A note; The earliest summaries always explain the beginning plot, but later summaries will explain what comes after it.
And some of them, like that one, the first summary doesn't talk about what is on the title, it's the later ones which do.
I like how the anime has thrown the whole "there's no such thing as a bad Pokémon" out the window, they even created wild Pokémon who bully others.

You know, one of my favorite quotes from Pokémon has always been "Pokémon not bad guys! Pokémon do bad things because master bad!" by Jessie's Ekans, but it seems that quote has been obsolete for quite some time. It's a shame, but at least it's more realistic this way.

I loved the Sinnoh Pokémon Summer Camp (mostly because of Conway), so I can only hope that this one will be just as much fun. The summaries certainly look promising. A Triple Battle? An honest-to-God real Triple Battle in the anime?! It's about time! The only official Triple Battle in the anime so far was against that one pathetic loser with three Maractus in Unova and even that one was never finished. Team Rocket, if you ruin this, I will never, ever forgive you. ...Wait, what? Pikachu?! Boo! Hiss! The writers have always given Pikachu way too much screentime, but this time it's more like a kick to the nuts than a slap to the face. Poor Froakie, once again the curse of being Ash's Water-type Pokémon rears its ugly head. When will they stop this hideous abuse?

Here are tidbits on the first Pokémon XY movie: evidentlyfishy.tumblr.com/post/92236475812/tidbits-from-the-movie-little-bit-spoiler-yAnd some images from the movie's pamphlet: evidentlyfishy.tumblr.com/post/92234001282/some-pictures-from-the-movie-17-pamphlet...Wait, what? Pikachu?! Boo! Hiss! The writers have always given Pikachu way too much screentime, but this time it's more like a kick to the nuts than a slap to the face. Poor Froakie, once again the curse of being Ash's Water-type Pokémon rears its ugly head. When will they stop this hideous abuse? Yeah, I did say I was bothered by Ash using Pikachu instead of Froakie along with the other two Kalos starters against the three Kanto starters, but then I removed it when I noticed the magazine scan which shows Froakie facing off along with Fennekin and Chespin against Squirtle, Charmander and Bulbasaur. Maybe they have a rematch after the Team Rocket stuff is done, but Ash uses Froakie instead of Pikachu? We know Froakie is going to appear in the episode.

Pokémon Get☆TV preview for XY036: youtu.be/d6gMrE1HRNc (aka; the episode were Satoshi's Yayakoma evolves) Nami's Firearrow has a deep and masculine voice. Now watch as TPCI gives it that generic squawking voice which they love to give to most bird Pokémon. Seriously, I hate that they and 4kids do that, also they prefer to give it to evolved bird Pokémon. Another bird with a deep voice who was given a squawk by TPCI and 4kids is Satoshi's Ohsubame. TPCI and 4kids often do okay with the dub voices of bird Pokémon in their first stages, especially Pidove and Wingull. Summary and details for the 17th movie short- Pikachu What is This the Key To? - The spoilers to these aren't a big deal, but I'm spoiler tagging it anyway.

Eh, quadruple posting... Episode 43 title and XY038 summary- XY043 - Tower of Mastery! The History of Mega Evolution!!I actually waited a while/few days for someone else to post here before posting these because I didn't want to have four rows. But then I gave up waiting.
XY037 screencaps: filb.de/anime/xy/037 and XY038 preview video: filb.de/anime/xy/038. Also here's the opening with scenes from the 17th Pokémon movie.Mirror world Serena speaks with a Kansai dialect and her Fokko has a tough attitude, matching her determined trainer, mirror world Citron is a wizard who's into legends, mirror world Eureka is very polite and proud of her brother (she refers to Citron as "oniisama") mirror world Satoshi's Pikachu is naughty and a troublemaker while his Luchabre is very nervous and attacks in a weak way and mirror world Rocket Gang - who only appeared at the very end - are heroes. I definitely prefer mirror world Serena over real world Serena, she has this no-nonsense attitude and is more into battling. Why couldn't it be the other way?

I haven't seen the latest episode yet, but I loved the Talonflame episode. For once, I didn't even care all that much about the ancient "Pokémon evolves in the middle of a battle, gains superpowers and destroys its much stronger opponent" trick. It took quite a few hits from Fletchinder to take down Talonflame and since Fletchling/Fletchinder dodged nearly all of its evolved form's attacks, I had no issues with Ash's victory. It was certainly much better than most of his previous Evolution Asspull Wins. Also, the twerps looked great dressed as Sky Trainers and Bonnie was adorable, trying to make herself taller. Talonflame had a very entertaining personality.

Reflection Cave episode
+ It was hilarious. + Ash got to be a mentor figure TO HIMSELF. That's new. + Mirror World Twerps were the best thing ever, especially the speedy wizard Clemont. + I guess there was some sort of character development involved? I dunno.
- How the hell did Team Rocket get into the Mirror World? - How the hell did Team Rocket get OUT of the Mirror World after sunset?!?! I wouldn't have minded a little explanation.
Trevenant episode
+ We saw Ash put his Pokémon through some serious special training. + Froakie learned a new move. Too bad it had to be only Cut, but at least it's still more powerful than Pound. + Froakie and Hawlucha teaming up like that in the end was beautiful. + Hawlucha wearing Ash's hat.
- Trevenant wasn't evil, it just wanted to help out its friends. How predictable. - I still haven't seen the episode with subtitles.
Summer Camp Part 1
+ It was fantastic. + Tierno, Trevor, Shauna and Serena all together in the same episode. Suck it, Unova! + The Kanto starters. Especially Charmander was great. + Tierno being a good battler. + Serena (apparently) finally started to think about her future! I hope. I don't speak Japanese.
- Once again, a Conkeldurr went down like a bitch from one attack. If I ever meet the person who's responsible for putting all the Fighting-types through so much hell in the anime, I'll punch them in the face. - Team Rocket pretending to be workers again. Oh well. Perhaps it means that we won't see them much until the end of this mini-saga. Here's hoping. - We didn't get to see who won those battles between the twerps and the rivals. Or were they called off? Time limits suck.
...
Serena will finally catch a new Pokémon? Sweet. I guess it's pointless to wish that she'll ever evolve it, but I was hoping that the twerps would get a Pancham.

I love that the writers gave notable characteristics and personalities to Team Squirtle's Kanto starter Pokémon: Shauna's Bulbsaur having a standoffish character, only being friendly to and excepting things from its trainer.
Trevor's Charmander being energetic and with a high-fighting spirit, which is the complete opposite of Trevor.
And Tierno's Squirtle, who is very friendly to others and has been trained by Tierno to dance around in battle.
Shauna is a big fan of Serena ever since she saw her Pokévision video. Shauna's goal is to become a Pokémon Performer. In this episode Serena, upon finding out Ash's goal and Shauna's, starts to finally question what she should be aiming for. Here is a god analysis on this episode: soveryanon.tumblr.com/post/94760615398/a-dream-come-on-serena-be-a-bit-more-into
