Ash used to be a crybaby a long time ago, and Clemont is apparently making a fool out of all of us; while he was being chased by Beedrill, he was running amazingly fast, and was not giving a shit about his stamina at all, despite all the weight he was carrying.
I tell you man, Clemont is not a normal person. He is highly suspicious. First, he HAPPENED to pass by the Lumiose Gym when Ash was kicked out, then he pretends to be non-athletic, but reveals his real potential when in danger, then he envisions every single absurd situation and always has an appropriate device ready for it, despite seemingly not knowing that he will go on a journey with an unknown boy at the start of the series. This smells conspiracy and you know it!

XY033 screenshots: filb.de/anime/xy/033 and XY034 preview: filb.de/anime/xy/034 (the Pokémon anime is on a break next week). Better translation for XY037's title (yes, it's a play on that): Reflection Cave! Satoshi and the Satoshi Through the Looking-Glass?!

Also, I have been hearing rumours that English people tend to not have a good sense of humour (there are exceptions, of course!) I must be one of those exceptions, I distinctly remember laughing at something Christmas before last. It was probably Monty Python.

The Noibat episode was brilliant. Lucario mastered its Aura for a short while, Team Rocket kicked Clemont's ass in a battle and we learned more about Korrina. 10/10.
I was somewhat annoyed by Clemont's remark to Team Rocket, though. "Using devices to power up Pokémon is wrong". This from the inventor of Super Training, ladies and gentlemen! He even wanted to train Chespin with that ridiculous treadmill at one point...

Noibat episode? But the Noibat weren't the main stars of this episode, they were just included in order to get the plot going.
The main feature of the episode was the characters being separated and the whole Korrina and Lucario bettering their bond.

Yes, I'm aware of that. I just called it the Noibat episode because... well, I guess I should have called it the latest episode instead, but at least you understood which episode I was talking about. I would have posted my thoughts about the episode a lot sooner, but my laptop suddenly stopped working last Tuesday. On my birthday, too! I'm currently writing this on my mother's computer.

Like I said, there is something very suspicious going on with Clemont. It is like he is a spying agent sent by the government, FBI, CIA, DEA, USA, DNA, NBA or *insert random acronym here* for a purpose that has yet to be revealed. Time for us to bring this undercover outsider's true ambitions to the surface! Okay, in all seriousness, they should ditch the other twerps (including Ash) and leave Clemont and Korrina continue their journey together.

New summary for XY035- I was somewhat annoyed by Clemont's remark to Team Rocket, though. "Using devices to power up Pokémon is wrong". This from the inventor of Super Training, ladies and gentlemen! He even wanted to train Chespin with that ridiculous treadmill at one point... Haha, I just love it when someone unmasks hypocrites! And you did just that! But Clemont wasn't using devices to power-up Pokémon, the treadmill for Chespin was to get it fit (both are completely different). Plus you can't compare Super Training to what Team Rocket did with their Pokémon;- Super Training involves a lot of training and practice to improve more, the Pokémon hit punching bags or shoot balls at balloons. Meanwhile Team Rocket just attached some devices on their Pokémon and they became strong without any effort, ST doesn't have you putting some machines on your Pokémon. So no, Clemont was not being a hypocrite, he would never use a machine to forcibly let out the power of a Pokémon.

XY034 screenshots: filb.de/anime/xy/034 and XY035 preview video: filb.de/anime/xy/035. Also a longer summary for XY035- People saying "there is no such thing as a bad Pokémon" and then we have things such as this were they can be bullies. Usually when an Ringuma attacks it's because they are defending their territory, like a wild animal would, however it sounds like this Ringuma is deliberately attacking other Pokémon. The former is not one being an asshole because that's all in their nature (you wouldn't say a bear was being a prick when it does the same thing) but the latter definitely is.

The last two episodes were pretty amazing. I was sad to see Korrina go, but I know it won't be long until we see her again. Sadly, it looks like from that preview video that the final battle will once again be between the Gym Leader's strongest Pokémon and Pikachu. Sigh. I suppose I should be happy that Pikachu will (most likely) get his revenge, but this is starting to get old. I was so hoping for Hawlucha to kick some major ass at the Shalour Gym... Well, maybe it still will, assuming that Korrina does in fact have more than just ONE POKÉMON. Anyway, the Hawlucha episode. I loved it for multiple reasons. 1) Ash got a cool new Pokémon. 2) For the first time ever we got to see a strong Machamp in the anime. Seriously, I've never understood why the writers hate Machop's evolutionary line so much. 3) We saw an Ursaring get easily OHKO'd. The writers have always seemed to love Ursaring even more than they hate Machamp, so this was definitely a nice change. Sadly, once again a Conkeldurr got its ass handed to it and was made a huge jerk to boot. There's another Fighting-type evolutionary line that never gets any love in the anime. I wish I knew why.
Talonflame, eh? I have a feeling that this will be the episode where Fletchling evolves.
Ahaha, that sounds amazing. I can't wait to see an athletic Clemont and a lady-like Bonnie.
I'm not surprised at Froakie and Hawlucha having difficulties working together, considering how their first battle ended. Let's hope this episode will be as fun as all the previous episodes focused on Double Battles like The Champ Twins! and A Surface to Air Tag Battle Team!

XY038 is the episode with Ohrot, so the main plot will be about the group entering a creepy forest.
The special combo move is a part of the plot which I'm guessing might be perfected at the end of it.

Oh, right. Well, since Ash and Hawlucha already practised Flying Press on a dead tree, this should be pretty similar.
