tons of law enforcement personnel all over the area. The news said around 800. Plus, there are prob security cameras all over. Because one of the shooters had a shortened AR-15, some people are saying this is a gun issue. Now I could actually support getting rid of these short AR-15s(there is some kind off loophole where they're legal if considered a pistol), but not all the other standard bullshit. This is a culture problem, specifically from the 'hood/ghetto. Not everything is worthy of a death sentence, especially in a crowd of people. The 2 guys arrested are teenagers, but hopefully they'll be tried as adults. They haven't said if any of the people hospitalized are actual participants in the shooting. That's all I can think of for now.
That's it for this week. I'll be back next week, prob at a more normal time.

Hello. It is 1244am as I start this. I guess this week wasn't as bad as previous weeks, but of course, there were still issues. My dad is still at the phys rehab facility. That means I'm still on litterbox duty. On Fri, I was done cleaning the pee blobs out. The cat is a slob, so she knocks a lot of the litter out of the box. I was putting it back in. Two of my pens fell out of my pocket and fell onto the litter on the floor. I wrapped them up in toilet paper and brought them home. I cleaned them with 4 different items. I then ran them over the flame from a lighter. After that, I put mouthwash on them. I hope they are completely clean, as I like to suck on my pens. I think one of them is dead. On a previous day(maybe Tue), an ink tube from another pen fell out of my pocket. That time, it fell into the bag where I was putting the pee bobs and shit. I did not retrieve it. My mom said he is doing good, so he may be coming home soon. On Thu, I went to the bank to pay my credit card bill in person. This is because I wanted to pay off the stuff from last weekend. I wanted to get the huge bill out of the way. I was able to. I was in a bit of a time crunch in making it there before they closed. I'll explain that later. I'm also having issues with the billing from my endoscopy. To be brief, I may have already mailed the whole amount in, but still getting statements and emails. I filled out 2 checks and envelopes I may not have needed to. Hopefully, if that's the case, I can pull the stamps off the envelopes, and use them on other envelopes. I did that before. The checks would be a lost cause though. I also found I was low on one of my medications. I can only get 30 pills(1 month) at a time, as opposed to 3 months for the others. I forgot to get a refill a few weeks ago. The good thing is it is for my digestive system issues, not blood pressure. I've been skipping taking them unless I have a big meal. Once I fill my prescriptions, I can start taking them daily again. Another issue with my prescriptions is that I've previously couldn't get a 3 month supply. I've had to get 1 month, then 2 months the next time. That counts as 2 refills. That means all these pills are out of refills. The WM pharmacy has to call the dr's office to get more refills.
There was a piece of good news. I finally got my new discount card from the one main area grocery chain on Tue. I filled out the stuff a few months ago. My parents also got theirs on Tue, even though they filled out their stuff at least a month after I did.
That's all I can think of right now. I can finally get to the food.
Sun: My meal was 2 things. The main item was 2 24oz boxes of ALDI fish sticks. They were good. The other thing was a package of ALDI naan bread. It was the Garlic variety. It was good.
Mon: This was the last meal of the Presidents Day weekend. The only thing I had was a giant can of Great Value White Hominy from Walmart. It was good. As for the size of the can, it says it was 110oz/6.9lbs. I was able to finish the whole thing, as there was a decent amount of liquid. There was an issue. When I was trying to get the contents of the can into the pot, a bunch of the liquid splashed out. What I should've done was cut the can partially open, and dump the liquid in the pot. Then fully open the can, and dump the actual hominy in.
Tue: I didn't have anything.
Wed: When I was at work, I had the second/last of the Zee Zees bars that came with the frozen dinners. This one was Campfire S'mores. It was good.
I opened up a pkg of cocktail sausages. This time, they were the Hillshire Farms Lit'l Smokies. I got these because I had a coupon. My mom got me a pkg also with the coupon she got in the mail. I be opening that one this coming week. They were good.
My snack was 4 eggrolls from QuikTrip, as they are still on sale. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate them. They were good.
I had a "small" meal because I was going to have my normal big Thu one. I had a box of Cheez-It crackers. They were the Italian Four Cheese variety. They were good. I had my last can of stuffed grape leaves from ALDI. They were good. The main item was a 16oz bag of Aqua Star raw shrimp. I drank the liquid out of the bag, which was good. I cooked the shrimp in the pan with some canola oil. I also sprinkled on some garlic powder and black pepper. It was good.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My snack was 3 eggrolls from QuikTrip. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate them. They were good.
I got my meal at Little Caesars. There was an issue. I was going to get it at the location near my house. After I was done working, I called the phone #. It rang 3 times, then went to voicemail. I tried a few more times with the same result. I needed to get to the bank to pay my cc bill before they closed at 5. I called the other local location, and nobody picked up. I tried again, and was finally able to place my order. When I got my stuff, I asked the girl if the other location was open. She said she thought it was, but not 100% sure. Later, I tried calling, and still got voicemail.
My meal was a Slices-N-Stix pizza, and one order of Italian Cheese Bread. The SNS came with a container of marinara sauce. I heated up the SNS and ICB in the oven for 15 min at 400F. Both things were good plain and with the sauce. For the SNS, I only used the marinara with the cheese sticks half.
Fri: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My first snack was the last slice of wheat bread that came with the frozen dinners. I used the last tiny container of butter on it. It was good. I had it at 1237am during one station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
My second snack was ~half an 8oz bag of Brim's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. It was good. I didn't use any canola oil on it. I had it at 137am during another station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
My third snack was one of the frozen meals. This one was New York Strip Shaped Beef Patty & Gravy with Spinach and Four Seasons Vegetables. There was an issue with this one. After I cooked it in the microwave, as I was taking it out, I saw some dark stuff in the microwave. I thought the tray had somehow melted. I took it out, and saw there was no melting. When I sat it down on the tv tray, T saw that for some reason, the spinach had cooked out. It somehow also cooked out into the meat section. The stuff in the microwave was spinach, so I ate it. When I sat down, I first ate the "four seasons vegetables". I don't know what they were, but they might've been good. The spinach was also good. I think the meat was good. There seemed to be little, if any, gravy. I had this at 330am during the rebroadcast of TMZ.
I decided to make some popcorn. I made it like I've done before. This time, I just put canola oil on it. I didn't make as much as I usually do. It was good. I had it around 1pm.
My last snack was a bag of croutons. They were the Seasoned variety from Dollar Tree. They were good. I had them plain. I had them after SNL.
Sat: I had my sweet stuff, starting with cereal and pb. I used the jar I opened during the Xmas weekend.
I finished the last spoonful from the current jar. It was a store-brand crunchy. I had some of the graham crackers. They were good. I had a pudding cup. It was good. I had a Belfonte yogurt. It was Strawberry Cheesecake. It was good. I don't know how different it tastes from the regular Strawberry. I had some of the white chips. They were good. I had some of the Andes mints. They were good. I had one of the LD Snickerdoodles. It was good. I had some of the Peanut Butter Fudge cookies from ALDI. They were good. I took all 3 items out of the fridge. I also had some walnuts. They were good.
My "meal" was a bag of store-brand oyster crackers. They were good plain and with canola oil.
That's it for the food. I know what I'm having for my meal.
I have a lot of shit to do this week. I'm going to try to get my prescriptions filled. If my first check clears, I'm going to find out about the bills. I'm also going to try to pay my speeding ticket if I can.
It is 1133pm as I post this. SNL was new. The host was Shane Gillis, and musical guest was 21 Savage. I didn't care for 21's songs, but I liked the ballerinas he had during the first one. There was a glitch during the second song, but I don't think I'll watch it again. There was glitches during the church sketch and Weekend Update. My brain kind of turned off during the gambling prerecorded segment. The episode was good. If you didn't know, SG was originally going to be a cast member, but got fired after some non-pc stuff of his surfaced. He did a stand-up routine for his monologue. While the stuff was funny, I could feel through the tv that the audience wasn't enjoying it. Going back to the church sketch, Heidi Gardner looked hot in it. Sarah Sherman looked hot with a blond wig in the Trump shoes prerecorded segment. She also looked good in the HR sketch. I just remembered that during the shoes segment, SG did an awesome Trump impersonation. If SNL had kept him, there would've been a competition between him and James Austin Johnson(the current "Trump") as to who would play Trump. After SNL, I got up and got my food for later ready. I then sat down and had my croutons. After that, I started typing. At 1am, I went in to take a nap. I set my alarm to get up for 2 for Ice Road Truckers. I woke up, but dozed off again for 10 min. I then got up. I sat down intending to type, but was drowsy, and fell asleep. I know I woke up a few min after 330, because I took my pills then. I was going to get up at 4, and get my food. Instead, I fell asleep again. I woke up at like 437am. I then got up and got my food. I did mostly eating, but did do a little typing. After I was done eating, I resumed typing. I eventually got up and put stuff away. I then was looking at stuff online. I then went into bed right before 8 to take a nap. I got up for 9 for Meet The Press. I was feeling drowsy, and fell asleep. I did the wake up/fall asleep thing a few times. I finally woke up at like 1201pm. I then did my reading. When that was done. I put MTP on the computer, and resumed typing. I then put on Washington Week. I think I might've typed a bit after WW was over. I eventually got up and took a decent dump. I then sat down and looked at my email, then Nextdoor. After 5pm, I went in to sleep for a while. I got up for 7 for FOX's Animation Domination. I was over at 9. I then called my mom. I think I was finished around 930. I then read some stuff online. Then, I got up. I did a few things, but mainly got stuff for my meal ready. I then sat back down and had my oyster crackers. After 1035pm, I resumed typing.
The only death I can think of is Roni Stoneman. She played the old lady wife in the husband-wife segments on Hee Haw. She looked old, and had the "missing" tooth, and strips of cloth in her hair. I'm mentioning her because before HH, she was already a legendary banjo player. I did a Google Image search on her, and she was attractive back in the day.
In political news, Trump beat Haley in her home state of SC. It's looking like trump will be the Republican candidate. Trump said some more retarded shit, aka nothing new. He compared himself to the Russian political figure that was likely murdered. He called himself a dissident. Well, he at least got the "di" part right. He also said black people like him because he is in trouble with the law. Holy stereotyping Batman! Black people that aren't politicians like him because he hung out with Kanye West, whom I could prob talk a lot about. Speaking of black politicians, there was one defending Trump on MTP. I can't recall specifics on what he said.
I have an update on the parade shooting. 2 adults have now been charged. One of them is the one who started shooting. The other one is the one who shot the woman who died. I don't know what the deal with the other guy is. That is, I don't think I heard if he was part of either of the 2 groups. If he wasn't, he may have fired in self-defense. And if that is the case, he shouldn't be charged with 2nd degree murder. As for the first guy, even though he didn't fire the fatal bullet, he should be charged because he started shooting. He said everything started because the other group was supposedly looking at him and his group funny. Like I said last week, this is a culture problem, and stupid stuff does not deserve a death sentence.
I guess that is it for me. I should be back next week.

Hello. It is 435am as I start this. It has been another crappy week. The main item of note is that I got sick. It started Thu night/Fri morning. I had a fever, and was tired when I had my Thu meal. When I woke up for work, I felt even worse. I was also in a lot of pain in my upper body, and was having headaches. I was very slow in doing my work, and dozed off between calls. I eventually used some of my vacation time to get off work early. I had to run some errands before I could just climb into bed. Also before that, I took 2 Walmart tylenol pills. Those helped get rid of the pain and the fever. The odd thing is that when the tyenol wears off, the fever comes back. I was feeling better later, but I still felt tired. I also have a cough, and sometimes sore throat. Also, cold is very uncomfortable on my skin. When I open the fridge, the cold air hits my legs(I have nothing on but socks(and shoes when I'm walking around) from the waist down), and feel too good. On Sat, I felt very sluggish. It took a long time to get out of my chair to go shave. When I was done, I just sat there on the floor for a long time. I am also coughing. At night, I've been having watery poo. I don't know if that's from being sick, because it just happens sometimes. I took a dump after SNL, then I had my croutons. I went to bed a bit after 1am. When I was in bed, I originally couldn't get comfortable. That was partially due to my upper back hurting. I think I eventually fell asleep. When the alarm went off, I hit the snooze bar. I did that a few more times. I may have then turned it off. I then woke up and saw it was a few min before 430. I got up because I wanted to take my pills before I eat, and watch cars.tv(I don't know how that is capitalized). Earlier this week, I found out that in 3 weeks, I have to do that typing shit instead of doing the phones at work. I had a fiasco getting my prescriptions filled. I called on Mon to let them know they had to call my dr's office to get more refills. I explained this last week. I then called back Wed to start the filling process. I was told they were still waiting for 2 of the refills to come back. I called the dr's office Thu morning. The nurse said she would get the refills sent over. A few hrs later, I called WM. They said they got all 4 refills, but were out of 2 of the pills. I asked them to call the big WM, and see what they could do, then call me back. I waited a few hrs and called them back. I talked to another worker. She said the first one tried calling me back, but got no answer. That doesn't make sense, as I was by the phone the whole time. I think the first lady was calling my home number, even though I gave her my work number. The second lady told me they could fill all but 1. I told her to call me back after she let the other WM know to fill them. She called me back fine. When I got to WM a few hrs later, they still hadn't filled them. I had to wait around. As for the pills they were out of, that's not a problem. That's because somehow, I'm way ahead on them. I still have about 30 in my current bottle, and have another unopened bottle of 30. That's all I can think of.
I did have some good news. My dad is scheduled to come home on Wed. That means I should just have 2 more days of litterbox duty. With the endoscopy stuff, they got the check. They said I can't pay all 3 with the same check. They're going to send me a check for the excess. I got the checks for the other 2 bills in the mail. I also filled out and mailed my gas bill. I also paid off my speeding ticket.
Now I can get to the food.
Sun: I finished the package of cocktail sausages.
This is a meal I've had before. I had a can of Pringles. They were the Sour Cream & Onion variety. They weren't good. They were old. Even though the can was sealed, they got stale. They were not crispy, but instead, kind of soft. The first few had a kind of chemical taste. I also had a bag of Chex Mix. It was the Bold variety. It was good. I had ~half an 8oz block of store-brand Swiss cheese. It was good. I took it out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate. I had 2 meat items. One was a can of StarKist tuna in oil. It was good. I took it out of the fridge. The other item was a 3oz package of store-brand peperoni. It was good. I took it out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate.
Mon: I didn't have anything. I didn't make my Tue meal, so I didn't do any nibbling related to that.
Tue: I opened up a pkg of cocktail sausages. They were the Hillshire Farms Lit'l Smokies. I explained that last week.
My snack was 3 QuikTrip eggrolls, as they are still $0.99. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using ~8oz of frozen broccoli. I cooked it using the healthy method. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
My meat item was a can of Nothern Catch sardines in hot sauce. They were good. I took the can off the shelf.
Wed: I had the container of rice/veggie mix I set aside. It was good plain and with my 3 items, no combos.
When I had this, I basically finished the bottle of hot sauce.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My snack was 4 QT eggrolls. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate them. They were good.
My meal could be termed "sandwiches I want to try". I was originally going to go to Subway, but I decided to try all these sandwiches. If I wasn't on litterbox duty, I would prob be getting these to have as my Fri snacks.
The first sandwich I had was the Big Fish from Burger King. It was good. It wasn't that big. It was like the McDonald's Filet-O-Fish.
The next 2 items were from Jimmy John's. They have a limited-time sandwich called Kickin' Cajun Chicken Sandwich. It comes as either a regular sandwich or wrap. I got both a half(8 in) sandwich and wrap. In had the sandwich first, then the wrap. While they were good, I want to do a do-over. That's because of a sanitary incident.
After I had the JJ items, I was already full.
The next item was a Double Big Mac. I don't recall how it tasted. I think it was because I was full already. Also, like I said at the top, I was sick. I think I might've had my nose stuffed.
The last item was a Fish Sandwich from Church's. It was more like the Arby's one. It didn't seem very good. That again, could've been due to me being full.
When I was done, I was very full. I forget if I was in any pain.
I heated everything except the JJ items in the microwave before I ate.
Besides the JJ items, I want to do a do-over of the McD's and Church's items.
Fri: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My first snack was a cornbread muffin that came with the frozen meals. It was good. There was no butter container for it. I had it at 1237am during the rebroadcast of one station's 10pm news.
My second snack was ~half an 8oz bag of Brim's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. It was good. I had it at 137am during another station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
My third snack was the last of the frozen meals. This one was Chimichurri Chicken Breast Patty with Stewed Tomatoes and Black Beans and Corn. I first had the beans and corn. They should have called it Corn and Black Beans, as there was way more corn. It was good. I next had the tomatoes. They were good. I finally had the chicken. There was some kind of liquid/gravy in the compartment with the chicken. I didn't bring a knife or fork with me to eat, as I was using my chopsticks. To cut the chicken, I was trying to use the chopsticks by poking into it in a line. That didn't work. I have my knockoff leatherman tool here, but I didn't feel like using it. I just poked into the chicken, pick it up, and take a bite. It was good. I had it at 330am during the rebroadcast of TMZ.
I decided to make some popcorn. I only put canola oil on it. It was good. I had it around 1230pm.
My last snack was a bag of Dollar Tree croutons. They were the Garlic variety. They were good. I had them after 1230am Sun, after I took a dump after SNL.
I had the cocktail sausages before the croutons. I usually have some earlier than that, but due to me being sick, I didn't feel like having any before then.
Sat: I had my sweet stuff, starting with cereal and pb.
I had some graham crackers. They were good. I had a pudding cup. It was good. I had some of the vanilla chips. They were good. I had some walnuts. They were good. I finished one bag, and opened another. I had the last of the Belfonte yogurt. It was Blueberry Cheesecake. It was good. Like the strawberry last week, I don;t know if there is a difference between this one and regular Blueberry. I had some of the Andes mints. They were good. I finished the ALDI pb cookies. They were good. I had the last of the Little Debbie Snickerdoodles. It was good. I took all 3 out of the freezer.
I had some cocktail sausages.
My "meal" was a bag of Clancy's Pretzel Slims. They were the Original variety. They were good.
That's it for the food. I'll be finishing the cocktail sausages later. I know what my meal will be, and any longtime readers should too.
I'm posting this at 137am Mon. SNL was new. The host was Sidney Sweeney, and musical guest Kacey Musgraves. Due to the wind, there was glitching throughout the whole show. Except for the prerecorded Bowen's Straight segment, and Air Bud sketch, I have to watch everything else again. Again, Sarah Sherman looked really good in a wig. This time, it was the bridal party sketch. During the NYPD sketch, Chloe Fineman was wearing a shirt that made her look flat-chested. Even if she is, I still think she's attractive. After SNL, I went and took a liquid dump. After I cleaned up, I had the cocktail sausages, then croutons. I already explained in the first paragraph what happened next. I then started typing. I think I finally got up and got my food after 530am. I actually did some watery poo before I ate. I think I did a tiny bit of typing while eating. I forget when I was done eating. I eventually got up and put stuff away. I went into bed before 8am. I set my alarm to get up before 9 for Meet The Press. The alarm woke me up, but I closed my eyes, and when I opened them, it was 10 min later. I then got out of bed and went and sat down. MTP was glitching, so I didn't care that I fell asleep. I woke up and fell asleep a few times. I think I finally woke up after 1130am. I then did my reading. After that, I resumed typing, while "watching" MTP and Washington Week online. I got done with those at 2. I then went and looked at my email, then Nextdoor. I got done around 5. I then did some other stuff before going into bed at 530. I got up for 730 for Animation Domination. At 9, I called my mom. I think I was done a bit before 930. I then resumed typing. At 10pm, I got up. I got some food ready for later, and brought in the other food. I then sat down and ate. After I was done, I resumed typing. At 11pm, I put Face The Nation on to listen to while typing. When FTN was done at midnight, I went to TJRWrestling to read the Smackdown recap. When I finished, I planned to read the rest of the Royal Rumble recap, and start the Elimination Chamber one. I didn't get a chance, since I dozed off. I got done with the Smackdown recap a few min before 1. At 1, I resumed typing while watching the TMZ weekend edition.
The only celebrity death this week was comedian Richard Lewis. I don't remember if I've seen anything he was in, or any of his stand-up routines.
In politics, Trump won the MO caucus on Sat. Haley won the DC primary. This Tue is Super Tue, where a ton of states have primaries. Thu is the State of the Union address. On FTN, there was some Rep House member being interviewed. He was making remarks about Biden not being mentally competent. Like Trump is. I think I've said before here that what Biden says accidentally isn't as bad as what Trump says on purpose. But Trump has also been making a lot of verbal errors.
In local news, on Thu, some geezer getting evicted killed a process server and a cop. It may just be me, but I'd like to ask this idiot what he was trying to accomplish, and that was it worth it. There is a good chance that this will be a death penalty case. Good. There were rumors that this guy was one of those "sovereign citizens". You can look that up yourself, but it's in the same family as right-wing nutjobs and conspiracy theorists.
Then, on Sat night, there was a shooting outside a local high school after a basketball game. 2 people were shot. The police are saying the shooter is black. The area where the shooting happened is not the ghetto, and neither is the area where the visiting team's school is. Keep the ghetto shit in the ghetto.
I guess that is all for this week. See you next week then.

Hello. It is 1244am Sun as I post this. It was another shitty week. The main thing was that I am still sick. I am getting better though. I think I'm almost back to normal. There is something related that happened, which I'll talk about later. My dad came home on Thu. When I called my mom on Fri, she said he did not go into the basement. That meant I still had to go over there after work and clean out the fucking litterbox. I don't know when he'll be ready to use the stairs, so I still have to do that. On Fri, was hoping to go after work and buy some food for my snacks. I didn't do that.
I guess I can get to the food now.
Sun: I finished the cocktail sausages.
My meal was one I've had before. It was just 3 items. My meat item was a can of Duetsche Kuche Herring Fillets in Mango Pepper Sauce. They were good. I took the can out of the fridge. I had the other half of the 8oz block of store-brand Swiss cheese I opened last week. It was good. I took it out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate. My last item was something new. It was a box of vegetable crackers from Dollar Tree. They were good. They are supposed to be a substitute for Ritz crackers. They are smaller though. I think the Ritz crackers have 1 oz more in the box. I had these because the Toasteds crackers are still way too fucking $$$$.
Mon: I didn't have anything.
On Tue, I opened up a new bottle of hot sauce. It is La Botanera. It is the Original variety, even though I don't know what other varieties there are. I tried a few drops by itself. While there was some heat, it had a fruity/sweet taste.
Tue: When I was at work, I had a snack. It was a package of 4 small cookies I got with the frozen meals. They were like vanilla sandwich cookies. They were good.
I opened up a new pkg of cocktail sausages. I've gone back to the ALDI ones.
My snack was a do-over from last week. I went to McDonald's and got a Double Big Mac. I warmed it up in the microwave before I ate. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using ~8oz of frozen broccoli. I cooked it using the healthy method. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
My meat item was a can of Northern Catch sardines in oil. They were good. I took them off the shelf.
Wed: I had the rice/veggie mix I set aside. It was good plain and with my 3 items, no combos.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My snack has a story. When I went to QuikTrip on Mon to get gas, I saw the eggrolls were still on sale for $0.99. When I went to another location on Thu, they weren't. Instead, they had the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bites. I got 3. I heated them up in the microwave before I ate them.
I got my meal at Arby's. The fish sandwiches are still part of the 2/$6 promo. I got 6; getting 2 at one location, and 4 at the other. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate.
You may have noticed that I didn't mention if the snack or meal were good. That is because of the issue I referred to at the top. I think I had some of the cocktail sausages between 1030 and 11. When I did, I couldn't really taste them. A bit later, I had the BCCB. Again, I could barely taste them. I did detect heat though. I think I tried some soy sauce, and I only tasted it a little bit. I did the same with canola oil, and tasted it even less. Before I had my sandwiches, I had a few more of the cocktail sausages. Again, I didn't really taste them. As for the sandwiches, I was just able to taste them a little bit.
Earlier in the week, I used up the little bit of cough medicine I had. I was also using Vicks VapoRub when I would go to bed. On Fri, I was smearing VVR below my nose throughout the day. That seemed to help. During work, I got up and tried my spices, and was able to taste them. I think I tried the hot sauce, soy sauce, and canola oil, but can't recall about those. I know I did those 3 again after I got back from doing the litterbox. I remember tasting those again normally.
Fri: I had some of the cocktail sausages. I had a few 2 different times. I know I was able to fully taste them the second time. I think I did the first time also.
My first snack was ~half an 8oz bag of Brim's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. It was good. I was able to taste it. I had it at 1237am during the rebroadcast of a station's 10pm news.
I decided to have a second snack. It was a bag of TGI Fridays Crinkle Fries. They were the Chili Cheese flavor. They were good. I think I may not've tasted all of them. I had these at 137am during another station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
My third snack was a Michellina's entree. It was Five Cheese Zitit. It was good. I had it at 330am during the rebroadcast of TMZ.
I decided to have a fourth snack. I made my own popcorn. I did it how I always do. I just put canola oil on it. It was good. I had it around 1230pm.
My last snack was a bag of DT croutons. They were the Seasoned variety. They were good. I was able to taste them. I had them right after SNL.
Sat: I had my sweet stuff, starting with cereal and pb. I finished one jar of pb and opened another. The one I finished was Peter Pan was Honey Roast Creamy. It was good. Like the other honey pb, I don't think I really tasted the honey.
I had some of the walnuts. They were good. I had some of the graham crackers. They were good. I had a pudding cup. It was good. I had some of the vanilla chips. They were good. I had the last of the Andes mints. They were good. I had them off the shelf. I had a yogurt. It was a store-brand Strawberry. It seemed to be ok.
I also had 2 new items. One was a pkg of Little Debbie Strawberry Swiss Rolls. There are 2 to a pkg. They seemed to have an odd taste. I took them off the shelf. I also had some sandwich cookies I got from DT. They were lemon flavor. They were good. They had a strong lemon flavor. I took them off the shelf. The package calls them Lemon Creme, which you already know that I have a problem with and why.
I was able to taste everything.
I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My "meal" was a box of Triscuit crackers. They were Four Cheese & Herb. They were good.
That's it for the food. I do know what I'm having for my Sun meal. If I still wasn't able to taste food, I'd have something else.
It is 1141pm Sun as I post this. SNL was new, with Josh Brolin as the host, and Arianna Grande as the musical guest. It was a good episode. I think Chloe Fineman only appeared in the sandwich sketch. Sarah Sherman looked good in wigs in the people pleaser and cat sketches. Heidi Garder looked hot in the talk show sketch. During the people pleaser sketch, I again got the impression that she is the lead female on SNL. As for Grande, she did an awesome job. I'm impressed every time I hear her sing. In think she is the best out there. Not Taylor, not Beyonce, not Lady Gaga. There was only 1 glitch during Weekend Update. After SNL, I had my croutons. I got my stuff ready for later earlier in the night, so I didn't have to do it after SNL. After the croutons, I started typing. I went in to bed to take my nap at 1. This morning was the time change, so I set my alarm for 330am, even though it was only 90 min. When the alarm went off, I hit the snooze bar. I did so 2 more times. I got up for 4am. I resumed typing. After 5, I got my food and sat back down. I think I just ate. I forget when I got done. I think I resumed typing. After 7, I dozed off for a while. I woke up after 730. I got up and put stuff away. I also set all the clocks in the house. I had already moved the alarm clocks in the family room and bedroom ahead an hr, and the computer automatically did that while I was asleep. But I did set the min to the clock on the one tv station. I also totally did the clocks on the microwave and stove in the kitchen. I then went in right before 8 to take my nap. I got up for 9 for MTP. A few min after I sat down to watch it, I fell asleep. I woke up around 1018am, but fell back asleep. I think I finally woke up at 1244pm. I then did my reading. After that, I put MTP, then Washington Week on the computer to listen to while I typed. WW ended a few min before 3. I then got up to take a dump. After I finished, cleaned up, and was going back to the computer, I felt more ready, so I went back in. I think it was close to 330 when I was able to go back to the computer. I then checked my email, then Nextdoor. I went to take a nap at 530pm. I got up for 730 for Animation Domination. A bit after 9, I called my mom. After I talked to her, I went in the bathroom and did some more poo. I then had my "meal". I did do a bit of typing while I was eating. I got done eating a bit before 1030, and resumed typing. At 11pm, I put on Face The Nation while typing.
The Oscars ended a bit ago. Oppenheimer won a bunch of awards, including Best Picture. Best Director, Best Actor.
In political news, the State of the Union speech was Thu. I didn't watch it, but saw clips on the news. Biden was energetic. The Republican response was by Sen Katie Britt. I only saw highlights of that. She seemed overly dramatic, like she was doing a monologue in a play.
And of course, Trump was saying retarded shit again. He said everything Biden touches "turns to shit". Project much? He also said Biden's trying to hold onto power by causing division. Um, that was the Trump presidency, including Jan 6.
There's talk of the gov getting rid of Tik Tok because it is owned by a Chinese company. If they do, it's not going to affect me, as I'm not a member. It is stupid though. The gov claims the Chinese gov has access to the data of TT's members. Wow, important stuff like Chelsea made another stupid dance video, or Dakota is using a new brand of lipstick.
There were 4 deaths this week. Let me address them in order of least to most important. Jim Beard was a keyboardist for Steely Dan. I thought Donald Fagen was the SD keyboardist. Since SD was basically Donald Fagen and Walter Becker, after Becker died, I thought SD was done. Singer Steve Lawrence died. He was famous for singing with he wife Eydie Gorme. I've never heard any of their stuff. I just remember him for the sauna scene in The Blues Brothers where he plays their booking agent. Bob Heil died. You might not know who he is, but you may have heard his piece of music technology. He was the inventor of the Talk Box. It is most associated with Peter Frampton and Joe Walsh.
Since this is actually an anime site, the biggest hit was Akira Toriyama. He created the Dragon Ball manga, which then turned into the mega popular anime.
I'm done for this week. See you next time.

On the Tue before Xmas, I went to the 2 pawn shops and music store near the office.
At the first pawn shop, the only thing of not was a Gretsch guitar. I don't recall anything else about it.
Next was a Cash America. For guitars, There was a Dean Vendetta. There was an Epiphone lp special. There was a Starcaster strat. There was also a Peavey p bass. There was a banjo. There was a snare drum. there was a xylophone. For kb, there was a Williams digital piano, and a Casiaha. Fo9r amps, there was a pair of Peavey pa cabs. There was another pair of pa cabs, but I couldn't determine the model.
That is prob the last time I'll be there. There was a sign on the door saying they were moving to a location in the 'hood. Nope.
I then went to Big Dudes. There is a ton of stuff there, so it is hard to remember stuff. Also, most of the stuff new. For effects, there was stuff, but nothing I deemed noteworthy. For guitars, they have new ones from Gretsch, Fender and LTD. For amps, there were new ones from Orange and PRS. In the kb room, the only thing I noted was a Nord, which was prob one of the Stage series. I can't recall if I played on it or not.
I then went to the CA at the edge of the 'hood. For amps, there were 2 different Fender Mustang combos. There was an acoustic brand bass amp. There were a bunch of other small amps. There was also a Gallien-Krueger 200RCB head for $104. For guitars, There was a Squier mustang, Epiphone lp special, and Indo j bass.
On the Thu before Xmas, I visited the 2 pawn shops I go to as part of my spring trip.
The first stop was the "tornado" Cash America. For guitars, there was a GiO superstrat with an hh pu config, 24 frets, and a whammy bar. There was a Jackson v. I don't know if it was a signature series. There was a Sawtooth strat. There was also a Charvelle bass. I didn't notate it, and it's been 2 months, but I think that stuff was on the wall behind the counter. So the next stuff was out in the main area. There were 4 Epiphone lp variations: 2 melody makers, a jr, and a special II. There was a Mitchell with a hs pu config, and a fixed bridge. There was a Dean Vendetta with a fixed bridge. There was a Squier Bullet strat. There was a Cort double cut guitar with Metalica graphics. I think the model was M200. For amps, there was an acoustic brand combo. There was also a Lyx Pro AGL-20 combo, which is a beginner amp. For other stuff, there was a Line 6 floor unit, which was either a multieffects unit, or just a foot controller. There were 2 mandolins. There was also a Peavey mixer.
The other stop was the newish pawn shop. There were 2 banjos. There bass amp, which might have been an Ibanez, which may have been there before. There was a Peavey Rage 158 combo from the Transtube series. For guitars, there was an Epiphone lp special with P-90 pickups. There was a Gretsch Electromatic bass. There was a Danelectro 12 string electric for $499. There were 4 guitars with a hss pu config, 24 frets, and a whammy bar: a Washburn, a Telluride, and 2 Ibanez. there was a Squier strat and Squier Bullet strat. There was 1 or more other strats I didn't specifically note. There was one of the 61-key Alesis kb. I think it was a Talent, but not 100% sure. For guns, there was one or more new coach guns. I didn't know the gague(s). There were also 2 .22 revolvers with long barrels.
On the next day, I went to a few places right near one of the grocery stores I go to.
First was the thrift shop as-is building. There was nothing there, but I wanted to note that they closed the bottom level.
I then went over to the jewelry store that is also a pawn shop. There were some video games, but nothing I could use.
I then went over to the thrift store. There was a clarinet. There was also a bow.

Hello. It is 1140pm as I post this. It was another crappy week. I'm still on litterbox duty. Now my dad wants take his computer out of the basement. That's just another excuse for him not to go downstairs to clean the litterbox. Moving the computer will set off my ocd. I'm going to ask my mom to come get ne and bring me back home. This is so I don't have to clean my car afterward. On Wed, we had a big storm. There was big hail, but the hail I got was pea-size. There was a ton of rain though, which made some mess outside. That wasn't the worst part. FOX moved Family Guy to 830pm CT. I went into bed after 630 to take a nap. I then got up for FG. Instead, there was weather shit on tv. If I had known that, I would've stayed in bed longer. I did watch FG online Thu night. Today, I was cleaning up shit outside. Something poked my finger. When I was on the phone with my mom, I saw I had a splinter. After I hung up, I used my tweezers to get it out. On Thu I went to Save A Lot because the Andy Capp Hor Fries are on sale. In the "bin" they were in, they were mixed with the cheddar ones. I grabbed 5 bags. I also got a soda for a future sweets session. When I went to check out, I saw I had got a cheddar hf. I went back to the bin. I saw I only had one hot bag, and the rest were cheddar. I looked through all the bags, and there were only 4 more of the hot ones. I took those, and checked out. I finally spent the last of my SAL gift card.
On Mon, I turned 50. I don't feel that old. I didn't do anything on my birthday, except clean the litterbox. My birthday does factor into my food choices this week. I'll mention that in a bit.
There was a meal-related issue, which I'll mention later.
There was also some food-related good news. I'll mention that later also.
So I guess I'll get to the food now.
Sun: I finished the cocktail sausages.
My meal was 4 Banquet chicken pot pies. They were good. I also had half a box(2 sleeves/pkgs) of store-brand saltine crackers. They were decent. I had them plain, and putting the pp contents on them.
I felt crappy afterward. I ate later than usual. Also, there was the time change. I'm also thinking the crackers affected me. I've previously mentioned that I feel off after eating pretzels. My mom has a gluten intolerance. I'm wondering if I have something along those lines.
Like I said a bit ago, I turned 50 on Mon. I was in a bad mood over having to clean the litterbox. I wanted to do something for myself this week. I decided to do extra eating.
Mon: I had 2 items. One was a whole pkg of cocktail sausages. They were good. I forget if I took them right out of the fridge, or took them out earlier. I had them at 11pm when I usually have a snack. My other item was a 10oz wheel of ALDI queso fresco. It was good. It was like it was before when it was good. I took it out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate. I ate this when I usually have a meal.
Tue: I opened a new pkg of cocktail sausages.
I had 2 snacks. I heated both things up in the microwave before I ate. First I had a fish sandwich from Church's. It was good. Not as good as one from Arby's though. My second snack was 4 of the Buffalo Chicken Bites with Cheese from QuikTrip. Thye were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using ~8oz of frozen broccoli. I cooked it using the healthy method. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
My meat item was a can of Northern Catch sardines in mustard. They were good. I took them off the shelf.
Wed: I had the rice mix I set aside. It was good plain, and with my 3 items, no combos.
I had 2 other things. I got at ALDI. At 11pm, I had a pkg of Italian Dry Salami. It was the Spicy variety I took it out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate. It was good. It was a bit spicy. I had the second thing when I would have a meal. It was a 15oz container of ricotta cheese. I just ate it out of the container with a spoon. It was good.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My snack was 3 of the BCBC from QT. They were good. I heated them up in the microwave before I ate.
For my meal, I had Reubens. Both major grocery chains have them on sale. I went with the one chain because they were $1 less. I went to one location. They only had 4. I didn't ask if they had more. I went to another location. There was only one on the shelf. I asked if they had more, and they gave me another one.
When I was looking at Nextdoor earlier, I dozed off. That caused me to eat a lot later than I wanted to. While I was going to warm up the Ruebens, I was going to have some cocktail sausages. When I opened the fridge, the older spray bottle I use as a backup, which was sitting on top of the fridge, fell on the floor. I don't know why that happened, because the freezer door is on the top, and I didn't open that. I was fucking pissed. I cleaned off the bottle, and myself, as when I use the sink, water splashes back on me. I then had some cs, but I can't recall if I had them while warming up the Reubens, or if I sat down right before eating the Reubens and had the cs.
That was not the end of things. First, even though I had them in for 2 min at 50% power, they didn't get very warm. Because it was late, I just wanted to sit down to eat. When I did, my nasal passages clogged up. This meant I COULDN'T FUCKING TASTE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After eating the first one, I should've just went to bed, and eat the rest on Fri while I was working. I just ate the rest because I wanted to get done. I ended up spending a ton of money stuffing myself for nothing.
The thing is, I was able to taste the cs. Since I don't recall when I exactly had them, I don't know if I was sitting or standing.
Fri: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My first snack was ~half an 8oz bag of Brim's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. It was good. I had it at 1237am during one station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news.
I got my second snack at Jimmy John's. It was a do-over of the Kickin' Cajun Chicken Sandwich I had 2 weeks ago. I got the 8in sandwich. I didn't heat it up. It was very good. I had it at 137am during another station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news. I hope to do a do-over next week of the wrap.
Got my third snack at the store I mostly get snacks at on Fri. It was 2 pieces of breaded swai. I warmed it up in the microwave before I ate. I think I did a total of 2 min, at 50% power. Even so, it didn't get that warm. It was ok. Even though my nose wasn't stuffed this time, I couldn't really taste it. I had it at 330am during the rebroadcast of TMZ.
My last snack was a bag of croutons from Dollar Tree. They were the garlic variety. They were good. I had them starting ~11pm during SNL.
Sat: I had some cocktail sausages.
Because of my birthday stuff, and that I'm having a huge Sun meal, I didn't feel like having my sweet stuff. Instead, I had 2 more ALDI things. I too them out of the fridge a few hrs before I ate. One thing was a 16oz pkg of Black Forest Turkey. It was good. The slices were wet though. The other thing was a 7oz "wheel" of camembert cheese. It is similar to brie. I guess it was good. The rind seemed to taste like the brie's. The cheese itself didn't have much taste, except a few bites had a bit of a musty taste. I was originally going to get brie, but I wanted to try this.
That's it for the food. I'll be finishing up the last 4 cocktail sausages later. As I said before, my Sun meal is huge. You know what it is if you know what today is.
It is 108pm Sun as I post this. SNL was a repeat(Dakota Johnson/Justin Timberlake) There were some parts I had to watch again due to glitching the first time it was on. When it was on, I got up and got my croutons to eat. After I was done, I started typing. At 1am, I went in to take a nap. I got up at 2. I was typing while Ice Road Truckers was on. At 3, the TMZ weekend edition finally came back on at this timeslot. I had my turkey and cheese. I forget if I did any typing. I forget what time I got done eating. I know I watched the end of TMZ. Some time after 4, I fell asleep. I do know before that, I did type up the review of the turkey and cheese. I woke up and fell asleep a few times. A bit after 7, I went into my bed to sleep. I got up for 9 for Meet The Press. I fell asleep after it started. I woke up and fell back asleep a few times. I finally woke up at 1110am during the local show. I watched the rest, but will have to do so again because there was glitching during it. When it was over(a few min before 1130), I did my reading. I got done around 1219pm. I then got up to take a piss, then drink some water. I then sat back down an put on MTP on the computer, while resuming typing.
The only famous death this week was singer Eric Carmen. He first had a hit with his band the Raspberries, Go All the Way. After they broke up, he had his most famous song, All By Myself. He also had the lesser hit Never Gonna Fall in Love Again. In the 80's he had the song Hungry Eyes on the Dirty Dancing soundtrack. He also had the song Make Me Lose Control. He aslo co-wrote the song Almost Paradise from the Footloose soundtrack.
It was a slow week news-wise. I do want to mention something from last week. Trump called the SotU speech a "hate-filled rant". Isn't that the description of every Trump speech?
I can't think of anything else to say, so I guess I'll stop here. I should be back next week.

Hello. It is 1128pm as I start this. The week was not good, but not as shitty as previous weeks. I'm still on litterbox duty. Yesterday, my dad had me bring up the walker he uses in the basement so he can use it to get tin the shower. One night, I was fixing the sheets and stuff on my bed. When I was doing that, I knocked my clock radio off the night table. As I grabbed to keep it from going on the floor(it didn't), I knocked some other stuff on the floor. I was so mad, I punched the closet door. My hand hurt for a while, and it looked to be a bit bruised. Thu night, I knocked something off the tv cabinet on the floor. Earlier today, my one toe was hurting. It was due to the nail. After I cut it, my toe is not hurting. On Wed, I took a nap before Family Guy came on. I forgot about FG when the alarm went off. I hit the snooze bar a few times. When it was almost 9, I remembered that FG was on. On Fri, I decided to get refills of 2 of my pills. One was no problem. When the pharmacist looked up the other, she couldn't find it. She said they might not make it anymore. It was a combo of 2 medications. She said they have the separate medications, but she'd have to get new prescriptions from my dr. She sent a fax to the dr's office. I called the dr's office to let them know what's going on. Later, they called me to say the prescriptions were sent over. I then called Wm to have them fill those. I did go to WM after work and got all my pills with no issues.
That's all I can think of, so I'll get to the food.
Sat: The only thing I had was the last of the cocktail sausages.
Sun: Around St Patrick's Day every year, I have corned beef and cabbage. I did this time, and Sun was actually SPD. I don't feel like telling the stories of getting each item. The cabbage was ~2lb. The cb was 2.11lb. The instructions said to cook for 50 min.lb. That came out to 105.5 min, or in hr/min/sec format, 1:45:30. After I put the cb in the pot, I opened the spice packet, and dumped its contents onto the cb. I then added the cabbage. I then added 2 cans of Swanson beef broth. Finally, I added some water that I used to rinse out the cans. After bringing the liquid to a boil, I turned the burner down to simmer and put the lid on the pot. Every 20 min, I was going to stir the liquid in the pot. I couldn't stir the liquid, so I just moved the cabbage around. After 1 hr, I flipped the cb over. After 80 min, I set the timer for the final 25.5 min. After that, I took the pot off the burner to cool for 30 min. I also pulled the lid off a bit to aid in cooling.
As for the meal, it was very good. After I finished the solids, I drank the liquid. Thus, I did finish everything. I think I was full, but not stuffed. I can't recall if I drank a bunch of water after, and made myself feel stuffed.
Mon: I didn't have anything.
Tue: When I was at work, I had the last of the items from the misdelivered food. It was some kind of chocolate covered rice thing. Kind of like a Nestle Crunch bar. It was good.
At home, I opened a pkg of cocktail sausages.
My first snack was a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Carolina Reaper flavor. They were good.
I got my second snack at QuikTrip. It was 4 of the Buffalo Chicken Bites with Cheese. I heated them up in the microwave before I ate them. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using ~8oz of of frozen broccoli. I cooked it using the healthy method. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
My meat item was a can of Northern Catch sardines in oil. They were good. I took them off the shelf.
Wed: I had the rice I set aside for Wed. It was good plain and with my 3 items, no combos. I took it out of the fridge.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My snack was 4 of the QT BCB. I heated them up in the microwave before I ate. They were good.
My meal was mostly a bunch of new chicken items from fast food places. I heated up the items in the oven at 400F before I ate.
I got the first Item at KFC. I went to the one closest to me. I saw the worker doing the drive thru pick a condiment packet off the floor and put it on the dt counter. I left there. I didn't know where another KFC was. Instead of going to the nearby library to use the internet, I drove home and looked it up. I then went to that KFC and got my item.
I got the item called the Chizza. This is a breaded chicken fillet with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and peperoni on it. It was good. It reminds me of the pizza nuggets I make. Those are better because they are way cheaper. There are 2 options for the Chizza. I forget what they call each one. One is 1 chicken fillet, and the other is 2. I got the single one. I don't know if I'd get this again due to the price.
I heated this up for 10 min. After 4 min, I added the rest of the items.
I got the next things at Sonic. They have chicken wraps for $1.99. I first had the Cheesy Baja Crispy Tender Wrap. I think it was ok. I know I tasted cheese for at least 1 bite. When I did, I remember thinking I wish I had a packet of taco/picante/hot sauce to put on it. I do have some in the fridge, but didn't feel like getting one. I then had the Hickory BBQ Crispy Tender Wrap. I ddin't like it because the bbq sauce was the dominant flavor. I'm thinking if McDonald's made a chicken wrap, and used the same sauce as they do for the mcRib, and don't overdo it, it would be good.
I then had chicken wraps from Church's Chicken. I looked on their website, and on Google, and the names aren't the same. The first one was called Jalapeno Cheese Bombers. There were jalapenos, and I could taste them. I don't recall tasting cheese. I then had the Original, and finally the Spicy. They were good. I don't remember if the Spicy was spicy..
Both the Sonic and Church's wraps were very small. Even though I had 5 wraps, and the KFC Chizza, I felt I needed more. I went to Walmart, and got 5 flautas from the hot case. When I had them, I couldn't taste them. I wasn't having nasal congestion. It could've been that they were too old/stale. Maybe it was that I was already full when I had them.
I think I was stuffed when I was done. I recall having some water afterward, and then being in a bit of pain.
Fri: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My first snack was ~half an 8oz bag of Brim's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. It was good. I had it at 1235am during the rebroadcast of one station's 10pm news.
I got my next snack at Jimmy John's. It was the wrap version of the Kickin' Cajun Chicken Sandwich. It was good. The jalapenos were dominant, and gave the sandwich a bunch of heat. I had this at 135am when I would normally watch another station's rebroadcast of the 10pm news. This station is the CBS affiliate, so the Final Four tournament is on. The 10pm news came on after 11, and I watched it then. Instead, I watched some of Forged In Fire when I ate.
When I was getting my sandwich, it looked like a worker picked a potato chip bag off the floor. I'm hoping I'm wrong, and he pulled it out of a box under the counter. I don't know if I want to do another do-over, as I've previously said that JJ is $$$$.
My next snack was 5 of the QT BCB. I heated them up in the microwave before I ate. They were good. I had them at 330am during the rebroadcast of TMZ.
My last snack was a bag of Dollar Tree croutons. They were the Seasoned variety. They were good. I had them during SNL.
Sat: I had my sweet stuff, starting with cereal and pb.
I finished 3 things. I had the last pudding cup. It was good. I had the last graham crackers. I had the last few of the vanilla chips. I didn't seem to taste those. I opened up a new bag of store-brand chocolate chips. They were the Semi-Sweet variety. They were good, but there wasn't a strong flavor. I had a store-brand yogurt. It was Peach. It was good. I had some of the walnuts. They were good. I toom 2 things out of the fridge. One was some of the lemon cookies. They were good. They seemed to warm up quickly. The other item was a pkg of the LD Strawberry Swiss Rolls. They didn't seem to have any flavor.
That's it for the food. I think I know what I want for my "Sat" "meal". I'm pretty sure I know what the main item for my Sun meal will be. I'm also pretty sure on the snack item, but not on the variety.
Besides the litterbox, I have another reason this week will be shitty. For the next 2 weeks at work, I'll be doing the typing stuff instead of doing the phones.
Before I get to news this week, I need to mention something from last week. Australian stuntman Grant Page died. He did stunts for the movies Mad Max and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome.
It is 128pm Sun as I post this. SNL was a repeat(Ayo Edebiri/Jennifer Lopez). The first time it was on, there was only glitching during the People's Court sketch, which is the last one. There was some glitching this time. Unfortunately, that included the PC sketch. That means I have to watch that one again. I may try to find it online. I think I was done talking to my mom a bit after 1030. I then got up and did some stuff, including getting stuff ready for later. I then sat down and had my croutons. When I was done, I began typing. At 1, I went in and took a nap. I set the alarm to get up for 2 for Ice Road Truckers. When the alarm went off, I decided to set it for another hr to get up for 3 for the TMZ weekend edition. I got up then. I watched TMZ while typing. I might've felt a bit drowsy during TMZ. At 4, I turned on Washington Week. I intended to get up and get my food. Instead I was feeling drowsy, and dozed off. I woke up right before 430. I then got up and got my food. I didn't type while eating. I got done a bit after 530. I then just sat there and watched tv. I eventually fell asleep. I woke up and fell back asleep a few times. I woke up at 8am. I then went into bed. I got up for 9 for Meet The Press. This time, I stayed awake. It's rather ironic because there is glitching today. I typed during MTP, and read during the commercials. I did the same during the second half of This Week on ABC. I read after that, and before WW came on. I also read between WW and the local show. I was doing typing during those shows. The local show was a special hr version devoted to the vote on the new(but same amount) county sales tax to build a new Royals(baseball) stadium, and remodel Arrowhead for the Chiefs. I don't feel like discussing that now. Maybe next week, or some other times. A bitt before noon, I resumed reading. I got done around 1250pm. I then put on MTP to listen to while resuming typing.
This week, there was only 1 death to mention. Steve Harley, singer for the British band Cockney Rebel, died. Their most famous song was Make Me Smile. I don't know if they got much(or any) airplay in the US. I just know them for the song MMS. And that was only because I clicked on the link on the right after watching another video on YouTube.
In other news, a MO college student missing in Nashville was found dead in the river. He was drunk when he was kicked out of the bar. He was found 8 miles upstream from the bar. He had to be totally hammered to think it was a good idea to go into the river to get back to his hotel.
For political shit, Trump needs to pay a fuckton of money this week. If he can't, he will prob have his real estate holdings seized. This could include Trump Tower and Mar A Lago. Good.
On MTP, Kristin Welker interviewed Ronna McDaniel, who was the head of the RNC. While she denounced Jan6, she is still defending Trump. RM was hired by NBC. Chuck Todd says RM had a credibility issue.
The British Royal Family finally revealed what was going on with Princess Kate. That is she has cancer. She didn't go into much detail. I want to wish for her to have a full and speedy recovery.
I can't think of anything else to talk about, so I'll go today. See you next week.

On the Thu before NY, I visited the places in KS, and the southern areas of KC.
I first went to the pawn shop I visit first. There weren't as many guitars as there used to be. There was a Schecter 7 string guitar. There was an I banez 7 string with an hsh pu config, 24 frets, and a whammy bar. There was an Ibanez jazz guitar. There were 2 Gio guitars with a hsh pu config, 22 frets, and a whammy bar. One was a lefty. There was a Fender Toronado. I also listed a Peavey tele. I actually have that written down twice, but I don't think there were 2 of them. There was also a PRS with hh pu config 24 frets, a whammy bar, and 2 knobs. I also noted a strat, but didn't recall the brand. For amps, the Kasino and AxSys 212 were still there. There was also a Kustom that might have been there before, but I'm not looking it up. There was an acoustic brand amp. There were also 2 from Blackstar, and 2 Katanas by BOSS. The only kb I noted was from Yamaha. I also noted a snare pack.
I then went to Alpha Pawn. For instruments, there was a Squier jaguar bass, and a Behringer bass combo.
For guns, there were 2 SKS rifles. There was a British Enfield rifle. There was also a Russian Mosin Nagant rifle.
I then went to the Olathe Trading Post pawn shop. I don't think there were any guns of note this time.
For guitars, I think I recall the stuff behind the counter, and what was on the main wall. First, the stuff behind the counter. There was a Gibson Les Paul with P-90 pu. There was an Epiphone lp with 3 hb. There was an LTD lp style guitar with 7 strings and 3 knobs. There was a Kramer with 1 hb. There was a Charvel with a hh pu config, 24 frets, and a fixed bridge. There was a fancy Ibanez that I think had a very thin body. There were 2 Epiphone es-335 guitars. I also have noted a "small" Epiphone. I don't know if it was behind the counter or not. I'm not 100% sure what I was referring to, but I'm thinking it was a model that was like a smaller body version of a 335. For the stuff on the wall, There was a Dean v. There was a 7-string guitar with slanted frets. There was a Yamaha guitar that looked to be for metal. There was a Schecter that I noted was like a PRS. There was also an Ibanez Steve Vai. For kb, the Ensoniq TS-12 and Roland XP-80 are still there. There was also a Kawai K 11. There was a KORG MicroKorg. There was also a RK-100, which was a keytar from the 80's. There was also a Roland PRO-E arranger kb. For stuff in the effects case, there was a Line 6 POD and Bass POD. The Ibanez PUE5B was still there. There was also a MXR Metal pedal. For amps, there were 2 Marshall heads. There was an Ampeg Gemini combo. In front of the guitar wall, The LAB, Kustom, Peavey Austin 400, and Yamaha G Fifty were still there. There was also a Yamaha G20-110III. There was some combo from Line 6. There was what I think was a VOX AC30. There was also an Epiphone combo with 2 8in speakers.
I have something else to mention about my visit to this store. When I was looking at stuff, some guy came up to me and started talking about music stuff. He was also showing me videos on his phone. If I wasn't trying to make a ton of stops, I wouldn't have been annoyed by this guy. I think I spent about 20 min with him.
I then went to the KS Guitar Center. I think I looked in the $$$$ room first. I noted "EVH", which could be guitars or amps. The same with "PRS". For amps, there were Marshall, Orange, Friedman, Soldano, and a Roland JC-40. I then went into the used stuff room. For guitars, there was a lap steel. There was a Schecter 9-string. There was also a G&L ASAT with their Jumbo pickups. For amps, there was a Peavey TKO bass amp. There was a Supro combo. I don't know if it was an original or reissue. There were a bunch of Fender amps, including an old Brovo, and a George Benson model. I then went to the kb area. There was no old stuff there. I noted a Nord Stage 4. I forget if it was plugged in or not. I'm thinking if it was, I didn't access the B3 simulator. I did play on one of those new Yamaha kb. I played with what I think is supposed to be a B3 simulator, but it sounded shitty.
I then went to Pawn World in Grandview. They said they didn't have any musical equipment. I forget if they just didn't have any, or weren't going to deal with it anymore.
Next was the Grandview Cash America. There was a Dean Vendetta. There was also some model of BC Rich. There were several strats: Starcaster, Indo, Behringer, and a Yamaha Pacifica with 2 knobs. There was also a Danelectro Danoblaster. There was an Ampeg combo, but I don't know of it was for guitar or bass. There was also a Marshall head. I think it was either a Valvestate or G 100R CD.
I then went to Smart Pawn. For amps, there was a Line 6 Spider combo. For guitars, There was a Rockbass bass. Rockbass is a budget brand from Warwick. There was a Ibanez GiO double-cut guitar. There was also an Ibanez 8-string guitar.
I then went over to the nearby Cash America. There was a Schecter guitar. I didn't note anything else, so I'm guessing it's just a regular hh pu config/fixed bridge model. There was a pair of Kustom pa speakers for $129. There was also a Peavey Bass Mk III combo.
My last stop was the Raytown Cash America. There was a BC Rich guitar. There was a Schecter double-cut guitar. There was also a Schecter super strat with a hh pu config, and a fixed bridge. I noted it may have been a 7-string. For amps, There was an acoustic brand, but didn't note if it was a head or combo. I'm guessing it was a combo, as I prob would've noted if it was a head. There was a drumset. There were a pair of Rogue pa speakers. There was a pair of Yamaha pa speakers. There was also a xylophone.
Since I got there really late, the guns were already put away.
I was thinking of going to the Independence Guitar Center. If I hadn't been delayed by the odd guy at the Olathe pawn shop, I think there was a good chance I would've. As it was, I just went home, but I recall doing some shopping first.

Hello. It is 1215am as I start this. It was a very shitty week, but mostly due to Fri. On Mon, I was supposed to do a 2 week stint doing the web-based helpdesk where I'm typing instead of talking. Because the official schedule didn't come out, the manager had me stay on the phone on Mon. I started the typing on Tue. It doesn't seem as bad as it was when I did it yrs ago. On Thu, I spent most of my day trying to help a woman with something. At the end of the day, I had her try to get someone on the phone to continue helping her. On Fri, she reached out to me saying the tech she called wouldn't help her, and when she tried using the web system, nobody replied to her. I decided to continue helping her. My day ends at 430, but I was hoping to slip out earlier, so I could clean the fucking litterbox. Instead, I got done with the lady around 5. By the time I got home, it was close to 6. I was hoping to take a nap when I got home. When I got done with shit at home, it was almost 7.
2 weeks ago, my dad was wanting me to bring up the computer. On Fri, he said he "needed" up for Mon. When I talked to my mom on the phone, she said she didn't know what this Mon shit is all about. Also, she is being an ass and saying she won't drive me there and back. Actually, I can do the driving, and she could do it when by herself.
Let me get to the food now.
Sat: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My "meal" was a box of Triscuit crackers. They were the Balsamic Vinegar & Basil. They were ok. I thought they tasted odd, but not like there was something wrong with them. Instead, just that those components are not familiar to me.
Sun: I finished the cocktail sausages.
I had 2 things for my meal. The snack item was a bag of Clancy's potato chips. They were the Fried Pickle Ranch flavor. I don't recall much about the flavor. It could be because it disappeared because they were old. I mostly recall that they were salty. The main item was 2 cans of Progresso soup. It was Spicy Italian-Style Wedding. It was good.
Mon: I didn't have anything.
Tue: I opened a new pkg of cocktail sausages.
My snack was 4 of the QuikTrip Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bites with Cheese. They were good. I warmed them up in the microwave.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using ~8oz of of frozen broccoli. I cooked it using the healthy method. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
My meat item was a can of Northern Catch sardines in hot sauce. They were good. I took them off the shelf.
Wed: I had the rice I set aside for Wed. It was good plain and with my 3 items, no combos. I took it out of the fridge.
Thu: I had some of the cocktail sausages.
My snack was potato wedges with beef gravy that I got at the hot case of a grocery store. It was good. I warmed up the pw in the microwave before I ate.
My meal is a bit complicated. The main item was QT BCCB. That was because this was the last week they are on sale. I got 12 of them.
Since I figured that wasn't going to be enough, I decided to get some other stuff. I was hoping to get some flautas. I called the 2 stores that mainly had them, and neither did. I called the edge of the 'hood store, and they had some Chinese stuff. I also called the Raytown location. That's where I got the pw and gravy.
When I went out, I first went to the edge.... store. I got some Chinese noodles, and their version of crab rangoons. I then went to QT and got the BCCB. I then went to Raytown. I got some breaded catfish for my meal, and the pw and gravy.
When it was time to eat, I heated up the noodles in the microwave. I heated up the other stuff in the oven at 400F.
There were a few issues. The stuff in the oven didn't get very warm. The main issue was that I bought too much food. I think I kind of miscalculated how much the BCCB were. I was able to finish everything though. When I was eating, I got the thing where my nose got stuffed up, making it hard to taste stuff.
When I was done, I was totally stuffed. I was in pain. I was still stuffed and in pain on Fri. My spit was thick, sticky, and foamy, which meant I was dehydrated. I was taking sips of water throughout the day, even though it did not feel good. I was also burping a lot. I forgot when I actually felt better.
If I had known about getting stuffed, I would've maybe only gotten some seafood salad at the edge.... store, then got the BCCB. Maybe I could've had the cr also.
Fri: I didn't have anything because I was so stuffed from my Thu meal. Like I said above, I don't remember when I felt better. I just decided not to have everything.
Instead of eating, I took 2 dumps Fri night. I also took one Sat after I shaved.
That's it for the food. I'll be having my sweet stuff in a bit. I think I know what I'm having for "Sat". I know what I'm having for Sun. I'll also be finishing the cocktail sausages. There'll be a lot more, since I didn't have any on Fri.
It is 354am Sun as I post this. SNL was new. The host was comedian Rami Yosuef, and the musical guest was Travis Scott. It was a good episode. I didn't care for TS's songs though. After it was over, I got up and put some stuff away that I had sitting out. I then was looking for some stuff in the linen closet. I also drank some water before I sat down. I then started typing. A bit after 1, I got up and went into bed to take a nap. I set my alarm for 2, but hit the snooze bar twice. I got up around 215. I got some water for later to take my pills, then sat back down to type.
The only major death I can think of is Louis Gossett Jr. He is mainly known for being in An Officer and a Gentleman. I watched that on tv a long time ago, but don't recall that much about it. He was also in the Iron Eagle movie series, which I've prob only seen a min of here and there.
One thing I forgot to mention last week was the terrorist attack in Russia. Putin blamed Ukraine, even though ISIS took credit. The Russian people are also victims of Putin, so Ukraine wouldn't want to go after them. ISIS's beef with Russia has to do with their involvement in Syria. If Putin wasn't a fucking nut, maybe the US and Russia would work together to go after ISIS. Trump the chump has his MAGA. I think Putin's would be MRSA: Make Russia Soviet Again.
The only major news item this week was the collapse of the FSK bridge when a ship hit it. Nothing really much to say except it sucks that 6 construction workers died.
I guess that's all for this week, so I'll go. I should be back next week.
