On Oct 24, I had a doctor's appointment in my former town. Afterward, I visited the thrift stores. And, here we go.
At the first place, there was a desktop drum set for $5. If you decide to look it up, I think it was the version without the bass drum. It wasn't set up, just in the box. If I had room on my desk here, I maybe would have bought it. I never thought about bringing it to work. If I did decide to buy it, I would have checked if all the pieces were there.
There was nothing at the cat shelter charity thrift store.
At Goodwill, there was a soft floor foot keyboard for babies.
Then there was Savers. There was a small classical acoustic guitar for $25.99. I don't know if it was a kid's guitar, or just a Spanish classical or parlor guitar. Some of the strings were metal, which might not be good on the neck. I played with it a bit. I don't recall how it sounded. There was a Yamaha YPR-7 keyboard for $19.99. It was kind of scuzzy, but I played on it anyway. It has 5 sounds(Piano 1, Piano2, E Piano, Harpsichord, Vibes). I'm assuming the sounds were considered good for the time it was released. There was a Crate Bass amp for $59.95. It was a B80 XL. There was no way to test it out, unless they had a 1/4" cable that I could connect the Yamaha to. That, or, a microphone with a 1/4" plug. In the front of the store, there was an Epiphone Roadie travel guitar. There was also some Atari 2600 games. If my Atari was set up, I would have at bought Centipede.
My final stop was the thrift store where I know the manager. There was a First Act kiddie kb. My notes say clarinet. I remember there being a clarinet sized case that wasn't open that I didn't want to bother the ladies to open. There might have been an actual clarinet for sale. For other stuff, there was a sword. It looked Asian, but wasn't a samurai sword; it had a straight blade. It appears to be a ninjato.
I went in the back, and the possibly fried Casio was still there.
That is all for this week. While I won't be posting any more today, I will be pretyping something else(dun dun dun).
Barring anything bad, I should be back next week.

It's now 1217am as I start pretyping this. I can't think of anything to say at the beginning. I guess that means I will get to the food.
Sat: I'll mention the snack item first. It was a bag of Lay's potato chips. They were the Deep Dish Pizza flavor. They were good. While I did like them, it was just the generic "pizza" flavor that is used on other snack foods. This is an other "don't go out of your way for" item.
The main item was bratwursts. They were Klemments Beer Brats. They are the "Italian sausage" style, which I explained in an earlier post somewhere. I had them on brat rolls that I got at the Walmart Market. I used both regular mustard and Deutsche Kuche Wole Grain mustard from ALDI. I also used onion. I fried up the brats in the cast iron pan. After that, I cooked the onion a bit. I had cut the onion in the "pole to pole" orientation. Using this pic: www.mathopenref.com/images/constructions/constinsquare/proof.gif, I cut pieces A to B, B to C, and C to D. I made a list of eating order: mustard mustard/onion DK DK/onion DK/mustard/onion I want to mention 2 things first. Before I bought the rolls, and when I was using them, I didn't look them over. There was one that apparently didn't bake right, and was very small. If I had seen it at WM, I would have gotten another bag. I used it for the last of the brats. If I noticed it before I started eating, I would have used it first. Also, on that roll I didn't put on a lot of onion because I ran out. Using the pic above, I should have also cut from D to A.
As for the taste, they were ok. I don't know if it was that I ate later than I thought I would and/or I was tired due to the time change. I didn't add any extra mustard as I was eating. The result is that I think I won't have bratwurst anymore.
Like the previous time(s), there were 6 rolls. For the last roll, I put turkey pastrami on it. I also used some cabbage that I fried up after the onion(or was it before?). I would have used onion also if I hadn't run out. It was good. The turkey pastrami is what I left at the store, which I mentioned last week.
Sun: I had the last half of the bag of pretzel nuggets from the h/n/o store. They tasted ok, but I didn't really enjoy them. I can't remember if it was due to being tired, or that I wasn't hungry due to my "Sat" meal.
Mon: I had some of the oat bran sesame sticks.
I did some stress eating. I can't recall what happened that day to bring it on, except that I got home later due to going to my parents house. Well, maybe that was the day I only did 6 calls because each one took so long. My first snack was a bag of Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions from ALDI. They were the Garlic Pepper variety. The primary use for these is topping a green bean casserole. I just like to eat them out of the bag. They were good. Later, I had 2 things. One was a bag of Clancy's funyuns. They were good. The other item was a can of Brookdale Vienna sausages. They were good. I had them in the fridge, and the liquid gooified. While all 7 were there, they had a packing error where there wasn't one in the center.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I also added artichoke water. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
I went back to using sardines as my meat item. I'll go back to not mentioning them anymore.
Tue: I had more of the oat bran sesame sticks.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I used the rest of the artichoke water. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Wed: I had oat bran sesame sticks.
My snack was a bag of the peeled brand pea puff sticks. They were the Garden Herb flavor. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: I had oat bran sesame sticks.
I was going to get a snack at Church's. There was something there I interpreted as unsanitary, so I left. Instead, I had a bag of Flamin Hot Limon Cheetos. They were good. I think there is less heat than the regular version. There was some "limon" taste when I started eating them. If I had known I wasn't going to get my snack at Church's, I would have gone to Popeyes.
I got my meal at KFC. They are doing a 2/$5 deal with certain items. I got 4 pot pies. Since I was having them much later than when I bought them, I wanted to heat them up. Since they have metal pie tins, I couldn't use the microwave. I had to use the oven. I preheated it to 400F. I put them in there for only 10min. When I took them out, they were really warm. They were good.
I have something to mention. Due to the NFL game, TMZ was scheduled to be moved back to 1am. Due to the game running over, it was actually going to start at 117. I was going to turn on the oven sometime during TMZ. I think about 5min before it was going to start, I fell asleep. I didn't wake up until 22am. When I got my wits about me, I got up and got up and turned on the oven. I forgot what time I actually ate. It didn't take me long to eat them, and I don't think I really rushed either. Lately, I've been staying up VERY late, so it wasn't much later when I went to sleep.
Fri: After work, I went to a Church's relatively close. I got what I intended to on Thu. They have a limited-time product. It is Honey-Butter Biscuit Tenders, which are chicken tenders using their biscuit dough as batter. The meal is $5. It is composed of 3 tenders, a biscuit, fries, and coleslaw. Actually, you can choose other sides. Gravy counts, so I got that instead of coleslaw. I did get the fries though. It also came with 2 small containers of honey butter dipping sauce, though I only used one. I warmed the food up in the microwave before I ate. I think it was for 1min(30x2), at 50% power. The honey butter dipping sauce did taste like honey with butter in it. It wasn't really my thing, so I can't say if it's good or not. The gravy was really good. It had a bit of heat. I first had the biscuit. It was good. I also tried it with some of the dipping sauce, which wasn't too bad. Next I had the fries. They were good plain. Using the dipping sauce surprisingly wasn't bad. They were good with the gravy. Then I had the tenders themselves. They were good plain, but didn't taste any different than other tenders I've had. I can't recall what I thought of using the dipping sauce. They were good with the gravy. I then ate the remaining gravy.
Later, I had a bag of TGI Friday's Mozzarella Sticks. They were good.
I didn't have my popcorn. This is because I was having a big meal. This is due to the Veteran's Day weekend. I get Mon off.
My meal was 4 main things. I also used a packet of Cajun Sparkle seasoning I got at Popeyes. I tried a little bit by itself. I can't describe the flavor, but I can say it wasn't hot, though I was expecting it to. I had a can of generic brand black olives. I put them in the fridge beforehand. They were good, and so was the liquid,. I had a can of generic brand red beans. They were plain. They were ok. I put a little of the Cajun Sparkle on a spoonful. It just made it taste a bit like CS. I made a package of store-brand Pasta & Sauce. It was the beef flavor. This product series(I've reviewed others) is similar to Knorr Sides. It was decent in that I'd have it again. My meat item was a package of Oscar Mayer Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. It was good. I had most of it plain. I also used the CS on it. It didn't enhance the taste, just added some CS taste. When I put the last of it on a slice of turkey, it tasted rather salty.
Sat: I finished up the oat bran sesame sticks. They were all good.
That's it for the food. I will be making my meal at the top of the hour. Actually, assembling, which I'll explain in a bit. It is a variation of something I've done before.
I mentioned the sesame oat bran sticks this week. I talked about buying them in my Nov 3 post. These are really addictive. I bought over 3lbs worth. I was just planning on eating a few while cooking my meals, and a few here or there. Like I said above, I already finished all of them.
It is now 1032am. As I said at the top, I started pretyping at 1217am. I then took a nap from 1 to just before 2. I was typing from 2-4, was paying attention to a documentary about cassette tapes. I was typing up until a bit after 5, when I dozed off. I woke up at 532. I maybe did a little typing, but was feeling groggy. I fell asleep again, and woke up at 622. I can't recall if I felt groggy a bit. I resumed typing. After 7, I was also doing some of my reading. After 730, I was doing some other stuff, including taking a dump. I got into bed around 815, but didn't fall asleep right away. I woke up for 9 for Meet The Press. I was going to cut up stuff so it would be ready for 11am. I ended up knocking the cutting board on the floor. I had to clean it, then dish wash it. I think I resumed cutting stuff at 920. I sat down a bit before 10. I have been typing, and then doing reading during commercials.
I might be back in a bit, but I'm not sure. If I'm not, I should be next week. See you whenever.

Holy sleep deprivation Batman! It is 252am as I am starting to pretype this. I'll get to that later; I want to get right to the food.
Sat: This was a variation of something I've had before. I was my eggplant dish; I don't know if I can call a casserole, or a lasagna. The last time I made it, I put chicken thighs on top, which didn't taste good with the other ingredients. Let me make a list of the ingredients: 2 medium eggplants 2 chicken breasts 1 8oz brick of generic brand mozzarella 1 24oz can of Hunt's Pasta Sauce, Chunky Vegetable some slices of onion canola oil parmesan cheese garlic powder I sliced the eggplant into thin lengthwise slices, or attempted to. I took my large casserole dish and rubbed the inside with canola oil. I then put down a layer of eggplant. I tried to use the outer slices that had a lot of skin on them. I then rubbed canola oil on top of the eggplant slices, then put down another layer of eggplant. Again, I rubbed on canola oil. I then put on garlic powder, and a layer of eggplant on top. I then covered that with the sauce, and put another layer of eggplant down. I then put slices of mozzarella down, then another layer of eggplant. I don't recall the order of stuff until I got to the top layer of eggplant. I don't know if I put down another layer of sauce. I think I put a layer of parmesan, but I don't remember if I put down canola oil first. After the top layer of eggplant, I put down almost all of the rest of the sauce. I then put down the rest of the mozzarella. I put 2 slices on each chicken breast. I think I put down the rest of the sauce on the chicken(if I hadn't used the rest of it up). I then put the onion, which I had chopped up, on top, but not on the chicken. Finally, I put on parmesan.
I then covered the dish with aluminum foil. I'm weird in that I reuse the same piece. It was a pain putting it on due to the chicken breasts sticking up. The one end wouldn't sit down. I ended up using part of the previous sheet of foil that I hadn't disposed of. There was a small hole in the main sheet at the other end, which I covered with another piece of the old sheet. When the oven got to 350F, I put the dish in. After 30 min, I opened the oven, and turned the dish 180deg. After another 30 min, I took the dish out of the oven to take the foil off. I didn't do it in the oven, because I guessed correctly that there would be cheese from the chicken stuck to it, and I didn't want that making a mess in the oven. As I was doing that, I had set the oven to heat up to 400F. I put the dish back in when I was done with the foil, even though the oven wasn't finished going to 400. I waited until the cheese on top started to brown some. I then took the dish out, and let it cool, which I recall surprisingly didn't take too long.
I had everything plain, and with some parmesan and/or red pepper flakes. I'll review the taste like I did last time, in 2 parts. The actual main eggplant part was good. As for the chicken breasts, they were good. Their more neutral taste did not clash with the eggplant component, unlike the thighs from last time. That is what I suspected. They were fully cooked. I didn't notice if they were dry or juicy.
I have one more variation I am going to experiment with. After that, if I make it again, I'll just use peperoni.
Sun: I had a meal, and something to snack on while I was cooking my meal. I will be listing them in reverse order, which will make sense in a bit.
I had 4 Totino's Party Pizzas. I cooked them in the oven 2 at a time. I would cook them for 7 min, then turn the cookie sheet around, then cook them for the rest of the time. I would then take the cookie sheet out, wait a bit for the pizzas to cool, cut them, and put them on my plate. I cooked them in the reverse order of eating, since they were all stacked up. They all tasted good. Since the meat is in tiny pieces, there isn't a large difference in taste. I made a list of the varieties I had, in eating order: Canadian Bacon & Ground Pork Peperoni & Bacon Triple Meat Triple Peperoni
The snack I had was the seeds from the squash I had 3 weeks ago. I washed all the stringy stuff off them the night before. I put some canola oil in my cast iron pan, before putting the seeds in. I then put it in the oven when I made my first 2 pizzas. When I turned the cookie sheet around, I looked in the pan, and the seeds didn't look cooked. I kept the pan in the oven. Eventually, I heard the seeds popping, indicating I should have took the pan out. I didn't, because I was concerned about letting heat out for the pizzas. I waited until I took the pizzas out. Needless to say, most of the seeds were burnt. As for the taste, they were ok. They tasted like something else, but I don't remember. I'm thinking it was popcorn kernels. I'm thinking they would taste better if they weren't burnt. There were quite a few there, so I was able to try them with the spices, Sriracha, soy sauce, and I think canola oil. I may have also tried parmesan. I didn't notate the results, but didn't recall any tasting bad.
What I should have done was cook the seeds before the pizzas, or just have taken the pan out when I thought the seeds were done.
I ate some time between 1pm and 3pm Mon.
Mon: Due to my late "Sun" meal, and there being a lot there, I wasn't really hungry Mon night. I thought I should eat something so I wouldn't be hungry Tues a t work. I had a bag of unofficial funyuns. My notes say Clancy's, but I'm thinking they were actually the Mexican ones. They were good, but I recall them being old, thus not as crunchy.
I did end up being hungry at work, but I didn't eat anything.
Tue: My snack was a bag of Late July tortillas chips They were the Bacon Habanero flavor. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I did stuff differently this time. When I made my rice, I added curry powder to the water. When it was time to add spices/condiments/waters, I used black pepper, red pepper flakes, and curry powder. I didn't add any condiments, or water from jars or bottles. I used water from the faucet. During the second round, I did the same thing, and used some chicken broth. I think it was maybe 2/3 of a cup. I didn't let everything get browned/burnt. I just made sure the mixture got hot. I then took it off the stove. It was good plain and with my 3 items. I can't remember if there was any heat.
What I was trying to accomplish was make a dish like what you Brits call a curry. There are a lot of reasons why I didn't accomplish this, but I won't mention them all.
I think the meal kind of affected my stomach. At work, I went to take a nap for my lunch break. I didn't fall asleep, but that thing happened in my digestive system. I had to take a dump at work. I would have tried to wait until I got home, but I was going shopping after work.
Wed: I had 2 snacks. First, I went to Hardees. I got an Original Beyond Thickburger. This is their veggie burger. I warmed it up in the microwave before I ate it. It was good. It did taste like meat. I do think the Burger King version was better though.
Later, I had a bag of store-brand veggie straws from the h/n/o store. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies, using half a bag of peas and carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items. I made it normally this time.
Thu: I opened up a generic-brand package of bacon bits, and had a mouthful. They were good.
For a snack, I went to Popeyes after I bought my meal. There were quite a few people in line ahead of me, but they weren't all there for the sandwich. I wanted to do do-over and get the Voodoo Tenders. When I got to the counter, the lady said they didn't have them anymore. I think the menu board still showed them though. I decided to get a chicken sandwich. I got the spicy version.
Since the whatever you call it the sandwich comes in appeared to be foil-lined, I didn't warm it up in the microwave. Now for what you want to know; it was really good. As for the question of if it is better than other chicken sandwiches, there are 2 factors that are true. The bun tasted better than other chicken(and other meat) sandwiches. I can't explain it though. The other factor was the chicken itself. The coating was SUPER crispy/crunchy. It was sealed up in it's package for maybe close to 2 hours, which could have made it soggy, but it wasn't. The only somewhat downside was that there was no lettuce, just some pickles.
When I was waiting for my sandwich, some old guy came to the counter. I'm thinking he was taking a dump, and came back to ask about his order. When my sandwich was ready, I had to reach over him. If he hadn't been there, I would have been at the counter. If so, I would have asked the worker if one of the small chicken bins was empty. If so, I was going to ask her if she could dump the crunch pieces in my bag.
Later, I had a bag of TGI Friday's Mozzarella Sticks. They were good.
My meal was from Arby's. I had 2 orders of onion rings. They were good. They were still having the 2/$6 gyro deal. I got 2 Beef, 1 Turkey, and one Greek. They were good. The 2nd beef one I had was kind of crappily prepared. All the beef was on one site of the flatbread, and the lettuce on the other. I had to open it up and push the stuff around.
When I was in there waiting for my stuff, I may have saw something VERY unsanitary. I wasn't sure, so I didn't enact my relevant protocol.
Fri: I first snacked on some stuff I got at a grocery store. It was good.
Later, I had a bag of store-brand croutons. They were the Ranch flavor. They were good.
I also had my bag of Pop Weaver popcorn. I cooked it for 1:36, and added canola oil, pepper and garlic powder after. It was good. I think there were only like 2 unpopped kernels.
My meal was fried rice and veggies, using half a bag of peas & carrots. This was another experiment. When it was time to add my spices...., I just added water and some chicken broth. During the second round, I added most of the rest of the chicken broth. I also added something else. A few months ago, I found what looked like a packet of flavoring from a ramen package(it wasn't Maruchan). I looked like it had been flattened. I did was the packet off thoroughly at home. Before I put it in the pan, I opened it up and dumped it in an old pill bottle. It wasn't powder. It was more of a sheet. Since it wasn't a Maruchan packet, I couldn't tell if that was it's normal state, or moisture did get in. Hopefully if it was moisture, it was from my cleaning process. I stirred everything together, and added more of the broth. I then set the timer for 5min and let it cook. I missed the timer going off. I eventually got up, and saw the timer wasn't running. I stirred the mixture. There was a tiny bit of sticking, and browning. I turned the burner of, and stirred in the last of the broth. I then set the pan in the oven to cool off while I did something. I think I was occupied for around 15 min, but when I took the pan out, it was still really warm. The meal was good both plain and with my 3 items. When I first used the Sriracha alone, it tasted really good. I wanted to try that again, but I couldn't get the ratio right.
Sat: I had my sweet snacks.
I had the last package of Little Debbie Zebra Cakes. I put them in the freezer. They were good.
I had the last of the mini Butterfinger bars. I had 2 in the freezer, and the other 3 in the fridge. They were good.
I opened a bag of mini Snickers bars. I put 2 in the freezer and kept the rest in the fridge. They were good. I didn't eat the whole bag.
I had some dark chocolate walnuts from the h/n/o store. I keep them in the fridge. They were good.
I tried a new beverage. It was a bottle of Jarritos Pineapple soda. It was good. To me, it had more of a citrus taste than pineapple. I don't know if that was because I was eating chocolate before I drank some. Maybe if I had tried it first, it would seem to have a pineapple flavor.
That's it for the food for now. I will have my meal later. I at least need to take a second dump. My meal is one I've had before. I'll review it next week.
This past 11hrs has been a bit of a pain. Was watching SNL, but fell asleep after Weekend Update. I woke up during the second musical performance, but fell back asleep. I then woke up during the church show after, and fell back asleep. I then woke up at 155am. After waking myself up, I finished my reading. I then got my snacks and started prettying. I dozed off again after 5, and woke up between 530 and 6. I dozed off again, And woke up around 622am. I then kept on typing. I then went to take a dump. I then got done and did something else. I went into my bed, but didn't actually try to go to sleep until around 830. I slept for a little bit. I can't remember if the alarm woke me up or I was already awake. I sat up and burped and farted. I then laid on my left side and farted some more. I then got up and got some things ready for my meal while I had Meet The Press on. I've been typing during the show, then reading during the commercials. I've also been doing the same during the last half hr of the ABC version.
If I remember, I may address some things next week that I don't feel like doing right now.
It is 1022am.
I think I will work on my other post. If I don't finish it today, I'll see you next week.

Hello. Today I am pretyping this from work because my assignment for the end of Thu and Fri allows me a little time to type.
Last week, I said I was going to bring something up this time, but later on, I found there are 2 items.
The first thing was that I was wrong about the bacon bits. They are not a generic brand. They are the Fresh Gourmet brand from ALDI
The second item was about that “curry” dish I made last week. If what I saw on Google is correct, we just call that Indian food in the US. My dish was different mainly in that I cooked the rice with the veggies and liquid, instead of dumping everything on the rice when it's time to eat. Also, Indian food has more liquid(sauce?), and has the slightest bit of thickness.
Now let’s get to the week at hand.
Sat: My meal was just a standard meal of 5 items. They were all good. I’ll just mention 2 of them. First is a can of Salt & Vinegar Lay’s Stax. Second is Chex Mix Sour Cream and Onion.
Sun: My “meal was just a box of Triscuit crackers. They are one of the “Woven with Chia Seeds” series. The actual flavor is Rosemary & Jalapeno. They were good. I don’t know what rosemary or chia seeds taste like, so I can’t comment on that. I don’t recall there being any jalapeno flavor, except maybe a little bit.
I opened a new bottle of hot sauce. It is Herdez Taqueria Street Taco Sauce. It was the Firey Habanero flavor. It has an interesting flavor. But I don’t recall there being much heat. I was going to taste it again for here, but I forgot to, and I probably won't get around to it before I post this.
Mon: I had a mouthful of the Fresh Gourmet bacon bits.
Later, I had 2 things. First was a bag of Sun Chips. They were the French Onion flavor. They were good. Then I had a can of Brookdale Vienna sausages. The were good. Even though I had put them in the fridge, the liquid didn’t really gooify. Well maybe it did, but went back to liquid before I finished the Sun chips.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. For spices and condiments, the only thing I used was the hot sauce. As for water, I can’t remember if I used it from jars/bottles in the fridge, or just straight out of the faucet. As for the browning, it took longer than normal to cook, but I can’t remember if it still didn’t brown as much as usual. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: For a snack, I had a bag of store-band puffcorn. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas and carrots. I went back to using all the spices/condiments/waters. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Wed: I went to Popeyes for my snack. I wanted to do a do-over of Halloween. I got the 5pc Voodoo Tenders again with fries. I called earlier in the day to confirm that they were still doing it, and the person said yes. When I went there, the lady at the counter didn’t know, so had to ask in the back. They said yes, but they were out of the chives they sprinkle on top. I was ok with that. Before I ate, I microwaved the food for maybe a total of 80sec, on 50% power. I had one leftover sauce container from Halloween, so I used that too. Similar to last time, the sauce seems to be more sweet than heat. The biscuit was good. The fries were good plain, and ok in the sauce. The tenders were good, both with the sauce they came with, and the extra sauce.
My meal was a package of Bar-S chicken hotdogs. I cooked them in the microwave. Like always, I had 4 on buns, and 4 naked. For other stuff to use, I had regular mustard. I had the Deutsche Kuche Whole Grain mustard. I cut up a few slices of onion. I also had a kind of new item; really a variation of something regular.
Last month, I used a jar of pickled jalapenos. When I was done, there was still a bunch of liquid in the jar. Of course, I did take a few sips, but I left the jar in the fridge. When I got the cabbage I’m currently using, it had the dark green outer leaves. Instead of tossing them, I cut them up small and put them in the jar. I think they have actually turned a lighter shade of green. They have also taken on the taste of the liquid.
As for the hotdogs, I used the cabbage on all four buns. Due to trying the cabbage, I had to try something different for the first 2 buns. For them, I only put onion on the back half of them. On the first bun, I used regular mustard. On the second bun, I used the DK. For the 3rd and 4th buns, I used both regular and DK mustard. Instead of putting one kind of mustard on the top half of the bun, and the other kind on the bottom half, on both halves, I put a layer of regular mustard down(I don’t leave the lines, I spread it evenly out with a knife), then a layer of the DK. On the 3rd bun, I didn’t use any onion. On the 4th bun, I put onion on the whole thing. All four of these hotdogs were good. As for the naked ones, I at least one kind of mustard on each bite. I tried all the combinations there were with mustard on each bite. Just for the hell of it, I'll list all he combos: m mo mc mco d do dc dco md mdo mdc mdco I actually had some leftover onion that I used for Fri.
My snack item was a bag of Clancy’s Pretzel Slims. They were the Bacon Habanero flavor. They were good. I think there was some bacon flavor, but no habanero. The last time I had these(though a different flavor), I remarked that they didn't go with the hotdogs. The same applied here. I think I just wanted to get them eaten. I think they would taste better with something like a vegetable-type soup, with a tomato base. There was a lot of salt and dust/crumbs left in the bag.
Thu: I was going to have a snack, but I fell asleep, and called my mom late.
My meal was from Little Caesars. I got one of those thin-crust pizza they've been advertising. I also got an order of cheese bread. I heated them up before I ate them. When the oven got to 375F, I put both in for 10min. They were hot, but got cold quickly. They were both good.
Fri: My first snack was a package of Maruchan Instant Ramen. It was the Chicken flavor. It was good.
Later, I had a bag of the Mexican funyuns. While they tasted good, they were stale, so they were not crunchy.
A bit after the 330am rebroadcast of TMZ, I had a bag of Pop Weaver popcorn. I cooked it for 1:36. I put canola oil, garlic powder, and black pepper when it was done. It was good. I think I was able to taste the pepper more this time. I think there were 4 unpopped kernels, and 2 that had just started to pop It was the last bag in the box. I got this box(and the previous one) at Menards when they were on sale. Menards has not been having many sales on food for some reason, so I haven't picked up another box.
My meal was hotdogs. I had 4 on buns, and 4 naked. I fried them in the pan. after that, I fried some onion. Then I toasted the 4 buns, with varying degrees of canola oil. I put the pickled cabbage on all 4 buns. I think I didn't put onions on the third bun, but I know I used them on the other 3. On the first bun, I used regular mustard. On the second bun, I used the DK mustard. On the other 2, I used both mustards. They were all good. On the naked hotdogs, I didn't use any onion because I had run out. On each bite, I used one or both mustards. On some bites, I used cabbage. They were good.
For my snack item, I had wavy potato chips and sour cream. They were both store-brand, and 16oz. They were good. I finished the sour cream, but not the chips. I was getting full, I didn't feel like just eating chips, and is was around 3pm, and I wanted to sleep a bit.
Sat: If you are paying attention, you see that I am posting this on Mon morning. On Wed, I felt a feeling in my chest. I suffer from anxiety, and it manifests itself in symptoms that mimic a heart attack. Also, I was suffering from heartburn. It seemed to go away when I went home from work. It came back on Thu. When I got home, I took a ppi and some anxiety pills. After I woke from a nap, I felt better. It all came back on Fri. When I got home, I took another ppi and an anxiety pill. On Sat night, I took another ppi. Even after taking a nap, the feeling didn't go away. It is not pain; it is more of a sensation/slight pressure. I was hoping it was heartburn, so I drank a bunch of cold water to help it go away. That didn't help. I was concerned that it was more than anxiety/heartburn, so I went to the er. I got 2 ekg's, and they were fine, meaning I wasn't having a heart attack. I had a blood test, and there was a slightly elevated level of a heart enzyme. A second blood test showed a reduction in the enzyme, but the doctor still wanted me to get a stress test. That's what I'm going to do Mon instead of going to work.
When I was done at the hospital, I went over to my parents house for a bit, then went home. I took a shower then went to bed. I only slept for 2 hrs.
Sun: I didn't feel like eating until later. I snacked on some cereal and peanut butter(I'll finish both on Sat, barring any more medical issues).
I'll eat my meal in a little while. It is actually going to be what I was going to have for my Sat meal.
That's all for the food. Thu is Thanksgiving, but I can't fucking get Fri off, so I won't be having any special meals per se. On Wed, I'll be doing an experiment that is a variation on something I often have. The prep time is longer, so I am doing it for Wed, since I don't have to get up the next day. I'll be doing a variation of the Wed meal on Fri.
For Thanksgiving, I don't know what I'll have yet. There are a few things I have to know before I make my choice.
Hopefully everything checks out on Mon. If nothing happens, I'll be back at my regular time. Like I said at the top, I started pretyping this on Thu and Fri at work. I was expecting to wrap up early on Sun morning, but we know how that worked out. I was hoping to finish, or get close to such, on my other post I'm preytyping. I think I'll work on that after this, and before I eat.
See you when I see you I guess.

Hello there. I guess things have been going a bit better than last time I posted. I'm here at work again doing a task that allows my to get some pretyping in. A little over 2hrs ago, I got a call from the hospital saying my stress test results were normal. I'm still having some sensation in my chest, which is either anxiety-related, my esophagus, or both. I think I'm going to start using the ppi pills I was prescribed some time ago. I also have some pills for anxiety, but they put me to sleep. I might take one tonight since I don't have to get up tomorrow. I guess that's all I have to say about that.
There were 2 things I was going to address, but right now I can only think of one. For the past few weeks, I was mentioning having the TGI Friday's Mozzarella Sticks. I think since I had been having those a lot since before I started posting, I wouldn't mention them; instead saying something like "I had something else I'm not reviewing". I have 2 bags left at home, so when I get a new batch, I don't know what direction I'll go. I actually think I might have been doing the same thing concerning Vienna sausages when I had them as a snack. I'm not going to check my posts. If I have been reviewing them all this time, it is relating to how the liquid turns to goo after being refrigerated. I just remembered the other item. It is regarding those realistic veggie burgers. When my dad was in the hospital for his breathing issue, he got a menu for the meals. Apparently, there is nutritional info on the menu. It seems there was one of those kind of burgers, but it has a really high sodium content.
Ok, I'll get to the food.
Sun: Like I said last time, I had the stuff I was going to have for my Sat meal. I won't do the stuff is list form, because there is a bit more typing for a few things. I will say everything was good. Before I actually sat down to eat, I finished the rest of the store-brand potato chips. I had a can of Honey Mustard Pringles. I had a package of store-brand peperoni. I had the other half of the 8oz block of mozzarella that I ate the week before. I was originally planning on having a can of Vienna sausage. I decided not to have them because I had a can the past Mon(if you hadn't noticed already, I'm sometimes weird like that). Instead, I had a can of Hormel White & Dark Turkey. The last item is a bag of Chex Mix. It was a newish flavor. It was MAX'D Buffalo Ranch. Since I was tired, and feeling nervous, I didn't really feel like thinking about them much when I ate them. They did have a Buffalo sauce taste to them, but I think it was just on special pieces. The negative about these are that they come in a slightly smaller bag. Menards is having a sale on Chex Mix Fri, so I'll maybe pick up a bag if they have it.
Mon: After I had my stress test, I stopped at QuikTrip to get 2 eggrolls because they are on sale for $.99 each now. I ate them at my parents house. I heated them up in the microwave for 40sec at 50% power. They were good. Before I got home, I stopped at Arby's. I got one of those limited-time Petite Filet Steak Sandwiches. I got the Garlic Butter Steak Sandwich. Since I ate it relatively soon after I got it I didn't heat it up. It was good. I recall tasting some garlic. I ate it kind of fast because I had a ton of shit to do before I could sit down to relax for the rest of the night. Also, it was kind of small. The other negative is they are expensive as fuck. They're just under $7.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items. Since my meat item is almost always ALDI sardines, I don't mention them, unless I have a reason, which I do. I had a can of the sardines that have the hot sauce on them. For some reason, they tasted especially good. Usually, the hot sauce is a bit too hot; not too hot for me, but that it overpowers the sardines and I really only taste the hot sauce. This time, the hot sauce complimented the sardines. I don't know if they are using a different recipe for the hot sauce, but it did seem there was a bit less in the can this time. Hopefully the other can I have on the shelf has the same result. If so, I'll start buying more.
Tue: My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. This time, when I was cooking the rice, I put garlic powder in the water before it started boiling. I tried a bit of the rice before I put it in the pan, and I don't recall it having a garlic taste. My meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Wed: I had a snack because I was getting very hungry. It was a bag of the Peeled Snacks Peas Please pea puffs. They were the Garden Herb flavor and were good. Those puffs must have done something to my insides. A while after I ate them, I started feeling that feeling. I went in and took a dump. It might have fallen under the category of reverse vomiting. I had already taken a dump before I left work, and after I got home.
In other news, I opened up a new bottle of hot sauce. It was the Valentina black label version which is extra hot. I tried some when I overfilled the empty Sriracha bottle I put it in. It has a good taste, and there is good heat.
As you may know, Thu was Thanksgiving in the US. While I got it off, I wasn't able to get Fri off. I don't know about you, but I hate that working, have 1 day off, work 1 day, then have the weekend off. Due to this, I didn't feel like having special meals. I did feel like doing an experiment which was a variation on something I have once in a while. This was because I knew there would be extra preparation time, and I didn't have to get up on Thu.
My meal was my veggie fajitas using half a bag of peas & carrots. Usually, I use 5 flour tortillas and heat up four of them before I make the veggie mixture. This time I made the veggie mix first and let it cool. I also used all 10 tortillas in the package. I took the veggie mix and put some in the middle of each tortilla. There was a bit left over, which I just ate out of the pan, which was good. What I did was fold each tortilla in half and fry it in the pan with canola oil. I'll get back to that in a bit. Before I did all that, I split the tortillas in 2 groups, one with the pickled cabbage, and one without. In each group, I had them seasoned: 2 plain, 1 black pepper, 1 hot sauce 1 both. With the folding there were 2 problems. First was that I didn't want the tortillas to tear. I tried a solution I saw on Cook's Country/America's Test Kitchen. They heated the tortillas in the microwave before working with them. I did that. It seemed ok for the first ? of them. But not so much later on. I think this was due to them cooling off. I was thinking I would just heat them up when ready, but I have to put the veggie mix on all of them. I think the Mama Lupe tortillas would work better for this because they were a bit bigger. The other problem was I wanted to seal them up. I looked online and found a YT vid about this. I didn't listen to it because there was enough text on the screen. What she did was take 2 parts flour and mix in 3 parts water to make a paste, then smear it around the edge and seal it. It kind of worked for a few, but not others. I think I need to put it on right before I cook the tortilla. I ran out and had to make some more. I got low on that, so I added some water. Those other ones didn't come out so good. It was kind of a non-issue, because the veggie mix was very solid. This would be an issue for Fri
As for the frying, I was adjusting the burner to keep it hot, but not have the oil burning. I would cook the tortillas on one side, then flip them over for the other side. Then I would stand them up on edge to get the folded part. There was a bit of smoke in the house, but not enough to set off the smoke detector or CO detector(it might actually be another smoke detector, but has never gone off due to smoke). The main issue was that frying them one at a time took a LOOOOOOOOONNNNNNG time. As for the taste, they were all good. I didn't really taste the pickled cabbage on the ones that had it. It was the same with the ones with black pepper and/or hot sauce. My Fri meal is a variation of this.
Thu: Due to Thanksgiving, a ton of places were closed, or closed early. For my meal, I went to Subway on Wed. It was actually 2, because I wanted to use 2 coupons. One was a 2 footlongs, and the other was for 1. I put the sandwiches in the fridge when I got home, and took them out a few hours before I ate. On all 3, I used Italian bread, provolone, oregano and parmesan. They were all good. My first sandwich was tuna salad. I had the worker put ranch on the tuna, instead of on the bread. I also had lettuce and tomato. The other 2 sandwiches were seafood(prob imitation crab) salad. On the first one, I had spinach and black olives. On the other, I had lettuce and tomato.
Fri: I had 2 snacks. First was some breaded fried shrimp I got from the hot section of a grocery store. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate them; maybe 60sec(30x2) at 50% power. They were good. I had my other snack after 11pm, when TMZ is on. I had a bag of Simply Nature popcorn from ALDI since I didn't have any more Pop Weaver. It was the Olive Oil & Sea Salt variety. It was good. I didn't taste any olive oil, and it didn't seem noticeably salty. I didn't eat it around 330am, because my meal was going to be a bit bigger than normal. Also, I happened to look at the tv listings, and they weren't showing the rebroadcast like they usually do. In addition, I had fallen asleep, and I think I woke up close to 5am.
My meal was a variation of Wed's meal. The variation was that I cooked the tortillas in my pot of canola oil. There were 2 challenges. First, was how to cook them. They were too big to put in the basket horizontally. I had to put them in the basket vertically. The problem with this though was that the whole tortilla wouldn't fit in the oil. I had to cook them, take the basket out of the oil, flip them over, then finish cooking them. The good thing was I could do more than 1 at once. Twice I did 3, then I did 2 at a time twice. This also made the issue I brought up Wed more important in that they needed to be sealed. I made more of the flour "paste". I used more on each tortilla, so I ended up having to make more again. This time, I only put it on when I was close to putting them in. In the first group of 3, one of them opened up. A lot of the filling came out. I think most of it stayed in the basket. After taking the tortillas out of the basket, I put as much of the filling as I could back in the tortilla. On the second batch of 3, another one opened up, but not as bad. I was kind of thinking they were opening up because they were pushing against each other. That's why I went to putting 2 in at a time. In one of the 2 batches of 2, one of them opened a bit, but I don't think anything spilled out. When I was moving the tortillas in the basket one time, one of them slipped to the bottom. The ends bent up, which made me realize that I could have cooked one at a time horizontally, and not had to flip it.
Let me start a new paragraph here. There was something else with the cooking. I didn't turn the burner up, so the oil probably didn't get up to 375F. I had the thermometer, and did check twice. I think I was concerned about creating a lot of smoke. This meant there was still a long cooking time; even though I was cooking more than once. I didn't compare the times though.
As for the taste, they were ok. Even though the actual tortillas were crispy, they absorbed a LOT of oil. The ones that opened up got even more, and the filling absorbed even more. I was only able to eat 8(of 10) of them, even though I ate them all on Wed. I finished the popcorn over 12hrs before that, so I shouldn't have been full from that. I think all that oil made my stomach a tad queasy, and filled me up more. I hadn't even eaten my sardines(which I did do). Also, they started not tasting good. Also, I was feeling tired, and wanted to get done. I finished up my meal(including sardines) at around 3pm Sat.
I finished up the pickled cabbage. I wasn't able to taste it at all.
This will be something I will not be making again with either method. The cooking time was way to long to deal with again, and the taste wasn't worth it.
Sat: I was planning on having my candy snack like I usually do; but like last week, I didn't. This time, it was because I had the 2 leftover tortillas. I was considering having them for my Sun meal, or as a snack for Mon, or 1 Mon and 1 Tue. I just wanted to get rid of them. I took them out of the fridge to warm up a bit. I warmed them up in the microwave for 40sec. I can't recall if I turned the power level down, even though I did it a little while ago. They were very warm, but they had gotten soft for the most part. They probably would have gotten crispy in the oven, but I didn't feel like waiting.
Since I didn't feel like tasting the oil, I decided to put stuff on them. On the first one, I used a container of honey mustard dipping sauce from Burger King. That one was ok. On the second one, I used a packet of "hot" picante sauce from McDonald's. That one tasted better. I had actually taken 4 condiment items out of the fridge, thinking I use 2 on each tortilla. I only ended up using 1 for each. Had I known that, I would have used something else on the first one. I don't know if I would have used something else on the second one though.
That's all for the food. I'll be having my meal some hours later, as I got this done early. It is something I've had before. There is little bit of cooking, but there will be time spent for preparation.
It is now 547am. Like I said above, I started pretyping on Wed, then Fri. I got my reading done a bit after 11pm. I was doing stuff in the kitchen, and didn't sit back down until around 1130. I then started typing, but got sidetracked looking at some stuff online. I then went in to be to take my 1-2am nap. When the alarm went off, I hit the snooze bar because I didn't feel like getting up, especially since there was nothing on tv I wanted to watch. I hit it a few more times. I ended up turning the alarm to the radio, and laid in bed listening to the radio. I looked at the clock, and it was 308am. I laid there a bit longer, then finally got up. After heating up my tortillas, I sat down at the computer.
I was having those sensations in my chest like I did last Sun, but they seem to be going away. It apparently is heartburn. Earlier, I twice burped stomach acid into my throat.
That's all for this post. I think I'll be back within a few hours with another post(dun dun dun). So I guess I'll see you later.

On Oct 25, I made my annual south of the river thrift/pawn/music/gun store trip. I can't remember if I got a late start. I did want to leave early because I needed to get something done. I went to what I call "the secret post office" to buy some stamps. Also, from there, to go on my route, I had to take a detour. I knew about it, but it was more involved than I thought it was.
My first stop was Guitar Center. I first went to the used stuff area. Let me start with the guitars. There was an Oscar Schmidt strat. There was a Hamer Slammer strat. Depending on when/where it was made, the price is either a good deal or appropriate. There was a G&L tele. There was also a Harley Benton explorer. For amps, There was a Marshall JVM head. Looking at Google, I think the full model name is JVM410H. It was sitting on top of a Marshall 4x12 cab that looked beat to hell. They still wanted $299 for it I think. There was a Carvin Steve Vai Legacy 1/2 stack(head and 1 4x12 cab). There was a EVH 5150 head on top of a small(either 1x12 or 2x12) cab. This is Eddie van Halen's brand. It is actually a subsidiary of Fender(Eddie used to be with Peavey). Speaking of Fender, there was a Hotrod Deluxe. There were also 2 different models of solid state Champs. I think there was an older Silverface era combo. There was also a Dr. Z Nova head.
On the new guitar wall, there was a copy of Jimmy Page's "dragon" Tele. Next to it was a Strandberg guitar. I'd describe it as a headless Ovation Breadwinner. There were also a pair of Gretsch 12 string electrics. One was $799 and the other $999. I didn't go in the bass section. Outside it was a used Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier Solo head. I then went into the drum section. I checked through the posts, and it looks like the edrums were moved again, this time to the other side of the room from where the congas/timbales/etc. used to be. There was a cute girl working in there. I then went over to the effects section. There was so much stuff, I was overwhelmed. That being said neither did anything stand out to me. My last stop as always, was the keyboard area. I played with a Casio WK-6600. While it doesn't have the full Hammond simulator like the WK-7600 and discontinued CTK-7200, I was able to mess with it and get the "grind" sound(see Circle of Hands by Uriah Heep). I then messed with a Korg Minilogue. Below it was a Yamaha MODX. It was on, but no sounds were coming out. Either I couldn't find the volume control, or something was set making no sound come out.
Again, I passed the big gun store without going in. One day I will leave early enough where I feel I have time to go in.
Speaking of gun stores, When I was driving down the street, I saw a sign for a place that used to be a gun shop. It had apparently closed a few years ago. Since the sign was still there, it made me wonder if it reopened. I didn't feel like turning around to check. I'll try to remember next year.
At the Lees Summit Red Racks, there was a kiddie e-drum box. There was also a Radio Shack guitar amp. It was an MPS-31 for $6.39.
At Goodwill, there was a Baldwin Studio II organ.
I then went into the place called Legacy Music. As always, It is mostly all new Fender equipment. In the glass counter case, there was an Ibanez Turbo Tube Screamer for $119. In don't know if it was new or used. If new, that looks like the same price the mail-order places have. There were also 3 Trutone pedals. One was the Route 66. I think the other 2 were the H20 and Jekyll & Hyde(there is also a VS-XO).
The next place to mention was the Raytown Cash America. The first thing that I noticed was that there were only a few guitars and basses on the wall. A worker told me they had all been bought up. I think there were just a few strat copies, including a Behringer, and maybe a Squier. When I went over there, I also noticed there were only a few amps. There was a Roland KC-550 for $270. There was a Peavey Vypr, a KB 15 for $45, and a rack mixer(or pa head). There was also a mystery combo amp. It was tiny. The logo looked like it was RI, with the R reminding me of the Rock Island railroad's final logo. I tried looking online, but couldn't find anything. There was also a Yamaha digital piano. In the glass case, there was a Dunlop Crybaby wah. It was the Dimebag Darrell signature model. I then looked at what was behind the counter. My notes are a bit ambiguous, so I'm not 100% sure the Squier I noted was in the main area. I am 100% sure there was a USA Fender with a hss pu configuration. There was a strat from the company called AXL. There was also a Carvin electric with a fixed bridge and a hh pu config. I think it was their signature DC body shape, not strat shape.
My next stop was a thrift store. There were 2 organs. One was a Baldwin. The other was a Wurlitzer with 3 keyboards.
I then went to the hole in the wall pawn shop. It was a pain parking because the lot was being repaved. For effects, there was a Vox Ice 9 overdrive pedal. There was a Casio keyboard. For amps, there was some model of Peavey Transtube. There was also a Peavey Data Bass bass amp. There was an Epiphone combo. There was a Bugera "lunchbox" head, which I think was sitting on top of the Egnater cabinet. They also had one of those mystery RI amps. They had some guitars, but I couldn't get a good look due to the amps being in front of them. There was an Ibanez. There was a Rogue. I also notated a guitar as "? ? ? ?". I guess I just wanted to acknowledge it. Off to the side was an Epiphone 335.
I then went to the piss break thrift store. There was nothing there. Since I wasn't going in the nearby grocery store, I took my piss out back.
The next place was Alpha Pawn. The Roland RD-700 was still there, but was in the main area, and was sitting with one side on the floor(yuck). There was a BC Rich Mockingbird. I think it was from their budget Bronze series. I just looked at some reviews, and they were very positive. Of course, they could be employees of BCR or retailers. There was an Epiphone lp. There was also an Ibanez jazzbox. There was also another interesting guitar It was a 1hb Ovation electric. It looked like the one at the AP north of the river. They could have moved it from there to here to see if it would sell. It could also mean the north AP closed. I'll just have to find out when I stop at the north one.
For guns, they had a Kel-Tec KSG for $599.
The next place was Thrift World. There was a Casio LK-94TV. I didn't check the price. It had the styrofoam end cheeks from the box it came in, but it was scuzzy as all fuck.
Next was the gun store. Let me c/p: they had a Kel-Tec KSG for $599.
Besides just regular looking, another reason I wanted to go in was to see the big brown dog. When I was in there last, it bumped into me, starting me. I wanted to see it again. I asked a guy if it was there. He said it was in the back. I didn't get to see it.
I then went to the Cash America nearby. I don't remember how many guitars were behind the counter, but I did notate a HardLuck Kings strat. There might have been basses and acoustics, which I generally don't notate. There were quite a few effects in a case next to the counter. There was a Digitech RP100. There were 2 BOSS BD-2 pedals. There was an MXR Micro Chorus. There was a TC Electronic Chorus; I think it was a Corona. There was one or more Joyo pedals. Apparently most of them are clones of name brand ones. I don't recall if which one(s) was(were) there. There was also a Marshall Guv,nor. In think it was the newer GV-2 II Plus version. For kb, I notated Casiaha, but I can't tell if that means 1 or more. There was a Joy Casiaha style kb. I just did a quick Google Image search, and it appears to be a Chinese brand. The ones I just saw look fancier than the Technobeat ones I've seen in thrift stores. I wonder if I'll start seeing Joy models in thrift stores soon.
For amps, I notated 2 Fender Rumble bass amps. I don't think they were the same model. For guitars, there were 2 Squiers. There were 2 BC Rich Warlocks that looked to be from the budget line. There were 3 Ibanez guitars. One was a lefty; thither 2 were hh hardtails. They were the same shape, but I don't recall if they were the superstart body style, or the AX/GAX series. There were 2 Deans; one a v and the other a Dave Mustaine V.
The next place was Salvation Army. Behind the counter was a First Act kiddie acoustic. There were 2 trombone cases. They were closed, so I don't know if they were empty.
Next was Red Racks. There was a First Act electric guitar starter pack. I think it was behind the counter. There was a Yamaha kb. There was also an M-Audio Keystation controller for $49.99. I'm thinking it was the 88 key version. There was a "pile" of drums on the floor. Some were from First Act. They looked to be part of a kiddie set, but you could probably use them in a real drumkit. There were also 2 or 3 from another brand which I didn't notate. I can't remember if they looked to be from a kiddie set.
Next was the pawn shop on the same street, but I had to go in the other direction. Behind the counter, there was an Epi lp. I think it was a set-neck version. There was also an Antonio Tsai lp style guitar. In the main area, there were a bunch of guitars, and I am assuming a bunch of strat copies. There were at least 2 from Lyon, Washburn's budget line. There was also a BC Rich Warlock. I'm thinking it was a cheaper model. There was a Yamaha digital piano. For effects, there were 3 items from Digitech: a chorus pedal, an RP200 multifx pedal, and a GSP 2101 rack unit. I didn't notate them, but I'm pretty sure I saw an Ernie Ball volume pedal and an Ibanez WD7 Weeping Demon wah pedal. For amps, I saw a Fender Frontman. There were at least 4 Peavey amps. A Vegas 400, and 3 bass amps: a TNT100, a Basic60, and another where I didn't know/see the model name. The Yamaha Fifty from last time was still there. There was also a G50-112 III, which is the second-generation successor of the Fifty.
Next was the crazy pawn shop. For amps, there was a Crate cabinet. There was an SWR LA Series bass amp. There was a mystery amp that just said "300G" on the front. I'm thinking it was a small practice combo behind the counter, so I wouldn't have gotten a close look at it. There was also a ddrum electronic drum amp. My notes say Overload. Quickly looking at Google, this is a guitar brand. For items I know are guitars, there was a Yamaha Pacifica. There was a Mitchell, but I don't know what body shape it was. There was a Dean Dime Razorback. There was a Dean Dave Mustaine V. My notes also indicate a Jackson guitar. I put hh with a "?" next to it. It makes me think I wasn't sure about the pickup configuration. It could also be something else about the guitar, or even its very existence.
The last stop was the final Cash America. First I looked behind the counter. There was a controller keyboard. There was also a Peavey pa speaker cabinet(or 2, since they come in pairs). There was a Dean V. There was also another Dean guitar. It had 24 frets, 4 knobs, a whammy bar, and a hh pu config. My notes put "tele" by it, meaning it didn't completely look like one. I looked on Google, and Dean makes a tele, but not with that equipment. I then thought it was an EVO, but again, I didn't find one with that stuff. I even looked on their website. I'll just classify it as a mystery. There was a Gibson Les Paul Studio for $750. My notes say "strat", which I'm guessing is an actual Fender, and behind the counter. I would have noted the country of manufacture, but I didn't ask. In the regular area, there were an assortment of strat copies. There was also a Lotus lp. For amps, I think they might have been scarce, like the CA in Raytown. I did note a Crate Flexwave. For keyboards, there was an Akai controller, and at least 1 Casiaha.
Finally done! In a few weeks is Xmas and NY's. That means I'll be doing my minitrips. There might be a government shutdown, so I might be able to do them a few days before I planned to.
If everything is normal, I'll be back next week.

Another week has passed, and I am back. I don't think I have anything to say except that it is past 230am. I'll get to that later. Now I'll get to the food.
Sat: This was a simple meal. I heated up a rotisserie chicken I bought on Fri. After that, I cut it up in small pieces. I tried some pieces plain. They were good. I tried a few more with some of the ALDI mrs dash southwest blend. It just tasted like the mrs dash. I heated up a jar of ALDI turkey gravy. I also added the water I used to wash out the jar. When the gravy was hot, I mixed it with the chicken. I ate it on Club crackers. It was good. The gravy was runny because I used too much water to rinse out the jar. The Club crackers tasted kind of weak. I don't think they cooked them long enough, because they were pale. There was quite a bit of the chicken/gravy mix left over. I just ate it. If I had put it on all the crackers, there still would have been some left.
I was looking at older posts to see what the right name of the mrs dash flavor was. I said the flavor was chipotle. That might be the case. I can't get up to check, because the label is gone. I could maybe find it online, but I don't feel like looking. It does have a smoked and sweet flavor.
Sun: I finished a box of cereal. It was Hostess Honey Buns. It was good. I also finished a jar of peanut butter. It was a generic brand chunky. It was good. There was only a tiny bit left in the jar, so I opened another jar. I'll review that one in the future.
My "meal" was a bag of Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Pretzels. They were good.
This week, I opened up a bottle of in-store generic brand vegetable oil. I think it was on Mon, but I'm not 100% sure.
Mon: For a snack, I had a bag of Beanfields tortilla chips. They were the Himalayan Salt + Vinegar flavor. They were good. That being said, the vinegar ramped up my heartburn. The dust in the bottom of the bag really burned going down.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I put some black pepper in the water when cooking the rice. I'm thinking I didn't taste the pepper when I tried some of the rice before I put it in the pan. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: My snack was a bag of Uncle Ray's potato chips. They were the Jalapeno flavor. They were good. I don't really remember the flavor, but there was some heat on my lips that lingered after I was finished.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas and carrots. I put hot sauce(Valentina black label) in the water when cooking the rice. The only spice/condiment I added in the pan was hot sauce. For water, I can't remember if I used water from jars/bottles in the fridge or from the faucet. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items. It seemed to have browned better than usual. I also recalled it tasting really good plain, and somehow it wasn't spicy.
Wed: I opened a box of shredded wheat it was good plain and with veg oil.
I got my snack at Sonic. It was a Fritos Chili Cheese Jr Wrap. It was good. I tried it plain. Mostly, I used a packet of Taco Bell Diablo sauce on it. It has cheese in it, but I didn't taste it. There were supposed to be Fritos in it, but I couldn't tell. This is because I ate it hours after I bought it, and they must have softened.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I just made everything normal this time. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: I had some shredded wheat with veg oil.
I got my meal(most of it anyway) at Sonic. On Wed, they were doing the $.50 corndog deal. The last time I got some, I had 12 with no problem. I wanted to try 14 this time. When I got home I put them in the fridge. On Thu, I took them out for a few hours. I wanted to heat them up, and make the coating a bit crunchy. I decided to put them in the oven. I set the oven to 400F. I used my small casserole dish. As I was taking them out of the bag and putting them in the dish, I was counting them. THEY ONLY GAVE ME 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was pissed off! I put them in the oven for 10 min. I had them with both regular and DK mustard. While they tasted good, I couldn't enjoy them. I decided to have something else. It was a bag of TGI Friday's Mozzarella Sticks puffs. They were good.
Fri: I called Sonic about my corndog issue. I went there after work, and they refunded my money. If that wasn't causing me enough anxiety, I got a call at work from my parents. They were doing their Xmas letter, and my dad fucked something up. I had to go over there to see what I could do(the file was there, but it was empty). This meant I didn't visit the store I often do on Fri. There is another in that chain by their house, but I just ran in to get a few things, and left.
I had shredded wheat and veg oil a few times. I finished the box save for the crumbs.
Since I didn't visit the grocery store, I didn't get anything from the hot sections to snack on, nor did I visit the nearby Taco Bell. I had instead a Michelina's entrée. It was Chicken Fried Rice. It was good.
Later, I had a bag of popcorn. It was Simply Nature Sea Salt And Black Pepper. It was good. I don't really think I tasted the pepper.
I would say my meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots, but I didn't use rice. Instead I used half a bag of noodles. I started heating up the water for the noodles before I started putting veggies in the pan. I think I put the noodles in the boiling water a few minutes before I started the veggies. When It was time for the first round of spices/condiments/waters, I used all the spices and condiments. For water, I added some from the noodle pot, since they were done. I then poured the rest of the water into my small casserole dish. I then added some veg oil to the pot to try to keep the noodles from sticking. When it was time to add the noodles, it was a bit of a pain to mix them in, because they did stick. For the second round of spices...., I used the noodle water from the small casserole dish(I saved the rest and put in the fridge). I just stood there and stirred the mix until there wasn't any liquid, but before it dried out. I then took it off the stove and put it in the oven to cool off. My meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
For now, I am planning on doing a slight variation on this next Fri.
Sat: I had my sweet snacks. I finished the Snickers. They were ok. I had 2 in the freezer, and the rest in the fridge. The ones in the freezer were in there since the Sat before Thanksgiving. I also opened a bag of Baby Ruth bars. They didn't taste that great. Same thing regarding the fridge/freezer. The 2 in the freezer were hard as rocks. I finished the dark chocolate covered walnuts. They were good. I also had one of those.
I also had another of those Kinder Joy egg things. See my Jun19 post for more info about these. This time it didn't taste very good. I put it in the fridge before I ate it. I don't know if that was why it didn't taste as good as last time, or something I'll discuss in the paragraph after next. As for the toy, it is the frog thing with wings sticking out of its back, like the one in this pic: www.smartervalues.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/20190520_232823-1-1024x768.jpg Coincidentally, the blue sheep thing on the right is the thing I got in the first KJ egg.
For a beverage, I had a bottle of the Goya Ginger Beer(think A&W, not Heineken). It was good. This time, I knew to expect the back of my throat to burn a bit, which did occur.
I did want to mention something else a bit food related. After I woke up after my "Fri" meal, my stomach was feeling a bit icky. I was doing a lot of farting. I took a dump while I was waiting for the water for the noodles to boil, which was maybe around noon Sat. Around 830pm, I had to take another dump. Around an hour later, I had to do some more. Since it was a continuation of the previous one, I didn't think there would be much; maybe a few tablespoons worth and a fart. I think it was actually more than the 830 one. Then around 430 am, I had to go yet again. Later, I was farting, and could feel them flowing around some more poo. After 730am, I went some more. That was a total of 5 dumps within 24hrs. I hope I am emptied out now.
That is all for the food(and its aftermath). I will be having my meal soon. No cooking to do.
It is now 1149am. I got my reading done a little after 1am. I then was doing stuff in the kitchen. I then took my nap. I set my alarm for 215, since there was nothing I wanted to watch at 2. When the alarm went off, I hit the snooze button once. I then got up and got the snacks. Some time between 5 and 530 I dozed off. I was going to go into work and do shit at my desk, but I didn't feel like it; between my dig syst issues and me dozing off. Later, I got distracted reading about something off-topic that popped into my head. After taking my 5th dump, I did some stuff on the computer, then took my pre Meet The Press nap. I then woke up for that, typing while it was on, and reading during the commercials. I then did the same from 10-1030. Then I was alternating.
I guess I'll be back next week. See you then.

Hello. I am pretyping this at work because I am doing something else that lets me have my hands free. I am fucking pissed off though. Since what I’m doing today is related to the other times, I thought the time frame was the same. I just found out I start 30min sooner than that other item. I saw the schedule and just glanced at it. Instead of reminding me earlier today, the mgr only says something about 30min before. After having to go further away to take my pre lunch break piss, I would have only18min of my lunch break, which is not fucking long enough to attempt to take a nap. So now my fucking head hurts, and my brain is not functioning.
Also, I forgot to email my notes here, so I will be going off memory here at work, and will have to add/fix stuff as needed when I get home.
So, it’s now time for the food.
Sat: I had 4 things. I had an 8oz block of generic-brand mozzarella cheese. It was good. I had a bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos. They were good. I had a box of Cheez-Its. They were the Italian Four Cheese. I would say they were just ok, i.e. they were not bad, but not really good. I can’t recall if they had the “generic” taste like the other flavors besides Pepper Jack and Hot & Spicy. They definitely did NOT taste like cheese. When I bought these, I had forgotten I had had some so before, and didn’t want to get them again. I still have 1 flavor I want to try, and I have a box at home. The last item was a can of Spam. It was the Oven Roasted Turkey. I’ll say it was good. It did have a poultry flavor when I started eating it, but I’m thinking it just tasted like regular Spam later on. There are 2 more flavors I haven’t tried yet. I haven’t seen them in the stores, but then again, I usually don’t look. I’m planning on going somewhere else next week, and I’ll see if it’s there.
Sun: Due to the FOX stuff not being on, I wanted to watch NCIS:LA. It is already scheduled later due to football, but started even later than that. After NCIS, I talked to my mom on the phone, then took a shower. There was other stuff I wanted to do. I did snack on a bit of cereal and peanut butter. I think I dozed off for a bit, then just finished what I wanted to finish, and went to sleep.
Mon: I was hungry at work, so I had something to snack on. I usually don’t talk about that, but it warrants it this time. I had a Twinkie. It was over 7mo old. They supposedly have a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG shelf life. This one looked a tiny bit withered. It didn’t taste good. It kind of had a chemical taste. I’m thinking there was a tiny tear/hole in the wrapper that allowed air to get in, causing the Twinkie to age prematurely.
At home I had a mouthful of bacon bits.
I had 2 snacks. First was a Maruchan Instant Lunch. It was the Shrimp flavor. It was good. Later, I had a bag of store-brand potato chips from the h/n/o store. They were the Red Chili flavor. They were good. I can't remember if they were spicy or not.
My meal was fried rice and veggies. This time I used half a bag of frozen broccoli. Either the bag was real old(even though I bought it not that long ago), or beat to hell, because after I cooked it, it was more of a sludge than actual chunks. I am not complaining about this at all; in fact, it might have been better for my usage. For the spices…, besides the normal items I use. I used some of the ALDI mrs dash sw blend. I also used some of the starchy water from cooking the noodles. I’m pretty sure I did both for both rounds. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: I had 2 things. First was a can of Armour Vienna Sausages. They were the Barbecue flavor. They were actually good, which is saying a lot, due to my not being a bbq person. I had them in the fridge before I ate them. The liquid didn't gooify, which was likely due to the bbq sauce. Later, I had a bag of store-brand croutons. They were the Cheese & Garlic flavor. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of broccoli. I used more of the noodle water. I also finished up the ALDI mrs dash. My meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Wed: I had 2 snacks. First was some shrimp from the hot section of a grocery store. I warmed it up in the microwave before I ate it. It was good. Later I had a bag of store-brand veggie straws from the h/n/o store. They were good.
I also opened up another box of shredded wheat. I had it plain and with vegetable oil. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies with half a bag of peas & carrots. I used up the rest of the noodle water. My meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: I snacked on some shredded wheat with veggie oil.
I got my meal in the Chinese part of the hot food section of a grocery store. I'm not going to list everything, but it was all good.
Fri: I got my first snacks at Sonic. This time, it was the one by my house. I got 2 of those Chicken Slingers sandwiches. One was a Classic(aka plain) and the other Spicy. While they tasted good, I couldn't really tell a difference. I didn't heat them up because Sonic wrappers have foil on them, and I couldn't be assed to unwrap them. The other thing to note is that they are smaller than normal. I kind of figured that, but wasn't 100% sure until I took them out of the bag. If I had known that, I would have bought one of those Fritos Chili Cheese Jr Wrap. I think I'll have a do-over and get a Spicy CS, and warm it up in the microwave.
Later, I had a bag of Simply Nature Herbs & Spices Popcorn. It was good. I could taste the herbs and spices, but couldn't identify any of them. Some pieces had dark spots of the flavoring.
I had shredded wheat with canola oil a few times.
Like last week, This meal had me using noodles with half a bag of peas & carrots. I used up the last bit of the veggie oil by putting a bit in the pot when I filled it up with water to cook the noodles, and in the pan when I turned on the burner. I then was using canola oil in the pan. After The second round of spices...., I wanted the mixture to brown like I do with the rice. I was thinking that the noodles would not hold up as good as the rice does, so I waited less time between flipping the mix over. When it's rice, I wait 10min each time until it's close to done, then it's 6, 7, or 8min. With the noodles, I first waited 5min twice, then 7min twice. I then waited 8min. There was enough browning, so I took it off the burner and set it in the oven to cool off. As for the taste, it was good plain and with my 3 items. Even though there was a lot of browning, it was soft and not crunchy.
The cooking time isn't that much more than the rice. For my "Fri" meals, I cook the rice right before I start doing the stuff in the pan. With the noodles, the longest aspect was waiting for the water to start boiling. I did not pay attention to how long it took in comparison to the total cooking time of the rice. The reason I do the noodles at the same time is that they will likely become a gooey mess if they sit around.
Sat: I had my sweet snacks. I started off with a little cereal and peanut butter.
I had 2 new Little Debbie items. One was a one of the Christmas Tree Cakes. It is the chocolate with chocolate frosting. I also had a pair of Cherry Cordials. They were ok. They each came in their own package. I didn't have them in the fridge.
For the candy, I had it all in the fridge. I finished the Baby Ruth bars. They were ok. I had some Whoppers malted milk balls. They were ok. I also had some Milk Duds. I didn't really like these because I'm not a carmel(I know it's actually caramel, but like most US non-chefs, I'll say and spell it this way; plus caramel sounds a bit snooty) person. You may be asking why I have Milk Duds if I don't like them. On the day(s) after Halloween and Easter, the one grocery store has clearance prices on those candy items. For Halloween, my mom bought 2 huge(170 pieces) bags of multi mini candy bars. these bags include Milk Duds. The Whoppers are also in that bag. Generally, I like mmb, but they just didn't taste good to me this morning. I'll discuss this in a bit.
I also had a beverage. It was a bottle of Malta Goya. It didn't taste that good because there didn't seem to bee that much flavor. Again, I'll discuss that below.
That is all for the food. I'm going to make my meal in a bit. I was debating on what to have, but I've pretty much made up my mind. I need to take a dump first.
It is now 1151am. I started pretyping this on Thu. After SNL, I think I started typing a bit after 1230am. I then went to take my 1-2am nap. I just laid there awake for most of the time. I hit the snooze bar twice, and ended up getting up at 215 since there was nothing I wanted to watch at 2. I think me not being able to sleep made the stuff not taste good to me. Right now, my nose is a bit stuffed, but I can't recall if it was when I was eating. I continued typing. Sometime after 4am, I dozed off(which would have been nice if it happened earlier in bed). I woke up a bit after 5. I then woke up a bit after 530. I then stayed awake. I was planning on going to the office and doing some shit. I first thought I'll just postpone it until next Sun. But then I remembered there might be a gov shutdown. I can see Donnie Boy not signing the budget for a few days due to having a tantrum over being impeached. After taking a huge dump, I went over there around 630. I left close to 8am. I then drove past the 2 areas with Virtual Railfan cameras. I ended up taking a nap for only about 20 min before Meet The Press was on. I was typing during it, and reading during the commercials. I did that from 10-1030am during ABC's This Week. I then was doing more reading, and typing.
The only other thing I wanted to mention was that on Thu, I was originally going to go to Church's Chicken. But I saw deals on the Chinese food at the store I bought it at. While I was eating, I was reading posts on Nextdoor, which is a neighborhood info/news site. There was a thread about Church's Chicken where somebody looked in their box, got the wrong stuff, and gave it back to them. They put the handled chicken back on the rack to serve to other people. My inner Sheldon(OCD) says to not go there(maybe ever). But my inner(and outer) lazy fat guy says not to give a fuck, especially since it is about 30sec away by car. Also, I don't think people return stuff a lot. Also also, my mom says a lot of nasty shit goes on that you don't see.
Ok, that's it. After posting this, and typing some other shit out, I'm going to eat. I should be back next week. Bye.

Hi again. It is once again the end of the week, and once again I'm here. I have something to rant about, but I'll leave it until the end of my post. For now, I'll get to the food.
Sat: I had 3 things. One was a bag of store-brand kettle potato chips. They were the Salt & Pepper flavor. They were good, but very salty. I had a can of Deutsche Kuche soup from ALDI. It is called Harvest Vegetable Soup. It was good. There was something interesting of note. Instead of noodles, there were small pieces of spaghetti. The last item was a box of mussels from the h/n/o store. The brand is Next Wave Of Brittany. The flavor is Mussels in a Spicy Sauce, with the box saying the sauce uses Louisiana Brand hot sauce. They were good. I can't recall if they were spicy or not. The only other thing to note is that a lot of the shells were cracked.
Sun: My meal was a bag of store-brand oyster crackers. They were good. I was a bit apprehensive about these. I think it was due to that the main brand of oyster crackers is Premium, which have the same bad stale taste like their crackers.
Mon: I had the rest of the shredded wheat with canola oil. They were good.
I had 2 snacks. One was a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Deep Dish Pizza flavor. They were good. The other was a can of Brookdale Vienna Sausages. They were good. Of course I had them in the fridge. The liquid had gooified.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I also used water from cooking the noodles. My meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: I opened a new bottle of ALDI mrs dash. It was the Table Blend flavor. I tried some of it by itself and it was ok. I can't really describe it, and I'm not going to have some now to check.
I had most of the shredded wheat crumbs from both of the boxes with canola oil. I was starting to get some pain in my chest like the crumbs were going to get stuck. Thankfully, I was able to burp, and drink some water to prevent this from happening.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. For spices and condiments, I only used the mrs dash. For water, I don't think I used any from the bottles/jars in the fridge; just straight from the faucet. I also used water from cooking the noodles. I don't think it browned as good as normal. My meal was good plain, with my 3 items, and the mrs dash. I didn't combine the mrs dash with the other items.
Wed: I finished the shredded wheat crumbs and had them with canola oil.
My snack was a small Italian sub from a grocery store. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I went back to using all the spices/condiments/waters. I also used the mrs dash, and used the rest of the noodle water. My meal was good plain, with my 3 items, and the mrs dash. I didn't combine the mrs dash with the other items.
I need to mention my meat item. It was a can of ALDI sardines it hot sauce. They were good. The reason I am mentioning them is like last time, they taste better than normal due to the hot sauce being less hot. I'm planning on going to ALDI on Mon. I think I'll get more of the sardines in hot sauce than I normally do.
Thu: For a snack, I got 2 eggrolls at QuikTrip since they are still doing the $.99 each deal. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate them. They were good. They had pork inside. The first 1 or 2 bites of the first eggroll had that strong pork taste that's not too good. I'm guessing that occurs when pork is overcooked.
I got my meal at Church's Chicken. For $15, you get 2 large sides, and either 12 Honey-Butter Biscuit Tenders, or 6 legs and 6 thighs. For my sides, I got 2 large containers of gravy. For the chicken, I asked if I could instead get 4 legs, 4 thighs, and 4 H-BBT, but the worker said they were out of those, so I just got 6 legs and thighs. I seem to recall other times when I've gotten chicken that the crunchy stuff kind of got soft. I did a few things to counteract that. When I got home, Before I put the chicken inside the microwave to try to stay warm, I took the box out of the bag so the steam wouldn't stay sealed in. Also for the steam issue, I propped the lid of the box open. The third thing I did was also related to me not eating right away. Before I ate, I set the oven to 400F. When it got to that, I put the chicken in on my large cookie sheet. I had it in there for 10min. When I took it out, it was hot to the touch. I think the crunchy stuff stayed crunchy. As for the chicken, it was good plain and with the gravy. The gravy was good. When I finished the chicken, I mixed the crunch that fell off into the remaining container of gravy and ate it.
Fri: My first snack was 2 things from Sonic. took them both out of their wrappers and warmed them in the microwave for 40sec at 50% power. First, I had the Fritos Chili Cheese Jr Wrap. It was good. I had a couple of bites plain. For the rest, I used a packet of Cholula hot sauce. The other item was a Spicy Chicken Slinger. This was a do-over from last week. This time the sandwich was warm, and there was some spiciness, but not really any heat. It was good.
My other snack was a bag of store-brand popcorn puffs. I was going to have them around 11pm, even though I wasn't going to watch TMZ, but I fell asleep. I woke up later, and watched the 330am rebroadcast. I had the puffs then. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I added some ALDI mrs dash to the water when I cooked the rice. I tried some of the rice, and I didn't taste it. I also added it to the pan when I was cooking, in addition to my normal compliment of spices.... My meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Sat: I did my snacking of sweet stuff. I had everything in the fridge.
I had 2 things I bought at the h/n/o store. One was (dark?)chocolate covered cashews. They were good. I also had some dark chocolate peanut clusters. They were good.
I also used a container of IHOP syrup. I have a bunch form when my parents get me stuff from there. I'll mention it again below.
I had the same 2 Little Debbie items I did last week. The first was the pair of Cherry Cordials. They were ok. The other was one of the chocolate on chocolate Christmas Tree Cakes. It was ok.
As for the candy, I had some Whoppers. They were good. I had a bunch of Milk Duds. They actual tasted ok to me this week. I also had a new candy from that big bag. It was mini Heath bars. These were really good. Unfortunately, they are really tiny, so I think I ate over half of them.
Now back to the IHOP syrup. I dunked one of the LD CCs in it. That was ok. I dipped at least one Heath in it. That was ok. I put some Milk Duds in my mouth and put some syrup in. That was ok. I think I did the same with the Whoppers.
That's it for the food. I will have my meal a bit later. I need to take a dump first, and maybe do something else.
Now it is time for my rant that I referenced above. The one grocery chain is having frozen veggies on sale for $.59 each. This is the chain where I get my peas & carrots. I went to one store on Thu, but I forgot to get any. I went to another store on Fri. I went to the frozen veggie area I pulled out 3 bags and put them in my cart. I happened to look at another bag on the shelf it said 12oz. WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? These have ALWAYS been 16oz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, I put them back in the freezer, even though they were still dirt cheap. I got 3 bags of other items that were marked on sale, even though they weren't listed online. When I got home, I saw I had a lot more room than just 3 bags. I think I will be going back to the broccoli from the generic brand featured at the other main grocery chain. That is, if it goes on sale more, like it used to do. Another minor chain sells this brand, along with a store that is more famous for selling lottery tickets. Both that chain, and the store, have almost identical ads. Another relatively nearby store also carries this brand, but I can't seem to recall the frozen veggies being on sale, or at least, for a good sale price.
It is now 1207pm. I watched SNL, which was hosted by Eddie Murphy. I could do a lengthy review of this, but I'm not going to. I then finished my reading during the 12-1230 episode of Bob's Burgers. I just sat there and watched the episode, and read some comments on Yahoo News about an apartment fire in Las Vegas. I then started typing after 1230. I then went to take my 1-2 nap. I decided to get up before 2 and watch an episode of Cagney & Lacy. I spent a little more time eating than typing. I then was still typing through the TMZ weekend edition, then Washington Week(in Review) on PBS. At 430, I turned on Right This Minute. I can't remember if it was during that, or the local news at 5, when I fell asleep. I think I actually slowed my typing to a stop after 430. Then it felt good to close my eyes, which led to me falling asleep. I woke up a few times. I then woke up after 730. I did a bunch of stuff, then finally laid in bed after 830 for my nap. That's when my colon started bothering me. I hadn't taken a dump since Fri morning. I wish it would have waited for at least 30 min. I went in and took a large dump. I forgot when I laid back down, but I didn't go to sleep. I got up to watch Meet The Press, typing during it, then reading during the commercials. Same with the last 30min of This Week on ABC. I then resumed typing during 2 PBS shows, doing a bit of reading between them.
Next week is Xmas. The IMPEACHED President also gave us the 24th off. This will change my eating schedule, and also my schedule regarding something else(dun dun dun).
I should be back next week, so see you then.

It is 1233am. I'll get to the food in a minute. I just need to address something from last week. I said I posted at 1207pm. When I hit the post button, the time switched to1208.
I guess I'll get to the food now.
Sat: For some reason, still felt full from the sweet stuff. I didn't have my meal.
Sun: I decided to combine the meal I was going to have for Sat with what I was planning to have already. I had 2 cans of Campbell's Chunky soup. It was the Beef Burrito flavor. It was good, but didn't taste like a burrito, beef or otherwise. This is what I was going to have "Sat, along with a snack. Since what I was having for Sun was a snack item, I decided to still have it. It was a bag of Mission tortilla strips. They were good plain, and with the other item I had. It was a store's generic brand can of refried beans. They were good. I finished the soup and beans, but not the tortilla strips.
Mon: Before I get to meal(and the snack hours before), I need to give a background story.
When I was in Walmart previously, I saw cans of this stuff called Menudo from a brand called Juanita's. I was curious about it, so I Googled it. I also asked 2 people I worked with about it. Only one replied, and told me it was good. I decided I was going to WM and pick up 2 cans(there were 2 varieties) and have them for my meal. When I got there, there were none on the shelf. They only had some huge cans which I didn't want. I went home empty-handed.
My snack was the rest of the tortilla strips. They were good plain. I also used 2 packets of Taco Bell Diablo sauce on some of them. Those were good also.
Since I didn't have Menudo, I had to come up with something else to eat. I had 3 things. One was a can of Sweet Sue chicken and dumplings. It was good. Another was a bag of Xxtra Flamin Hot Cheetos. They were good. They were hot. It made is almost painful to eat the chicken and dumplings while they were hot. The third thing was an 8oz block of generic brand monterey jack cheese. It was good.
On Tue, I went to the one grocery store at the edge of the hood. They had a bunch of different varieties of Menudo, but they were way more expensive than WM. Thu I went to the nearby WM Market. They only had 1 variety. On Fri, I went to the WM that is closer to me than the one on Mon. They don't even sell it.
The reason I was having something other than my usual meal(fried rice) was that federal employees were given Tue off.
Tue: For a snack, I had a bag of TGI Friday's Mozzarella Sticks. They were good.
For my meal, I made something that popped into my head a while back. I made 3 packages of Maruchan Instant Ramen in my pot. They were the chicken flavor. After I mixed in the flavor packets and let it sit for a min or 2, I added 2 things. One was a 1lb package of Sea Best cooked shrimp. I ate a few by themselves, and they were good. I also added an 8oz package of store-brand imitation crab flakes. Since they were big pieces, I cut them up before I added them to the pot. Since they were also pre-cooked, I ate one of the chunks and some of the cut pieces. They were good. After I added in the seafood, I mixed it with the noodles, which was a pain. I then let the pot sit so it would cool off and for the noodles to absorb some of the liquid. One of the things I did while waiting was transcribe my notes(dun dun dun) to an email to myself. I don't remember how long I waited. As for the result. It was good. Even though the pot felt heavy, I was able to finish it all without feeling stuffed.
I think I got done eating before noon on Wed.
Wed: Even though I had that big meal earlier in the day, I think I was actually having hunger pains later. I didn't want a full meal though. I just had 3 things. One was a 10oz can of Great Value Chunk Chicken Breast in Fajita Flavored Sauce. It was good. I had a box of Keebler Town House Focaccia crackers. They were the Rosemary & Olive Oil flavor. They were ok. I think they would have tasted better if they weren't as old. I can see the box from here, and it looks like the Best If Used By date was in June. The other item was a can of black olives. While they were good, I think they would have been better if I had put them in the fridge beforehand.
Thu: I got a snack at Arby's They are doing a 2 for $5 promo. One of the things is the fish sandwich, which I'll make a meal of some other time. This time, I got 2 other things. One was the Roast Beef sandwich. I put 2 packets of Arby's Sauce on it. It was good. The other was a 4pc order of Mozzarella Sticks. I heated them up in the microwave for 30sec at full power before I ate them. While they were good with the small container of marinara sauce they came with, they were even better plain. These were actually the best mozzarella sticks I've had. The cheese was gooey/stringy. The outer coating had a nice amount of greasiness. That all being said, there was a HUGE negative. These things were tiny. Even the promo price is not a good deal.
My mom says there are mozzarella sticks in the frozen foods section at the grocery store. I'll have to pick some up when they are on sale.
I got my meal at Burger King. I got 12 of the tacos. I wanted to warm them up before I ate them, but I didn't want to spend time taking them out of their paper wrappers. I didn't want to use the microwave to heat them up because I wanted to get the shells crispy. I set the oven to only 300F. When it was ready, I put the tacos in my pan and put it in the oven for 10 min. When I took the pan out of the oven, I think the tacos were hot. While I don't recall the shells getting crispy, they were a bit soft, yet not soggy. They were good. I didn't have any of them plain. When I was at BK, I requested taco sauce packets. The girl grabbed a handful and put them in the bag. Later at home, I took them out, and there were only 8. I wasn't pissed, because I was expecting this, and I had a contingency plan for this. I went to my container in the fridge of packets/containers of condiments. For the first taco, I used my hot sauce, which is the black label Valentina. On the next taco, I used a packet of Cholula. On the next 2, I used 1 packet each of Taco Bell Diablo sauce. On the other 8, I used the packets from BK. The brand of those is Salsa del Sol. I also had a packet of Louisiana Brand hot sauce from Church's Chicken that I could have used, but didn't.
I also have to mention something else. I was going to call BK to see if they still had the $1 tacos. I also wanted to find out if they would be ok with making that many tacos at once. On Google Maps, there was no phone #. I was like ok. When I went there, It was closed. I was like WTF? I then saw a sign saying they moved to a new building a few seconds away.
Also when I was there, I saw one of the workers do something unsanitary. Thankfully, she didn't touch my food.
I guess I have one more thing. Due to what happened at Sonic, I was concerned about getting all my tacos. When I got my bag, I took them out and counted all of them(there were 12). I told them what I was doing and why I did it.
Fri: I had 3 snacks. First I had a can of Armour Vienna Sausage. It was the Bourbon BBQ flavor. It was ok. It tasted different than the Barbecue flavor. I liked the Barbecue better. I did have the can in the fridge. After that, I had a bag of store-brand kettle chips from the h/n/o store. They were Olive Oil flavor. They were good, but didn't taste different than regular potato chips. During the 330 rebroadcast of TMZ, I had a bag of store-brand popcorn puffs. They were good.
My meal was my veggie fajitas using half a bag of peas & carrots. The only thing I need to notate was that I added some of the ALDI mrs dash to the pan. I ate them how I normally do(see other posts), and they were good.
Sat: I had my sweet snacks. I had the Little Debbie items in the freezer. Everything else was in the fridge.
For the LD items, first I had one of the chocolate on chocolate Christmas Tree Cakes. It was ok. Then I had a pair of the Cherry Cordials. For some reason, they didn't taste good to me. It's not like they taste bad or anything. I think I felt the same way the other weeks I've had them.
I had 2 things I bought at the h/n/o store. One was (dark?)chocolate covered cashews. They were good. I also had some dark chocolate peanut clusters. They were good. I didn't think to put them in the freezer ahead of time.
I had some Milk Duds. While they didn't taste bad, they didn't taste as good to me this time. I had some Whoppers. They were ok. I finished the Heath bars. They were decent.
I didn't think it was a good idea to try putting (some of) the candy items in the freezer to try. The Milk Duds are hard as it is just being in the fridge. I also think the Heath bars may get rock hard. Maybe the Whoppers would fare well. I still have quite a few of those left.
I also tried a new beverage. It was Tradewinds Iced Tea. It was the Honey Green Tea flavor it was ok. I don't recall tasting any honey. I also had this jug in the fridge. There should be a warning label on this saying "WARNING: Drinking this may make you poop!". I don't know if it was the caffeine or some kind of chemicals in the green tea, or a combo of both. It could also be that I drank a bunch. I have a gallon jug, so I wanted to drink quite a bit since I don't know how long it lasts once open, even though it's in the fridge. It could also be that my digestive system is not used to it, and subsequent consumption won't affect me the same way. Speaking of which, I'll be having some again with my Tue meal, so I hope it doesn't happen, but at least I'm not going out on Wed except to go feed the cat at my parents house. I'll talk a some more about the tea in a bit.
That is all for the food. I'll be having my meal in a while. I think I have yet more poo "on deck" ready to go, even though I was hoping it was just the farts in my colon. As for the meal, it is the same as some other ones, but there will be a variation of one item.
It is now 1209pm. After starting typing, I took my nap from 1-2. When I got up, getting my food took a while. I kept on typing until I fell asleep some time between 4 and 430, I think specifically a bit after 415 am. I woke up sometime after 5 and fell back asleep. I think I woke up at 612. I then felt like reading on Wikipedia about Inspector Gadget(I won't elaborate). I then started feeling pressure in my colon. I think at 623, I went in a nd took a huge dump. I would wipe, then more would come out, and I had to start all over again. I was in there for quite a while. I then went back to my typing. About an hour later, I felt more pressure, and went back in. When I was done, and washing up, I felt more pressure. I went back in and held my ass over the toilet. I farted, and it was juicy at the end. After wiping again, I finally got back to the computer. I then did some stuff before going in to take my pre Meet The Press nap. I laid down in bed and did a few big farts. I didn't fall asleep until after 830. When the alarm went off, I laid there and farted some more. I then watched MTP, typing and then reading during the commercials. I did the same from 10-1030. At 1030, I turned on PBS to watch Washington Week, which was on at 4, but I fell asleep during. Even though I was awake, I was paying attention to typing instead. This past hour, I did some reading. I also have on TBD, which is a syndicated subchannel network that is composed of shows featuring internet videos. I'm going to go back in and see if I can poop anymore.
One more thing to add. I saw a ton of whole peas in the toilet today.
Next week is New Years. I took the Thu and Fri after off, and plan on doing stuff (dun dun dun). In terms of food, I'll be having meals that I have deemed traditions for this time of year. There is one meal I will NOT be having, but I'll discuss that next week.
I guess I'm finally done. I should be back next week.

Hello, it is 1127pm. SNL is a repeat, and I finished my reading early. I may go take my nap at 1230am, to have an extra 30 min. Now it is time for the food.
Sat: This was a meal I've had before. Let me list each item in its own "paragraph".
The main item was an Eckrich smoked sausage. I cooked it for 3min at 50% power, then another 2 min at 50% power. It was good plain, with regular mustard, and the rest of the Deutsche Kuche Whole Grain mustard.
One of the other things I had was a Knorr Rice Sides. It was the Yellow Rice. It was ok. It definitely was not as good as the yellow rice from Zatarain's.
The other thing I had was a can of Great Value White Hominy. It was good. Like I said before, get the white instead of the yellow.
Sun: I had a bag of Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Pretzel crackers. They were good.
Mon: I had a mouthful of the bacon bits. They were good.
My snack was a bag of store-brand croutons. They were the garlic butter flavor. They were good.
My meal was veggie fajitas using half a bag of peas & carrots. They were good plain and with black pepper and/or hot sauce.
You may be wondering why I had those on Mon when I usually have them on Wed and Fri. The Fri before, I had them, and used half(5) of the tortillas. On Mon I used the rest of the tortillas. Tues was New Year's Eve, starting my days off, and I was having special meals the rest of the week.
Tue: Every year at this time, they give us 2 free hours off. I took them at the end of the day Tue. I went to some places to look around(dun dun dun). I also went to a grocery store to get one of the items for my meal from the deli section. When I was there, I got 2 things from the hot section. I decided to have them as driving snacks. I stopped at home to put the other food item in the fridge, and get my fork. On the way to my last stop, I had one item. It was cabbage cooked with shrimp, smoked sausage or kielbasa, and maybe onion. It was good. On the way back home, I had the other item. It was turkey pot roast. It was ok. The reason it was not good was because there were too many carrots, instead of more potatoes.
I just need to go a tad off topic for a rant. I would get both of these items in big containers for a meal. If I went to the store for a meal, these things probably wouldn't be there.
One other thing. When I was there, I saw another worker that was making sandwiches do something unsanitary. She dropped a bag and a big piece of lettuce on the floor. She picked them up, but didn't change her glove. Hopefully, she touched these things where they didn't touch the floor.
My meal was a dessert meal. I had a jar of store-brand peanut butter. It was the creamy with honey. It was good. I had a container of Cookies & Cream from a grocery store. It was good. I had chocolate mousse, which I got from the grocery store earlier. It was good. I had a package of Benton's Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies from ALDI. I had them in the fried beforehand. They were good plain. I also tried them with the other 3 items on them, which was pretty good.
For a beverage, I had the Tradewinds Honey Green Tea. It was good. Thankfully, it didn't give me the shits.
I wanted to say one more thing about the chocolate mousse. For some reason, it is not widely available. The only places I can think of that have it are the store I got it at, and another one way to the East on the same highway.
I also want to say something about the Cookies & Cream. The sign on the bowl at the store says Cookies & Cream, but the price label that they printed out and stuck on my container says Cookies & Creme. Now for some reason, a lot of ads use that word. It is just the French word for cream. It is like they are trying to be fancy or something.
Wed: The main part of my meal was bagels and cream cheese. I got the bag of Everything bagels at ALDI. I got a generic brand of cream cheese. It was a 2 pack of 8oz boxes. I think I got the cream cheese on sale for $1.79. If I had waited longer, I could have gotten it even cheaper, although I don't recall if is was for the 2 pack or single boxes.
For the meat item, I got pickled herring in the seafood section of a grocery store. There were 2 kinds, so I got about 1/2lb of each. The first I had was in some kind of cream sauce. It was ok. The second was plain. That wasn't as good, since it kind of had a fishy taste, and I think the picking brine had just the slightest hint of sugar.
I got these the Fri before Xmas. I was concerned about them going bad. When I was eating the plain ones, I looked at the price label. It had a due date saying Jan1. I looked at the first container, and it said the same thing.
Thu: I had a snack. QuikTrip is doing a promotion where the Cheesy Pepper Jack Taquitos are on sale for $.99 each. I got 2. I warmed them up in the microwave before they had them. They were ok. They didn't taste as good as the ones I would get in the deli/hot sections of 2 different grocery stores.
My meal was stuff from the Asian store. I spent over $40, but that includes sales tax, and an item I'm going to have for a future meal. I'll make a "paragraph" for each item. I'll put them in the order I ate them. I'll do the snack stuff first, then the meat items. As always, I'll list all the company info.
Rolin Brand Crisp Horse Bean, Regular flavor. "Packaged For: Rolin Ensures Business Inc" of Taiwan. "Imported By: W.Wing YIP PLC Birmingham UK". These are roasted fava beans(aka broad beans). They were ok. They reminded me of peanuts a bit, but not really the taste; the texture and how the outer husk is like a peanut's seed coat. While I opened them first, I didn't finish them right away. I at a bunch, then ate them while having other stuff. ****WARNING: DO NOT LOOK UP HORSE BEAN ON GOOGLE! It is also a term for something really nasty!!!!****
Jack' Jill Potato Chips Vcut, Onion & Garlic Flavor. From Universal Robina Corporation from the Philippines. The Vcut thing refers to them being ridged like Ruffles. These were ok. My main issue with them was that they were soft. I forget if there was a use by date on the bag. This issue was a distraction in regards to assessing the taste.
Lay's Stewed Beef Noodle Flavor, made in China, distributed by BCF Food Inc from Alhambra CA. These were really good. To me, they tasted like pot roast. Instead of coming up with new flavors, and the related contests, Lay's should just release their foreign flavors. If they do that, they should make this one permanent.
Crispy Bean Curd from Taiwan. "Packaged for Roxy Trading Inc". Texture-wise, these were like pork rinds. I recall at least one piece being a ring. They were ok. They might have tasted better as I ate more. Like the fava beans, I didn't eat them all at once. I looked at the package a bit ago, and it looks like these are supposed to be added to soup.
Pu-Thai Brand Crispy Snack, Seaweed Flavor by PH Foods from Thailand. The back lists the company as "P.H. Foods Co., Ltd. (Poh Heng)". These were really good, but I don't know if they tasted like seaweed or not. They were shaped like crabs for some reason.
Calbee Shrimp Chips. They were the wasabi flavor. They were made in Thailand, and imported and distributed by Calbee NA, LLC of Bordman OR. The Calbee name was licensed by Calbee Inc. Japan. These were good. There was a wasabi taste, and decent heat. Regarding the wasabi flavor, I don't know if it was actual wasabi, or its cheaper cousin horseradish.
Dragonfly Hot & Spicy Chicken Flavoured Crackers. "Wonder Food Sdn. Bhd." of Malaysia Distributed by U.S. Trading Co. of Hayward CA.. These were very spicy, maybe almost too much. It might have been cumulative. I don't know if the wasabi chips I had before boosted the spiciness of these. I was getting full as I finished these. I guess they were good, but I may want to do a do-over when I'm not full and not having other hot stuff.
Sanaku Anchovy Original from Thailand. Distributed by Eastland Food Corporation of Jessup MD. These were dried anchovy pieces. They tasted decent, and were better as I ate them. I don't recall them being salty, which is a complaint about the canned variety. I do have something else to comment on. These came in a plastic jar. For some reason, in the bottom of the jar, there was a dome-shaped plastic insert. The only reason I can come up with for this is to make it look like there is more in the jar than there really was.
Prepared Squid, Spicy flavor, from the Roxy brand. Distributed by Roxy Trading Inc of Ponoma CA. It was made in Taiwan. This was like shredded squid jerky. It was chewy. As for the taste, it was ok. It was a bit spicy.
Ox & Palm Corned Beef, Original Chunky Style. This is made by the Australian division of Heinz. It was good. Even though it was fully cooked, I'm wondering if it was supposed to be added to stuff to be cooked, like cb hash, because there were some pieces of fat.
Flower Brand A1 Seasoned Cuttlefish with Soy Bean Sauce from Malaysia. Distributed by Sun Hing Foods, Inc. of South San Francisco CA. These were rings. One of the pieces had some legs. I notated the taste as being odd, but in reality, I think it was the soybean sauce, which I'm pretty sure I've tasted in other seafood items. The pieces were a tad rubbery. I was having this at the end of my meal, when I was starting to get full. When my mouth would get to hot from the chicken crackers, I would take a bite, or sip a bit of the sauce. As for the taste, I think the sauce was dominant.
I was able to finish everything, but I felt full. I still felt that way when I got up a few hours later to go out. I thought this food was going to make me take a dump, but it didn't. I did cut some stinky farts, but that may have been more due to me not taking big dumps. I had my meal on Fri morning, but didn't take a dump until Sat morning.
Fri: When I was out(dun dun dun), I was planning on getting a driving snack. Due to me still feeling full, I didn't have anything. I didn't feel hungry until late Sat morning.
My meal was an "ALDI" meal. I use "" because not all of it was from ALDI. I got the 2 meat items from the deli of a grocery store on Thu.
I had 1/2lb of turkey breast. While the price tag said "Herb & Garlic Turkey Breast", the sign on it at the store said "Herb & Garlic Pepper Turkey Breast" or "Pepper Herb & Garlic Turkey Breast". I know there was pepper on it. While it was good, I can't remember what kinds of flavors I noticed.
The other meat item was 1/2lb of turkey pastrami. It was good.
I had 2 bags of pita bread. Each bag had 5 pitas. I ate 8 of them. They were good plain, and with the stuff on them.
I had a block of cheese. It was Double Gloucester. It was a flavored cheese. the label says "Cheese with Onion & Chive". There wasn't a plain version, or else I would have gotten it. It was ok. I don't know how much the flavoring affected the taste. I ate it mostly by itself, and had a little bit on the pita bread.
I had a small wheel of brie. It was good. The rind either was good, or had no taste, which is way better than having a chemical taste. The cheese itself was good. It had a buttery taste. I put it on the pita bread.
The last item I got was a container of hummus. It is divided into 4 parts, with each part having a different flavor. I had all of these on pita bread.
First was the Classic(aka plain). It was good. I think the next was Roasted Red Pepper. It was good. Then was Cilantro Jalapeno. It was good. While it tasted like cilantro, I think I did detect a slight bit of heat. The last flavor was Roasted Garlic. I barely touched it because I was full. I just used enough to finish the pita I was eating. I guess it was good. I don't recall how garlicy it was.
Sat: I didn't snack on anything. I just drank a bunch of water. When I got up, I still felt full, making me feel crappy. I wanted to make sure I was hungry for my "Sat" meal. Also, I couldn't remember when I last took a large dump. I was hoping the water would rinse my insides out.
That's it for the food. I'll be having my meal in a while. I am both hungry, and emptied out(I'll get to this in a bit).
It is now 1124am. I went to take a nap at 1230am, but laid in be a while listening to the radio. When the alarm went off, I hit the snooze button. I was going to watch Cagney & Lacey at 2am(holy fuck, I'm getting old), but wanted to get more sleep instead. I finally got up a bit after 230. I was typing until around 540. That's when I put my clothes on and went over to work. I wanted to go through the emails from Thu and Fri since I was off. I also wanted to clean up my shared IT inbox. I actually dozed off a bit while I was there. I then drove past the 2 VR cam sites before going home. I got home after 730. I then was having pressure in my colon, and I think I actually ended up starting to "turtle head". I took a very large dump. I spent a lot of time flushing without it going down. It finally did when I grabbed the plunger, but didn't have to use it. I ended up going to bed at 830, but didn't fall asleep until some time after that. I then got up for Meet The Press, and typed during it, and read during the commercials. I pretty much did the same during ABC's This Week, except when I was in the kitchen taking stuff out for my meal, and putting other things away. I then was typing while watching Washington Week on PBS for the 2nd time this morning. I may start typing up the last day of notes before I eat, but I won't start pretyping a new post.
I should be back next week, so see you then.

Hello. Today I am starting to pretype this from work because I am doing that same thing as the time when I got fucked up over the starting time. I think there was something I wanted to address, but I can't recall. I'll get to the food now.
Sat: The main thing was I wanted to finish the 2 pita breads and the Roasted Garlic hummus from the previous day's meal. They were both good. Since that wasn't enough, and I was feeling hungry, I had more stuff. I had 2 cans of Campbell's Chunky soup. They were the Pub-Style Chicken Pot Pie. The soup was good. I also had an 8oz package of Sugardale peperoni. It was good. The other item was a jar of Specially Selected Wild Garlic Cheese Stuffed Peppers from ALDI. Here is a pic of the jar, which gives a description of this food item: d2lnr5mha7bycj.cloudfront.net/product-image/file/large_69c17876-32fa-4bad-93bd-6985de060045.jpg They were good. These peppers weren't really hot, except when a piece touched my throat just right, and caused the same sensation as when I would get acid reflux and it would reach my throat. Fortunately, unlike acid reflux, drinking a bit of water instantly cleared it up. Since there weren't that many in the jar, I ate all of them.
Sun: My meal was a box of Nabisco Vegetable Thins crackers. They were good.
Mon: There was quite a bit of sunflower oil left in the jar of peppers. I took a sip. It was good. There was a bit of heat from the peppers.
My snack was a bag of ranch flavored Bugles. For some reason, I didn't really taste the ranch flavor. That being so, I'll still classify them as good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies. This time I used half a bag of frozen broccoli. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: I opened a box of shredded wheat. I had them with the sunflower oil. They were good. There was something bad. Some time after eating this, I felt pressure in my insides and took a big dump, even though I took one some time after I got home from work. When I was cooking my meal, I had some more shredded wheat, but this time with canola oil. Shortly after, I had stomach cramps. I went in and took yet another dump.
For an actual snack, I had 2 things. One was a bag of store-brand kettle potato chips from the h/n/o store. They were the jalapeno variety. They were good. I don't remember if they actually tasted like jalapeno, or if there was any heat. The other item was a can of Brookdale Vienna sausages. This was a bit of an instant decision, so I didn't have them in the fridge. They were good, but not as good when they are from the fridge.
My meal was the same as Mon.
I did have a different meat item though. I had a can of Pampa sardines. When I put the can in the fridge, I noticed it wasn't a pull-top like previous times. When I opened it, it looked different. I looked at the can, and it said they were in tomato sauce. The other times I went to Dollar Tree, they only had the brine version. They were on the top shelf, so I just grabbed 3 cans without looking at the label(I just looked if there was crud on the cans). There were multiple stacks of the cans, so they might have also had the brine ones, among others. As for the taste, they were decent. As I'm typing this, I'm thinking these might taste better if not in the fridge.
Wed: I had some more of the shredded wheat with sunflower oil, but this time it did not make me have to take a dump. My snack was a Maruchan Bowl. It was part of the Taste Of Asia Series. The flavor was Sour & Spicy with Shrimp. The bowl also said Tom Yum Ramen. Tom Yum is a kind of Thai soup. I did the boiling water cooking method because the burner was already hot from cooking the rice for my meal for later. Like I always, I made the ramen ahead of time so it would cool off, and the ramen would absorb some of the liquid. As for the taste, it was really good. There was some spiciness. I also detected citrus flavor, which is probably where the sour comes from. It would make sense if it was lime, since Maruchan makes other products with lime flavor.
My meal was fried rice and veggies. This time I tried half a bag of frozen baby lima beans. This was one of the bags I referenced in the rant on my Dec22 post. The instructions said to cook them for 3min, stir, then cook for another 3min. When I went to stir them, they seemed hot already. I guess that doesn't necessarily mean they were actually fully cooked, but I think I'm going to try cooking them a bit less. I tried some before I put them in the pan, and they had a nice taste. When they were in the pan, one popped, and it got on me. Thankfully, I was dressed, and didn't have my face down by the pan. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: When I got home, I had some shredded wheat, and finished (save for a few drops) the sunflower oil. Again, it didn't cause me to run to the shitter. I had 2 snacks. I got the first one at Church's Chicken. There is a new item called Handheld Chicken Pot Pie, and there is a 2/$3 promo right now. I got 2 of them of course. Since I didn't eat them right away, I heated them up in the microwave. I think I did it twice for 40sec at 50% power. I remember after the first time, they didn't feel very warm. I don't think they were hot after the second time, but the inside of the first one was when I tried to eat it. I had to let it sit a while to cool off. As for the taste, they were ok. I wouldn't get them again because they are very small compared to how much they cost, and that includes the promo price. My other snack was a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Deep Dish Pizza flavor. They were good.
I got my meal at Arby's. Like I said in my Dec29 post, they have a 2/$5 promo which includes fish sandwiches. I got 4. They were good. They only have the ones on buns, not the flatbread. I also had 2 orders of onion rings. They were good. I heated everything in the microwave, but did the onion rings and sandwiches separately.
When I was there, I may have seen the worker do something unsanitary. Since I wasn't sure, I didn't enact the relevant protocol again. This was the same one I mentioned in my Nov17 post where I may have seen something. I don't think I'll go here again. I was actually going here due to another OCD related issue that precluded my from visiting others closer to home. There was another one I was using for this purpose, but I recently realized this one is closer.
Fri: I had some shredded whet with the canola oil.
I got my first snack at Taco Bell. They have been advertising a promo where the Double Stacked Tacos are on the $1 menu. I was intending to get 1 of each. The worker told me they were out of stuff for 2 of them. I got the one they had available. Since I was intending to have more than 1 taco, I got 2 other items. At home, I warmed up everything in the microwave. I also used a packet of Diablo sauce on each item. The first thing I had was the DST. It was the Chipotle Cheddar. It was good. I did taste some cheese, which wasn't good, but it wasn't enough to ruin it for me. The next item was the Shredded Chicken Quesadilla melt. It was good. This, and not the DST, might have been where I tasted the cheese. The last item was the Beefy Fritos Burrito. It was good. Since I didn't eat it right away, the Fritos got soggy. I may have tasted them. I should have gotten another packet of Diablo, because the packet ran out before I got to the end of the burrito. This was a bit more of a negative due to them not distributing the filling evenly, since the end of the burrito seemed to be all rice. I seem to recall having to use 2 packets previous times, but I don't feel like looking it up to confirm.
My other snack was a bag of Brim's popcorn. It was the Movie Theater Butter flavor. It was good. It was not too salty. I didn't have it at 330am, which is a good thing, since I'm pretty sure I fell asleep during TMZ. I did have it after 11pm, when it originally airs. Instead of watching it, I watched the Thu episode online because the fucking tv station played Wheel of Fortune instead since they didn't show that at it's regular time due to showing a special about the Chiefs. As I usually do, I put the popcorn in an old Maruchan Instant Lunch cup and eat it with chopsticks.
My meal was fried rice and veggies. I used the other half of the bag of frozen baby lima beans. This time, I only cooked them for 2:30 each time. They seemed to come out ok. When they were in the pan, I heard a pop, probably meaning another bean exploded. I kind of did a do-over. I added the ALDI mrs dash to the water when cooking the rice. I tried some of the rice by itself, and didn't really taste the mrs dash. In the pan, the mrs dash was the only spice/condiment I used. For water, I just used it straight from the faucet. I think I used about 1.5 cups each time. The problem when I don't add everything is that the mix doesn't brown properly. It likes to be either nothing or burnt. The meal wasn't bad plain and with my 3 items. I also tried the mrs dash, which was ok.
I wanted to mention something else about going to TB. On Fri night was the beginning of a winter storm. When I left work, it was just raining, and it wasn't cold enough yet to start freezing. Even so, people were driving like pussies. Fortunately, when I was actually headed home, the traffic had cleared up, save for one 'tard driving too slow. Besides TB, I had gone grocery shopping. If I had known my shopping was basically going to be unproductive, I would have stopped at a TB along my route home, then went straight home. If had still gone grocery shopping, and I knew TB didn't have all 3 tacos, I would have got stuff in the hot sections of the first grocery store. They had single slices of pizza, big meat-filled quesadillas, and something like the filling of a chicken pot pie.
Sat: I had my sweet stuff to snack on. Let me do it in sort of pseudo list form.
I had some peanut clusters and dark covered cashews from the h/n/o store. They were good.
For Little Debbie stuff, I had one of the Christmas Tree Cakes. I also had only one of the Cherry Cordials. I put each in the freezer for a long time. When I took them out, the CC felt hard. When I bit into it, it seemed soft, but it was cold. I don't know if it actually hardened, or just thawed out quickly. It didn't taste that good to me. As for the CTC, the outer coating is naturally hard. When I ate it, it seemed normal, but cold. It was good.
For the candy, I had a few boxes of the Whoppers. Again, they were just ok. I also finished the Whoppers. They were good. I put 2 packets(each packet contains 3 balls) in the freezer, also for a long time. They were good. Like the LD stuff, they were just cold. I also started a new candy. It was mini Kit Kat bars. Each package contains 1 bar that is maybe 2in long. They were ok. I'm almost thinking they had no taste. I put 2 in the freezer for a long time. I think they thawed out quickly. The rest were in the fridge.
For a beverage, I had the Tradewinds Iced Tea. It was ok. I thought I would finish it, but I didn't.
That is all for the food. I think the sweet stuff kind of filled me up. I'm planning on having my "Sat" meal a little later. I am still debating on what to have. I was going between 3 things, but have narrowed it down to 2. Even though I took a decent dump earlier, it kind of feels like I have some more.
Next weekend will be 3 days due o the MLK holiday. I'll be having some special stuff, or at least plan to.
It is now 1055am. I thought I would be done WAAAAY earlier. I watched SNL even though it was a repeat because I fell asleep during it when it originally aired. I usually pay close attention to Weekend Update. Last time, that is when I fell asleep. I didn't pay close attention to it because I was distracted by a hospital bill I got in the mail. I then finished my reading after 1230am. I was planning on going right into bed for a nap, but was doing something else, so got in closer to 1. When the alarm went off, I hit the snooze bar. I then hit it a few more times. When I finally woke up, I sat and listened to the radio for a while. I then finally got up closer to 3. I then got my food and sat down. I then got distracted, and was looking at news stories on Yahoo. I then fell asleep a few times. I think I finally woke up at 7. I then did typing until after maybe 745, when I went in to take a dump. I then did some stuff before taking my nap. I laid in bed, but didn't fall asleep until about 830. I then got up to watch Meet The Press, typing, then reading during the commercials. I did the same with the second half of This Week on ABC(10-1030). I am now rewatching Washington Week on PBS. At work, I had gotten to Thu where I mentioned the Cheese Curls. If I had not fucked around, I think I could have been done (way)before 5am.
That is all. I should be back next week.

Hello. I am starting this Mon at work. I am doing something else that affords me a bit of time to type stuff up. This week was stressful, except for Thu. Mostly work, but 2 other main things. On the way to work on Wed, an suv hit me from behind. I am ok, and the car pretty much is. There is a dent in the plastic part of the bumper. I looks like I might be able to pop it back, but I'll have to get on the floor. I was going to do it earlier tonight, but I forgot. On Fri, there was a winter storm. We knew about it all week. When I left for work on Fri, there was freezing rain, but I think most of the streets/roads I used were pre-treated, so they weren't icy. By the time I left work, it was warm enough outside that it wasn't raining. The streets/roads were just wet. I guess I'll get to the food.
Sat: The main component of my meal was 3 cans of ALDI versions of Chef Boyardee and SpaghettiOs. Their brand name is Bon Italia. I had the ravioli, beefaroni, and spaghettios with meatballs. They were all good. I also had a box of Chicken in a Biskit crackers. They were good. I also had an 8oz block of generic brand Swiss cheese. It was decent. I could see myself buying it again. This was the same brand I had last time I had Swiss cheese. This time, I was way within the use by date.
Sun: I finished up a jar of generic brand crunchy peanut butter. It was good. I also opened up a new jar. My meal was a bag of Pepperidge Farm Goldfish. They were the Flavor Blasted Cheesy Pizza variety. They were good, even though they didn't taste like pizza.
Mon: I finished up the rest of the box of shredded wheat(except for the crumbs) with canola oil. Later, I had a mouthful of bacon bits.
My first snack was a Maruchan Instant Lunch. It was the Roast Chicken flavor. It was good. Later I had a small bag of Combos. They were the Seven Layer Dip in Baked Tortilla variety. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies. This time I used half a bag of California Blend, which is broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot. When I was at the halfway stopping point, when I'm supposed to stir them, I cut the veggies into smaller chunks. My meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
For my meat item, I had a can of the Pampa sardines in tomato sauce. I didn't put them in the fridge this time. They seemed to taste better than last week.
Tue: I had 2 snacks one was a 2.5oz package of Armour peperoni. It was good. I also had a bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos. They were also good.
My meal was the same as Mon.
I went back to my regular sardines.
Wed: My first snack was a bag of Good Sense Sesame Oat Bran Sticks. They were good, even though they were probably a little stale due to the use by date being 9/18/19.
Then I had the stuff I got at Taco Bell. I told you about the debacle last week about the Double Stacked Tacos. This time, I went to a TB near work. I asked the worker if all 3 were available. She said yes. I got one of each. Before I ate them, I warmed them up in the microwave for 2x 30sec at 50% power. Before I proceed, I'll say I put a packet of Diablo sauce on each one. So I sat down and got ready to eat. I wanted to unwrap all them first because I wanted to eat them in a certain order. The first one I opened up was just a REGULAR TACO!!!!!!! The only reason I didn't go off was that I think the regular tacos are MORE expensive than the DST. It was good though. As for the other 2, they looked the same. Looking at the TB site, the Chipotle Cheddar and Reaper Ranch do look the same. I first had the one that looked to have more cheese stuff in it. It was decent. I did taste some cheese, which did annoy me a bit more this time. I'm guessing this was the Chipotle Cheddar. The other one was good. If they didn't totally fuck my order up, this was the Reaper Ranch. It may have tasted just the slightest bit spicy; which is something I've noted previous times with so-called spicy foods. I am typing the M-W stuff at work on Thu. I could try yet another TB after work, but I just want to go home. As for Fri, there is supposed to be a winter storm here in the morning. It is supposed to be just rain in the afternoon. Even so, I think I will just go get something in the hot section of a grocery store. I think I'm tired of dealing with TB for a while.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: I didn't have anything to snack on, even though I ended up having hunger pains. I had a pretty good day at work, so I didn't stress eat. I wanted to take a break from snacking.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Fri: I had some bacon bits.
I got my first snack at a grocery store. They had flatbread pizzas and cheesy garlic bread on sale. I called the store to make sure they had these. At that time, I didn't know what the weather was or would be. If they didn't have those, I wasn't going there, since that was the only thing I wanted to get. When I called, I got the impression that they had these in the pizza(hot) section. When I got there, the worker told me they were on the cooled shelves with the "take and bake" pizzas. The items I was interested in were the same way. I didn't feel like waiting to warm up the oven, then baking them. Fortunately, nearby, there were slices of pizza that just needed warming up. I got a container of 2 big pieces. It was $1.50 cheaper than the other things. Before I ate them, I cooked them in the micro wave at 50% power. I didn't get them hot, just a bit warm. This was because I wanted to eat. They were good. I need to mention that they were cheese pizza.
My other snack was a bag of Gourmet Select Puffcorn. It was good. I had it after midnight.
My meal was Banquet pot pies. When it comes to pot pies, I am a creature of habit in that I would only have the chicken ones. I never tried the other kinds. They were on sale, and I decided to try the other varieties for once. Let me review them in order of consumption:
Chicken and Broccoli: Same as regular Chicken. Beef: It was ok. Some of the liquid bubbled out. Turkey: Tasted like the Chicken. Salisbury Steak Deep Dish: This was good; definitely more than the Beef.
I also had half a box(2 packages/tubes/sleeves) of Great Value(WM brand) saltine crackers. What I do is put the filling from the pot pies on them. That was good. They were tasted decent plain. I was actually waiting for ALDI to bring back the Daily Basics saltines, which were maybe $.85. The cheapest saltines are at the grocery store is $.99 on sale. I was in WM one day, and I saw a display for the GV saltines at the end of an aisle for $.77.
As for the Banquet pot pies, I had to go to 2 different grocery stores in the same chain because the first one was out of the Turkey ones, most likely due to stupid people. Banquet also makes fruit(dessert) pot pies, which I saw, at least, at the first store. They also make breakfast pot pies, which would probably taste nasty. I don't remember seeing those. Swanson, the original pot pie company, only has Turkey and Beef besides the Chicken. If they ever go on sale, I may try the T and B.
Sat: I didn't have any snacks because I'm having a big meal.
That's it for the food. I'll be having my meal kind of later than usual. I want to have it while watching the AFC Championship game.
I haven't taken a dump since around midnight Thu/Fri. That was unscheduled. I think my body knew that I needed to get rid of it, since I needed to leave for work earlier Fri morning due to the weather. Right now, I feel something starting to get on-deck as it were. I want to be able to take a dump before I eat.
I could have been done even sooner than last week. I got my reading done, I think during SNL. I got sidetracked reading 2 stories(mostly the comments) on Yahoo! news. I then got to typing during Bob's Burgers. I stopped at 1am to take my nap. I took it for 2 hrs instead, getting up for the TMZ weekend show. I think I watched the whole thing. I then turned on Washington Week on PBS. I think I dozed off near the end. I then went back into bed. I set the alarm to get up for 9am to watch Meet The Press. I think I just laid awake for a while before the alarm went off. The reason for all the sleeping is that the football game is on right during the time I usually sleep.
It is now 1024am. I should be back next week. Bye.

This was another shitty week. I accidentally took out another car's passenger side rearview mirror. I was also getting anxiety from having to drive in bad weather, even though I didn't have any problem. Also, I was having some minor problem with my pooping, but that apparently cleared up this(Sat) morning.
I guess I'll get to the food now.
Sat: I made an eggplant casserole; I guess that's what you would call it. I guess you can also call it a kind of lasagna since everything was layered, even though there were no noodles. Let me list the ingredients: 2 small/med eggplants. 1 bag of Fast Fixin' Chicken Breast Strips(slightly bigger than nuggets) 1 8oz block of generic brand mozzarella cheese 1 24oz can of Hunt's Pasta Sauce, Meat Flavored ALDI Parmesan & Romano ALDI canola oil Great Value garlic powder onion I sliced the eggplants lengthwise, trying to make them thin. I also sliced the mozzarella crosswise into thin slices. I also made a few slices of onion and cut them up. While doing this, I cooked the chicken strips in the oven according to the instructions. I didn't put everything together right then. I think I waited for an hour, which I'll explain a bit later.
Something I did do before I put everything together was take the slices of eggplant and did a mockup of layers to see how many I would have so I could figure out how to layer everything. I got 5 layers. I also did the same thing with the chicken strips. I made a layer of 16, with 8 left over. I then made a plan of how to layer everything. While I did the chicken strips after I took them out of the oven, I forget if I did the eggplant before or after I took a break. The same applies to my plan.
Then it was time for me to put everything together. The first thing I did was rub the inside of my large casserole dish with canola oil. I then put down a layer of eggplant. I tried to use the outer slices with the outer skin on them. I then made a mixture of garlic powder and canola oil, which I put on top of the eggplant. I then put another layer of eggplant. I then covered that with sauce. I then made a layer of 16 chicken strips. I then made another layer of eggplant, then covered that with sauce. I then put down a layer of mozzarella. I then covered that cheese with parmesan. I then put another layer of eggplant, and covered it with sauce. I then took the last 8 chicken strips and distributed them around. I then put cheese between them. Then was the last "layer" of eggplant. When I did the mockup, I had 5 full layers. When I put this together, there were only a few pieces. I then put down more sauce. I then sprinkled the onion on top. I may have put some more mozzarella on, but I can't remember. I then put the rest of the sauce on. Then was the rest of the mozzarella. Finally was some more parmesan.
I then covered the dish with aluminum foil. I then put the dish in the oven, which was preheated to 350F. After 30 min, I opened the oven, and turned the dish 180 degrees. After another 30 min, I took the foil off. There was just a tiny bit of cheese stuck to it. I then turned the oven to 400F. I don't recall how long I kept it in the oven, since it was just to let the cheese on top brown a bit. I then took it out of the oven to cool off.
As for the taste, it was good. I also tried putting parmesan and/or red pepper flakes on it. When I was cutting into it, steam came out, but it was not too hot to eat. I was able to eat the whole thing.
Another interesting thing of note was that nothing really stuck to the casserole dish, so cleaning was easy.
As I discussed last week, I was able to take a big dump before I ate. Unfortunately, when I was almost done eating, I could feel some poo waiting. I went in and did some cloudy poo water and yellow chunks. I can't recall if I farted too. Like I said last week, I ate during the AFC championship game. When the game was over, I went to lie in bed to sleep for a few hours. I was having stomach discomfort like I had to burp. At about 619, I felt like I had to fart. I pushed, and something else came out. Since I was naked, I had to be careful climbing out of bed so my ass wouldn't touch the bed, potentially smearing poo. I then went in the bathroom and shot out a bunch of poo water with small chunks. As I was cleaning up, I felt a second wave. I did some more. I then cleaned myself up and went back to bed. I forget if I fell asleep, and when I got up(I did set the alarm to be for 10pm).
Sun: I didn't have anything. My "Sat" meal actually started after 2pm on Sun. I was full, and didn't eat anything until Mon night.
Mon: I was actually getting hunger pains on Mon night. I decided to have a snack. It was a 6oz store brand bag of Salty Crispy Onions. These are usually used for topping a green been casserole. They were good.
I had a bunch of stuff for my meal. I opened up a jar of Specially Selected olives. The label says Stuffed Green Olives with Jalapeno Jack Cheese. They were ok. I don't think I tasted the cheese. Also, I took them off the shelf. The main item I had was a box of Ritz crackers. They were the Roasted Vegetable flavor. They were ok. I just had a few plain; I put stuff on most of them. One thing was Armour potted meat. I got 3 big (5.5oz) cans. I put 2 in the fridge, and took 1 off the shelf. I had the shelf one first. It was good. It tasted like Vienna sausages. As for the ones in the fridge, they didn't have much flavor. The other thing I put on the crackers was a jar of pickled tofu I got at the Asian store. The label calls it Preserved Bean Curd in Chili Oil. The brand is Dragonfly from Taiwan. It is distributed by US Trading Co. It was good. It was spicy.
The only thing I finished was the Ritz crackers. I wasn't intending to finish the olives anyway. The issue was with my stomach. It felt funny. It wasn't pain from being full or gassy. It also wasn't burning from the tofu. It was just felt off. I didn't feel like eating any more.
Tue: This was the day I had my car incident, so I felt like shit at work. When I came home, my snack was stress related.
I finished up the potted meat and tofu. I put them on a box of Savoritz(ALDI brand) crackers. They were the Garden Vegetable flavor. They were good plain, and with either the meat or tofu. When I ran out of meat and tofu, I was putting liquid from the tofu jar on the crackers. That was good too.
I also had some olives. They tasted better, which may be due to them being in the fridge.
My meal was fried rice and veggies. This time I used half a bag of what is called Italian blend. This is composed of carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, Italian green beans, and lima beans. My meal was good plain, and with my 3 items. I also used liquid from the tofu. This was also good.
Wed: My snack was a bag of Clancy's hot funyuns. They were good.
I also had some olives. They were ok.
My meal was the same as Wed, including using the tofu liquid.
Thu: I had some more olives. They were ok. I think I finished them; unless I did on Fri and not notate it.
I also opened up a summer sausage. It is from Klement's, and is the garlic variety. I put it in the fridge a few days before I opened it up.
For a snack, I went to Church's Chicken. There is a deal where you can get 5 Buttermilk Ranch Megabites and a biscuit for $3. That's what I got. I warmed this stuff up in the microwave before I ate it. The biscuit was good. The chicken was good. The ranch taste was strong.
My meal was a package of Bar S turkey hotdogs. I cooked them in the microwave. I had 4 on buns and 4 naked. I had mustard on all of them. I also had what I guess would be pickled onions on all of them. In my Oct20 post, I mentioned having hot peppers. On Nov25, I mentioned putting cabbage in the jar in the liquid, then using the cabbage, and for Dec1, I finished the cabbage. After that, I cut up a bunch of onion and put it in the liquid. That's what I used. The hotdogs were good.
My snack item was a bag of Sabritas(Frito-Lay brand name south of the border) Turbos Flamas. It is hard to find reviews of these. The reason I was looking is that I wanted to find out what the base chip was. Some idiot from the LA Times said they were like Takis. Another review likened them to Fritos. From what I could taste, I think they were like Fritos. They were hot. I kind of have a problem giving a grade. For me, Fritos are a snack I like for a Sun "meal". This wasn't one of those times. I should buy another bag and have them on a Sun and see what I think of them.
Fri: I had more summer sausage.
My first snack was a Michelina's entrée. It was the Mama's Chicken & Rice Bake. I thought it was chicken in some kind of gravy. That's what it smelled and looked like when I cooked it. When I took the first bite, it tasted like cheese. I was like WTF?!?!?! I looked on the lid, and it said cheese. I stirred it up more. The rest actually tasted ok. I looked at the ingredients, and it said cheddar cheese. Due to my thing against cheddar, I most likely won't buy this again.
Later I had a bag of popcorn from ALDI. It was Simply Nature Sea Salt. It was good.
My meal was a pack of regular Bar S hotdogs; four on buns and four naked. I fried them. Then, I fried some cabbage. I then cooked the buns in the pan. I used mustard and pickled onions on all the hotdogs. I only had enough cabbage for the buns, but I don't remember how many of them. They were all good. The 2 buns I cooked in a lot of oil absorbed said oil and were greasy.
My snack item was a large(13.5oz) bag of store brand plain kettle chips. They were good. I use a 16oz container of store brand sour cream as dip. It was good on the chips.
Sat: I didn't have any sweet snacks. That is because I'm having a large meal.
That's it for the food. I'll be having my meal later.
It's now 1137am. I finished my reading during Bob's Burgers. I watched SNL because it was new. Usually, I have my alarm set to get up for 730 to watch a British comedy on PBS until 8. I then shave and take a shower, then talk to my mom on the phone before SNL. I usually wake up before my alarm goes of and read until 730. Last night, I woke up at 645. I closed my eyes to let the alarm wake me up. When I woke up, it was 1020pm!!!!!! I was like?!?!?!?! I called my mom and talked to her for 10min. I looked at my clock later, and I saw when I set it Fri night(it's on a power strip which I turn off before I leave for work, and turn on when I get home), I had it set to AM, even though I swear I made sure to set it to PM. I took my 1am nap, and got up for 2. I then kept on typing until a bit after 5. I then dozed off a few minutes twice. I then drove over to work and did some stuff. I think I got home at 730. I then did stuff, including taking a big dump. I then was getting close to taking a nap when the power flashed off and on. It was just enough to turn off my computer, tv, and the aforementioned clock. I had to set the clock, and get the computer to where I want it. I then got up for 9 to watch MTP. I paid more attention to my typing than the show. Same thing with This Week. I then pooped again. It was one of those where there was not a lot there. Afterward, I did 2 big farts. I then got one of the items for my meal ready.
That's all for now. Hopefully, this week will be better.

Hello. I'm starting this at 1113pm since I got my reading done early. Unfortunately, SNL is glitchy; I think it is windy outside. I did a bunch of stress snacking this week. I guess that's all I have to say, so it's time for the food.
Sat: I think I snacked on some summer sausage.
I made a big Italian sausage sandwich. The one grocery chain had their loaves of Italian bread on sale for $1. Another chain had green peppers on sale, and I got 3 of them. I cut up the green peppers and put them in my small casserole dish. I think I cooked them for 6min, stirred them around and cooked then for another 3min after adding canola oil. The Italian sausage was from Klemment's. I fried it up in my cast iron pan with some canola oil. When they were done, I took them out of the pan and cut them in half lengthwise. I took the grease from the pan and mixed it with the green peppers. I also tried a new ingredient: mozzarella cheese. It was an 8oz block of generic brand. I cut it into several crosswise slices. I cut the bread in half. Thankfully, I was thinking ahead and anticipated a problem. When I make the sandwiches normally using sub rolls, I put the sausage on the bottom half of the roll. I put the peppers on the top half, then put it on the bottom half. Some peppers fall off, but it's no big deal. Due to the loaf being much larger, there was a major potential for the peppers to fall off and make a mess. I had to think about putting the sandwich together. First, I put a lot of the liquid from the peppers on the bottom half of the bread. I then put down the cheese. I used all but 2 slices, which I ate. I then put down a lot of the peppers. I then put the sausage on. Then was the rest of the peppers. I put the rest of the liquid on the top half of the bread before putting it on.
As for the taste, it was good. I ate the whole thing. I was full afterward.
I need to make a rant. This past week, the other grocery chain had tomatoes, lettuce and their bread on sale for $.99. I don't like using their bread because it is skinny, and I think, taller. If the lettuce had been on sale last week, I would have bought a head, and some tomatoes on sale at the h/n/o store, and made a totally different sandwich.
Sun: For some reason, I felt the need to notate that I snacked on some cereal and peanut butter, even though I do that every week.
My meal was a bag of Pepperidge Farm Goldfish. They were the Xplosive Pizza flavor. They were good.
Mon: I had some summer sausage.
My snack was a bag of Backer's potato chips. They were the Red Hot flavor. They were good. I think there was some heat.
My meal was fried rice and veggies. This time I used half a bag of what was called Tuscan Blend. It had the same stuff as the Italian blend from last week. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: I had some summer sausage.
I had 2 snacks. First was a Maruchan Bowl. It was Hearty Pork Flavor Tonkotsu Ramen. It was good. The other one was a bag of Clancy's funyuns. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using the other half of the bag of Tuscan blend. It was good plain and with my 3 items. I did use something else. I put the pickled onions on the rice. I don't recall if I tasted them at all.
My meat item was a can of Pampa sardines in tomato sauce. They were good. I didn't have them in the fridge.
Wed: I had some summer sausage.
I had 2 snacks. First was a can of Polar Fancy Whole Smoked Mussels in Oil. They were good. I have to give a shout out to Polar. They didn't half-ass these. The can was packed tight with mussels. The other snack was a medium(7.5oz) bag of Herr's Jalapeno Popper Cheese Curls. They were good.
I opened up a new bottle of hot sauce. It is Cholula. It has a nice taste, but you have to keep it in your mouth to get the heat. I may have actually opened and used it on Tue.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas and carrots. I put Cholula in the water with the rice when I cooked it. I tried some of the rice, but didn't taste the Cholula. I used only Cholula and water out of the faucet in the pan. I'm pretty sure the rice didn't brown as good as it usually does. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: I had summer sausage.
I had 2 snacks. First was a Michelina's entrée. It was Teriyaki Chicken. It was ok. It didn't have much flavor. Later was a bag of Combos. They were the Honey Sriracha Baked Pretzel. They were good.
Before I get to my meal, I have to talk about what I DIDN'T have. I was planning on getting sandwiches at Subway. There have been commercials for a 6-inch chicken sub for $2.99. I thought I could pick up a few of those. I tried the first one. They said they didn't do that. I then tried another one along my route. They didn't do that one, but they had that deal on 3 others(Meatball Marina, Coldcut Combo, Veggie Delight). I then went to the one near a grocery store I was going to visit. Same as the previous one. Same at he next one. The last one I tried was in a Walmart. They didn't have it, and I don't remember about the other 3. After I asked, I went and bought a bag of rice in WM. I was planning on getting it at the WM Market near my house.
As for what I did get, I went to Popeyes. I wanted to get 4 of the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, and I did. I was able to place my order right away. There were only 2 or 3 people waiting for stuff. I was able to get them right away because they probably had them pre-made. I wanted to have some fries, but I don't know if they have a good deal on them. I decided to go to the Burger King almost across the street. When I went to open the door, it was locked. I then went to another door, and it was also locked. I saw some people in there eating, and I was confused. I was a bit concerned, thinking maybe they were being held up or something. As I was making my way to the car, I saw a worker unlock the door. She said the cook forgot to unlock it. As I was waiting for my 2 large orders of fries, I heard her go into a bit more detail about what happened. She said the cook hadn't showed up, so she got overwhelmed due to also doing the cooking. I think she locked the doors to keep from getting way backed up. I got my fries and finally went home.
I ate way later than when I got my food, so I heated it up. I put the fries in my small casserole dish and put it in the microwave. I think I heated them for 2x30sec. I then put some salt from an empty bag of Goldfish Pretzels on them. They were good. As for the sandwiches, I wanted to make sure the coating stayed crispy, so I didn't heat them up in the microwave. I set the oven to 350F. When it got there, I put the sandwiches in my pan and put it in the oven. I think I only had them in for like 5 min. I took them out because the tops of the buns were hard. I forget how hot the sandwiches were. While they were good, it wasn't as much when they are relatively fresh.
I was planning on having this meal in a few weeks. If I had gotten Subway, I was planning on going to Burger King for this week. What I'm going to do instead is call some more Subways to see if they have the deal. If I have some coupons, I might use those instead for other sandwiches; even if there are some ones doing the deal.
Fri: I finished the summer sausage.
For my first snack, I got some stuff in the hot section a ta grocery store. My second snack was a bag of Simply Nature popcorn from ALDI. It was Sea Salt flavor. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I did an experiment. After I had my spices/condiments/waters, I let it cook down until there is no flowing liquid. I then mix in the rice. I let it cook for 3 min, then add another round of spices.... I then let it cook for a few stints of 10min, flipping the mix in between. Also maybe cooking for another 6min or so. This time, after letting the first wound of spices.... cook down, I added the second round. I also added some flour and cornstarch, and a bit of extra canola oil. The measuring spoon I used said 1/2tsp, but the way it stayed together, it was more like 1. I did this twice for each item. I let the liquid cook down and thicken up a bit. I then mixed in the rice. I turned off the burner while doing this. When I was done, I set it in the oven to cool off while I did something else for a bit.
The meal was good plain and with my 3 items. I think it was spicy. I do recall tasting the curry powder. What I would have done differently is add the rice earlier. Another idea is making a roux to add in. Maybe I'll try making the curry dish I attempted which I mentioned in my 11/17 post.
Sat: I had my sweet stuff. Let me do a few paragraphs.
I finished the dark chocolate covered cashews, and had some of the chocolate peanut clusters. They were good. These were both from the h/n/o store.
I finished both Little Debbie items. I put them in the freezer about 12hrs before I had them. They were good. The Cherry Cordial was kind of hard, in that it wasn't soft. The Xmas Tree Cake was just cold, but maybe I should have eaten it a bit sooner.
From the big bag of candy, I started eating the mini Krackel bars. I tried keeping 2 in the freezer. They were all good. I finished the mini Kit Kat bars. I had 2 from the freezer. They were all good. I also finished the Milk Duds. They were ok.
I also finished the Tradewinds tea. It was ok. There was not a lot left.
That's it for the food. I'll be having my meal soon. I want to get done and go to sleep so I can get up for the Super Bowl. I'm watching it because the Chiefs are playing.
I do have a rant about the Chiefs in the SB. The news coverage on all the stations has been WAY TOO FUCKING MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's all they talk about during the regular news broadcasts. On top of that, they have specials. I haven't been able to watch TMZ at 11pm this past week. I also haven't been able to see the beginning of Entertainment Tonight. Using the usual allotted time for sports on the news would have been more than enough.
It is now 1024am. I was doing a bit of typing during SNL. I picked up between 12 and 1. I then took my nap to get up for 2. I then kept on typing until I dozed off between 530 and 6. At 6, I took a large dump. I then went back to typing. A bit after 730, I did what I call an aftershit. I was then going to do something then take my nap. Then my computer did that thing where a webpage suddenly turns into one of those fake warning pages, and it's a pain in the ass to get rid of.
I'm done for this week. I should be back next week. GO CHIEFS!
