Hello again. It is once again Sun morning. The fucking zap2it website is wrong about the Bones episode. It said it was one that was on a while back that I didn't want to see again. I just checked, and it wasn't that episode. I checked the TV Guide website, and it says it is one that I may not have seen before. Since I didn't want to watch the episode inaccurately listed on zap2it, I decided to watch the PBS kids cartoon Arthur. It is the episode where the first half is about Mr. Ratburn getting married. Some idiot people are upset over it. I watched it, and the Earth did not blow up. Speaking of idiot people, a big FUCK YOU to the MO legislature, and soon the governor, for taking a big shit on the separation of church and state.
With that unpleasantness out of the way, it is time for the food.
Sat: I had 5 things, but I'll only list 1. I had of can of store-brand tuna packed in water. It was good.
Sun: I had half a bag of Snyder's pretzel nuggets. They were good.
Mon: My snack was a bag of NY Bakery Texas Toast croutons. They were the Garlic & Butter flavor. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I did things a bit different. I didn't add any soy sauce or hot sauce. I didn't use any water from jars/bottles where there was still flavor. Before I added the rice, I added cilantro stems. 3 min after adding the rice, I added the 2nd round of spices and water. After 3 min, I added some more water, then stirred it all up. I then waited another 3 min, then turned the stove off. Usually, I don't just add water. Also, I let the mixture cook longer so it gets browned and crispy. As for this meal, I had it plain, with my 3 items, and with cilantro that I cut up. It was all good.
Tue: My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I went back to making it the regular way. I used up the rest of the cumin. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items. I also used the cilantro left over from Mon, which was also good.
Wed: I opened up a box of store-brand shredded wheat. I had them plain and with canola oil.
For a snack, I went to Church's Chicken. They have a new $5 fish meal. It is 2 pieces of fish, 2 sides, and a biscuit. I heated the box up in the microwave before I ate it, or at least I think I did. The biscuit was good. One side was fries. They were ok. I think they could have used a tiny bit of (more) salt. That could be due to the fries being not fresh. The other side was fried okra. It was good. The 2 pieces of fish were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of only peas. If you recall, I'm almost 100% sure I use another bag between 2 meals, but didn't properly notated it; most likely incorrectly listing as peas & carrots instead. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: I had shredded wheat plain and with canola oil.
I got a snack at Burger King. They are having a promotion where you can get 10 chicken nuggets for $1.49. I got the spicy variety. I warmed them up in the microwave before I ate them while watching Young Sheldon. They were good. There was a bit of spiciness, but I seem to recall it being delayed. I wish I had bought 20 instead.
Later, I had another snack, but I won't review it.
I got my meal at Arby's. I had 2 orders of onion rings. They didn't seem as good this time. Arby's is doing the 2/$6 gyro deal. I got 4: 2 beef, 1 turkey, 1 traditional. They were all good.
Fri: I had shredded wheat plain and with canola oil. I had some after coming home from work, and when I was cooking my meal.
My first snack has a bit of backstory. At work, I left almost at my regular time, even though I didn't take a lunch break(I didn't take a piss break even). I saw an ad for Popeyes where there was a deal with 4 chicken tenders and a biscuit for $3.99. When I went to a Popeyes(not the one close to me), there looked to be a sign on the window advertising this, but it said only on Tues. The website does not indicate this. I got back in my car. There is a Long John Silvers nearby, but I didn't go in. Even though I love seafood, I didn't feel like it. This was partially due to my Church's snack on Wed. I think it was also that it was getting late due to me getting out of work late. After getting gas, I passed the BK I mentioned under Fri in my 5/5 post. I was wanting to get home, so I didn't stop for nuggets, or chicken parmesan sandwiches I saw on the Wed BK's menu board.
Because I didn't bring anything home, I instead made a Maruchan Yakisoba. It was the Chicken Flavor. It was good. It seemed a little dry, even though I added a little more water when I rinsed out the spice packet. I looked on Google a little bit ago, and it appears the yakisoba came out like it should.
Later, I had 2 more snacks. I had a can of Brookdale Vienna sausages. They were good; meaning I'm no longer burnt out. I put them in the fridge ahead of time. That being so, the liquid didn't gooify though. I also had a bag of Combos. They were the Buffalo Blue Cheese pretzel. They were good.
I had a bag of Pop Weaver popcorn. I put it in for 1:36. This time, some of it was getting ready to burn. I did add canola oil this time. It was good. I think there were 7 unpopped kernels. I didn't have it during the rebroadcast of TMZ because I woke up(not a formal bed nap) right at 330, but dozed off soon after.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Since I went out to mow my lawn before the thunderstorms, I ate REALLY late. I think I started after 2pm.
Even though I liked both the peas and carrots as separate items, I don't think I'll by them again; I'll just stick with the combo.
Sat: Time to c/p yet again.
I snacked on stuff. I had the 4 items I bought at the h/n/o store: chocolate almonds, chocolate pecans, chocolate peanut clusters, yogurt covered raisins. They were all good.
I also had the rest of the Robin Eggs. They were good.
I also had some cookies. They were the Keebler Whoopsy! Fudge Stripe Fully Fudged Fudge Mint. I put them in the fridge. I had 5, which is 1 section(of 4) of the tray. They were good.
I also had a beverage. It was Hiland lemonade. It was good. It is a half gallon jug. I drank most of it. Since I was eating food with it, hopefully I won't get bad heartburn again.
That's it for the food. I'll have my meal later. I'm having 4 things, but will probably only review the meat item.
I should be having something different next Fri since it is the start of Memorial Day weekend.
I thought I was going to be done earlier. I was feeling drowsy starting around 4. I then had to take a dump at 530. I dozed off (twice?) between 6-7. I then had to take another dump. Then I did a bit of reading. Then I took a nap, waking up for 9. It is now 1031am.
I actually think I need to take a 3rd dump before I eat.
I'll be back next week.

Hello. It is Memorial Day weekend. On Tue, I start my new job. I moved my stuff to my desk on Fri.
It is time for the food.
Sat: I had 4 items, but will only mention 1. I had a can of Deutsche Kuche herring in tomato sauce. It was good.
Sun: I finished a jar of peanut butter. It was a store-brand crunchy. It was good. I also opened another jar of pb.
My main food was half a bag of Snyder's pretzel nuggets. They were good.
Mon: I finished the shredded wheat. I had it plain and with canola oil. I also finished the crumbs with canola oil.
I had a can of Vienna sausages. They were good. I think I had them off the shelf though.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: I opened up a new box of store-brand shredded wheat. I had some plain and with canola oil.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Besides my sardines, I had another meat item. It was a 2.5oz package of Armour peperoni. It was good.
Wed: I had some shredded wheat plain and with canola oil.
I opened up a new package of store-brand bacon pieces. I had a mouthful. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: I had some shredded wheat plain and with canola oil.
I had a snack. It was a bag of Clancy's funyuns. they were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. When I went to the store, I picked up a large container of Badia curry powder. I used some in the pan. I'll start using it now in all my fried rice and veggies. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Fri: I had some shredded wheat plain and with canola oil.
I had a snack I got at Burger King. It was a Spicy Crispy Chicken Parmesan sandwich. Before I ate it, I warmed it up in the microwave. It was good. I think there was some spiciness, but not really heat. I won't get it again though, because it was over $6!!!! That is WAAAAAAAAAAAY too expensive for what it is.
For my meal, I had multiple items. I'll post them in list form: Fusia Teriyaki Noodles: I got them at ALDI. They were good. Journey To India Tandoori Barbecue potato chips: I'm pretty sure I bought these at ALDI. They were wavy. I'll say they were ok, but the taste was similar to regular bbq chips. Sol-Mex imitation abalone: I got this on a clearance rack at Walmart. I think it was precooked, but I cooked it anyway. I think I just cooked it on the stove until the liquid started steaming(but wasn't boiling). It was ok. When I drank the liquid, there was some gritty stuff at the end. I don't think I'll buy this again. I recall that even though it was on clearance, it wasn't cheap. Trans Ocean Crab Classic imitation crab flakes: I had 2 8oz packages. I took them out of the freezer Fri morning before work. Sat morning, they were thawed, but still cold. I took them out of the fridge for a few hours. I looked at one of the packages, and said it was already cooked. I wanted them warmer though. I put them in my small casserole dish. Before I cooked it, I tried a piece from each package, and they were good. I first heated the dish for 20sec at power level 5(50%). I then heated it for 40sec at power level 5. The meat was a bit warm. It was VERY good, even though it cooled off quickly. I'm definitely buying this again.
Even though I didn't have a problem with the food, I think my digestive system did. Around 815pm, I felt like I could take a dump. I had some liquidy stuff come out. I then proceeded to wipe, but then I felt more. I did some more. I did this a few more times. I also had some farts come out with liquid poo. I also had some poo seeping out on its own(thankfully when I was wiping). When I was done, I was done. I didn't have to run back. I didn't empty out though, so I think I'll try to go before my meal.
I didn't snack on anything, because I want an empty stomach for my "Sat" meal. I'm having 3 items. The meat item is something I've had before, but not cooked myself in this variety. The other 2 things I've had before, but I'm kind of preparing differently.
My Sun meal will be something I've had before.
It is now 1028am. I started pretyping after 2am during Bones. I finished my reading during the commercials at maybe 215am. Even though I took my nap, I was feeling a bit fatigued, so I didn't type as fast as I could, and I was looking at some stuff on YT. I then went to work to unpack, so I wouldn't have to deal with it Tue. I went to the area, and the doors were closed. My access card wouldn't work. I then left. I then went nearby to where the Kansas City Virtual Railfan is located, and got on camera. It will be between 6-7am according to the timestamp at the top of the viewing window. It has a 12hr buffer, so will be visible for a while. I then went home. I did some Sun reading, then took a nap from 8-9.
I think I'll do a bit of pretyping my other post. If I wasn't groggy, I may have gotten this done sooner, and could be already well into my other post. Also if I knew I couldn't get to my desk.
I guess that's all, so I'll be back next week.

On 4/26, I made my annual north of the river pawn/thrift/etc trip. I got a real late start. It was after 12pm. It was mostly because I went to sleep later than usual. That was partly due to me doing something I would have done Fri before leaving anyway. Also, I took a big dump before leaving, which is important to do, especially if you are like me and H A T E taking dumps away from home.
I will be mentioning some of the places where I didn't see anything, because I have a reason.
I didn't transfer my notes to electronic form, so I didn't clarify anything from my handwritten notes. Also, after a month, there I things I can't remember.
Now for the feature presentation.
First, I was going to go to where I thought a thrift store had moved. I thought it was the one that was last, or almost last, but I kept on missing because they closed early. I was in that shopping center when I went to the second grocery store with unsanitary stuff a few weeks ago. When I was there, I saw a sign for a store that made me thing it was some kind of antique/vintage/used stuff store, but the main sign didn't say anything about it being a thrift store. Well, I went in, and it was an overstock/surplus/outdated merchandise store. I looked around before I left.
Then I went to the thrift store at the Salvation Army main office. First I went to the as-is area. There was an upright piano. There was also an organ. It was a Kimball Syntha Swinger 500. After looking on Google a bit, it is apparently a piece of junk. I then went to the main area. The only thing of note was 3 drums that were probably part of someone's drumset. There were a Sonor bass and tom. There was also a Ludwig snare.
I visited the gun store and didn't see anything, and skipped the military surplus store again.
The next place to mention was Alpha Pawn. The Line 6 doodad was still there. There was a wah that might be the one that's there forever. I saw an Ovation electric. It is probably the same one that's also been there forever, but I'm not going to check. It just had a humbucker in the bridge position and one (probably volume) knob. There was a BC Rich guitar that was probably part of a starter pack. There was an LTD strat with hss. There were 2 Washburns. One was a superstrat with hss and 24frets, the other was a v with 24f. I don't recall the specific shape of the v, so I can't try to give the model name. There was an Epiphone LP for $499. For pedals, there was a Digitech chorus. For amps, there was a Behringer bass amp. There were 2 keyboards. One was a 76 key Casio, which I think was a WK-220. The other was a Yamaha DJX. It looks like the DJX was kind of crappy, and probably a competitor to the Roland EG-101.
I then went to Goodwill. I didn't see anything, but used the restroom to take a piss.
I then went to Riverside. The store space where the thrift store was had been split up the last time I was there, and the thrift store was totally gone when I went to the pawn shop around Xmas. One half of the store was now an auction house. The other half was now another store with the same name as the first one I visited. I went in and didn't see anything interesting.
Then I went in the pawn shop. The black and gray "customized" ugly guitar was still there. There were AXL and Squier strats, and a Jonson lefty one. I listed 2 First Act singlecut guitars, but I can't remember anything more specific except that they were identical models. There was a Lyon singlecut guitar. I think it was a LI15. There was a Washburn superstrat with 24f. The main item of interest was a Sunn Solarus amp head for $240. The only things I know about it were that it is an original model, and it has tubes. I'm thinking whoever looked inside the amp to check out/fix stuff didn't attach the control panel properly and it was loose. I may be wrong though.
The next place to mention was a thrift store. Not because there was anything there of interest, but because it was in the news relatively recently: www.kmbc.com/article/neighbors-describe-deadly-gladstone-hit-and-run-as-police-continue-investigation/27105061
The next place I visited was a Savers thrift store. There was a mystery kiddie kb with no readily visible id info. There was another one that I think said Power Play on it. I also took my 2nd piss here.
I then went to where the gun/jewelry store that used to also be a pawn shop moved to. It was gone.
My next stop was the "tornado" Cash America. I don't recall there being any guitars in the main area to mention. For keyboards, there was a Kawai MP10. In the glass case next to the one for the effects, there was a KORG microKORG, and a minilogue. For effects, there was an MXR chorus. There was a Zoom 504 II Acoustic. There was a Danelectro Shift Daddy. There was a Yamaha effects unit. Since I can't remember, and have to go off my notes, they say "dg", so I guess it is a DG Stomp. There were 2 Electro Harmonix Muff pedals. One was a black Big Muff. The other was a Micro Metal Muff. For guitars, I listed 2 strat copies. I'm not 100% sure they were behind the counter, but the rest were. There was an Epiphone lp jr. There was a Dean V. The Fender "metal" strat was still there. There was a PRS SE Tremonti. There was a Samick Greg Bennett strat. There was a Yamaha strat, but I think it was the body style that is a little different than a regular strat. There was an Ibanez GiO Mikro. There was also various Ibanez and Jackson superstrats with various configurations. For amps, there was a Peavy XXL. There was also a Roland CUBE-100 Keyboard amp. I was interested in this. A worker told me he would sell it for $129.
I ended up at the library because I think I wanted to see if I left something off my shopping list. I also took my 3rd(!!!!) and final piss.
I visited a new thrift store. There was nothing inside worth noting. I did cut a big fart in there. I'm also thinking it smelled like a fart in there before I did mine. If not, I think another thrift store had a fart smell.
I cant remember if I visited the thrift store before or after my next entry.
Next is the "strip club" pawn shop. There was a lot of stuff from my previous visit(s):
Again, there was a lot of stuff there from my previous trip: Marshall Woburn Peavey Century Peavey PA-400* Pignose Hog 20 GK Backline 250 head(I don't recall if the matching 410 cab was there) LTD F10 LTD bluish green finish Samick lp Ampeg bass head B500DR Marshall DSL40C BOSS ME-80 Jackson Rhoades hardtail with 24f Stagg Upright Electric Bass
* I saw something I didn't like with this. Apparently someone made a connector for cables to go to the speakers using the female end of an electric extension cord. I forget if it was coming out of the top or back; if it was the back, I didn't check to see what was going on.
My notes indicate an Epi lp special, which I'm thinking was a II version. Or it could be there were 2 lp specials.
My notes also indicate Digitech. I don't know if that means Digitech Element was still there, or there was another Digitech effects unit I couldn't identify.
For instruments that I don't think were there before, there was a lefty Squire, and a Roland RD-500 digital piano.
There was a Sadowsky preamp pedal for $279. There was a BOSS Tuner, and a Metal Zone. There was also a TC Electronic Rusty Fuzz.
My next stop would have been the thrift store near my house. I closed down. Then another one moved in. Then some time before my trip, that one apparently closed.
My next stop was the gun shop in Claycomo. On the counter, there was what looked to be a FN FAL copy. I asked the guy about it, and I swear he didn't think it was, but showed me another rifle he said was.
My last stop was supposed to be the thrift store in the shopping center. When I got there, I saw it is now a mattress store.
I then went home.
I would sometimes visit the "strip club" pawn shop just for the hell of it, but with my new work hours, I don't think I will.
See you in a minute.

I'm back.
I told you on 4/19, I was going to visit a thrift store, and its outlet, but they were closed for Good Friday. I went back on, I think, 5/10. They were both open.
The only thing of note was a kiddie kb in the outlet store.
That's it. I need to take a dump and sharpen some knives before I eat.
I should be back next Sun with my food reviews.
Bye!

Greetings and salutations.
Another week has come and gone. I started the first day of my new job on Tue. I've been watching training presentations. I have another week of that, then I do formal training. My hours are 8am-430pm, which I am not happy about; especially since they are anal about not skipping breaks/lunch and leaving early. The traffic is shit going home. What is worse, is that the training(which is almost 2 months) goes from 9am-530pm. With my old hours(leaving early at 315pm), restaurants and most grocery stores were pretty much empty.
Now it's time for the food.
Sat: I had 3 items.
The meat item was a bag of popcorn shrimp. It was from Fremont Fish Market that I bought at ALDI. I cooked them in the oven according to instructions. They were good.
I took a good-sized onion and cut in rather thick slices. I fried these up in the cast iron pan with canola oil. They were good.
I took a cabbage and cut it all up and fried it. I would cut a piece off and cut that into smaller pieces. I would put them in the pan with canola oil. When they were done, I put them in my main pot to keep warm. I was cooking the cabbage at the same time as the onion. When the onion was finished, I used the cast iron pan also. When I got to the core, I put the pieces in the cast iron pan because I thought they would need to cook longer and/or hotter than the regular pieces. When they were done, I did not put them in the pot because I figured they might taste different.
I had both the regular pieces and core plain and with all my spices/condiments. I was responsible and made lists for each.
core plain: good mustard: ok/not much difference horseradish mustard: ok/not much difference pepper: good hot sauce: ok curry powder: good canola oil: good chili powder: ok soy sauce: good
regular plain: ok mustard: ok/not much difference horseradish mustard: ok/not much difference pepper: ok hot sauce: ok/not much difference curry powder: ok canola oil: ok/not much difference chili powder: ? soy sauce: ?
I guess I didn't list everything.
With the regular pieces, the taste was so strong that the spices/condiments didn't make any difference. That may be one of the reasons why it generally rated lower than the core. Also, it may be another food item where it doesn't taste as good if you eat a lot of it.
The cooking time for the veggies was very long; even after the onion was done, and I was using the cast iron pan for cabbage also.
Sun: Before I made my meal, I had a can of Pringles. They were the Wavy style. The flavor was Fire Roasted Jalapeno. They were good. I did not think they tasted like jalapeno. There was a bit of heat though.
When I was cooking my meal, I had another snack. It was a bag of Peas Please pea puffs. They were the Garden Herb flavor. They were good.
My meal was 4 Totinos Party Pizzas. They were good. The ones I had, in order, were Triple Cheese, Peperoni & Bacon, Sausage, Triple Peperoni.
Mon: Since I ate my "Sun" meal so late, I was not hungry Mon night. I didn't feel like eating something just to avoid being hungry the next day. Also, since I was starting my new job the next day, I didn't want to risk having any extra intestinal trouble.
Tue: I had shredded wheat with canola oil.
My snack was a bag of Specially Selected Puffcorn. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Wed: I finished up the shredded wheat crumbs with canola oil. Unfortunately, I had the thing where it got caught in my esophagus. I still had a little bit in my mouth, which was causing my to involuntarily swallow repeatedly. I ending up spitting it out. I then bent way over, which seemed to clear it up. For good measure, I sat awhile and burped.
Later, I had a mouthful of the bacon pieces.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
When I was done with my meal, there was barely any hot sauce left. I decided to open a new bottle on Thu. It is La Costena. It has NO heat, but it has a good flavor.
Thu: I got my first snack at Church's Chicken. They're having a deal where you get 2 legs and 1 thigh for $3. I got the spicy variety. It was good.
Later I had a store-brand bag of organic potato chips from the h/n/o store. They were the Sea Salt variety. They were ok. They just tasted like regular potato chips.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. The only things I added to the pan was the hot sauce and some water from jars that didn't have any more flavor. It didn't brown as good as normal. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Fri: My first snack was a Casa Mamita chimichanga that I got at ALDI. It was Steak & Cheese. That being so, it was good.
Later I had a bag of store-brand veggie straws from the h/n/o store. They were good.
I had a bag of Pop Weaver microwave popcorn. I cooked for 1:36. Some pieces were in the ready to burn state. I added canola oil. It was good. I think there were only 4 unpopped kernels. I ate it out of an Instant Lunch cup with chopsticks.
My meal was fried rice with veggies, using half a bag of peas & carrots. I went back to adding everything in the pan, including the last drops of the Crystal hot sauce. I also did something different with the rice. I added curry powder to the water before I put the lid on. I tried some of the rice before I added it to the pan and it was really good. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Sat: I had some sweet stuff to snack on, so it's time to c/p:
I had the 4 items I bought at the h/n/o store: chocolate almonds, chocolate pecans, chocolate peanut clusters, yogurt covered raisins. They were all good.
I also had some cookies. They were the Keebler Whoopsy! Fudge Stripe Fully Fudged Fudge Mint. I put them in the fridge. I had 5, which is 1 section(of 4) of the tray. They were good.
I also opened up a bag of candy. This time it was mini Twix bars. I had them in the fridge. They were good.
I also had a beverage. It was the rest of the Hiland lemonade, maybe less than a pint. It was good.
That's it. I will have my meal shortly. The outcome of my Sun meal may determine what I have next weekend. I'll deal with that when the time comes.
It is now 1118am. I could've started pretyping before my pre-Bones nap, but I was looking at train vids on YT. I started a bit after 2 when Bones was on. I left my house a little before 6 to go to my parents house to feed the cat and do some other stuff. Before I left, I gathered stuff to bring over there to put in their recycling wheeled container. Then when I got home, I was waiting to hear a song. Sirius is doing a free preview right now. I've been listening to Ozzy's Boneyard. On Thu(or was it Fri?), I was listening, and there was a cool song. I tried to remember the lyrics so I could find the song on Google. I couldn't remember them correctly, so I couldn't do so. When I was driving home this morning, the songs sounded the same as that time. I left the radio on in the car, and finally heard it. It was Midnight Highway by Accept. Check it out. I then took a dump. I then did some reading. I then went to take my nap before Meet The Press. When I almost fell asleep, my CO alarm started chirping. I had to get up and reset it. I couldn't fall asleep, or I was starting to when my alarm went off. During MTP, I was typing, and doing my Sun night reading during the commercials. I then checked my previous posts to see how I handled posting about the candy.
I guess I'll be back next week.

Hello, It is exactly 1240am as I start this. I think I'll just go to the food.
Sat: My meal was 3 cans of Armour chili. It was good. I tried it also with some hot sauce. I guess it ranged from not much difference to good.
I also had a snack item. It was a bag of Doritos. It was the Jumpin Jack Cheese flavor, which I assume is supposed to be Monterrey Jack cheese. It was good. I think it tasted like the Ranch chips, not MJ cheese.
Sun: My meal was 2 items. One was a big bag of generic brand scoop shape fritos. They were good.
The other item was a 16oz container of Dean's Dip. It was the Guacamole flavor. I got it when I got the Ranch dip. The grocery chain had a sale where they were $.99 each. There was a limit of 2, which is why I got the Guacamole. It was not good. The flavor was very week. It was very smooth. These things made me curious, so I looked at the ingredient list. The first item, thus the most, was skim milk. This means it wasn't guacamole. It was more like sour cream with guacamole flavor; or there was just a little bit of real guacamole added in. Either way, avoid this one.
Mon: My snack was a bag of Peas Please pea puffs. They were the Sea Salt variety. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: I had a mouthful of store-brand bacon pieces.
Before I mention my meal, first I have to give some background. I don't recall what happened on Mon. Tue morning, I took a dump before work like I always do. When I was at work, I felt pressure in my colon. I ended up taking a dump. I thought I was going to fart also, but didn't. Later, I felt pressure, but could feel I couldn't fart. I went and took a 2nd dump. This time, a little bit of fart gas came out. I'm thinking I didn't poop again right after getting home. When I went to lay down for a while, I did a few nice farts. When I got up to make dinner, I felt some pressure. I went to fart, but it felt like there was more. I stuck my finger to check. Needles to say, I had to was my hands, then did a little more poo.
I don't know what caused all this pooping. I don't know if I had a bad reaction to the dip, I had food poisoning from something, or I had some kind of illness. Something odd happened one of the dump times at work. When I was wiping, I got oil on my finger. After I wiped away all the poo, my crack felt greasy. While not that morning(maybe Sun or Mon), the same thing happened at home.
Due to what happened, I was wondering if I was using too much canola oil. I decided to make my meal without it. It was my fried rice with veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I think I've mentioned previously, that when I cook the rice, I toast it a bit before adding the water. This keeps it from foaming up and spilling out of the pan. I always use canola oil when doing this, except for this time. All I remember is that it sounded like there was a little foam that bubbled out when it was cooking. When I scooped it out into the pan, it was really sticky. As for the pan, when I cook this meal, I add canola oil when I first turn the stove on. Then I add a little more when I add each veggie. I also do so when I add the rice. This time, I didn't put anything in the pan at startup. When I added the cabbage, I put some water in. I did the same when I added the other veggies. I would add some more if stuff was drying out. I also added some when I added the rice. This is all in addition to the water I usually add from bottles/jars in the fridge. It didn't brown very well; actually, there was just a few burnt spots.
As for the taste, it was bad, both plain and with my 3 items. The burnt pieces just tasted burnt.
Wed: I had 2 snacks. First was a small Italian sub that I bought at a grocery store. It was GOOD! I don't remember if it was that I was really hungry. When I got home, I left it out on the counter. Since my house is warm, maybe it warmed up enough that I could taste everything. Later, I had something else I'll not review.
After my meal the night before, there was only a few drops of hot sauce left. I picked up another bottle when I got the sub. This time, it was La Victoria Salsa Brava. It had a nice flavor, but just slight heat.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. The only other things I added to the pan was the hot sauce, and some water from bottles where the flavor finally disappeared. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Before I go to Thu, I need to mention something else. I don't if you're familiar with the concept of seasoning a pan. It is usually done with a cast iron pan. It is where it acquires a thin layer of oil, making it become non-stick. My pan is non-stick, but I swear the instructions also mention seasoning it. The big thing is that you don't wash it. I've been able to not was my pan, so it is rather non-stick. Even though, I still use canola oil. Except for Tue, where I only used water. Unfortunately, this apparently washed out all the oil. When I made my Wed meal. The rice/veg was doing a lot of sticking, even though I went back to using canola oil. I even tried to add some oil when I was flipping the mix. There were quite a few burnt pieces, but they actually tasted good.
On Thu, I rubbed some canola oil in the pan. I think I rubbed it around Fri morning before leaving for work.
Thu: I had 2 snacks.
I got the first snack at Popeyes. I saw a tv commercial advertising shrimp. When I got there, I didn't see any sign on the window. All I saw on the menu board was a shrimp meal(I think the same one I had during the week of 4/21, but it was full price this time). I got that. It was shrimp, biscuit and 1 side. My side was red beans & rice. All 3 things were good. I think later that night, or on Fri, I saw the commercial I mentioned. It was 1/4lb of shrimp for $2.49. If I knew that, I would have gotten that instead. If I had visited the website, I would have seen it there also.
My other snack was a piece of catfish from the deli/hot section of a grocery store. It was good.
I got my meal at Burger King. I got 2 large orders of fries. I warmed them up in the microwave. I also put some salt on them. It is from pretzel bags, so it is bigger pieces. I have it in an old spice container. Barely any salt got on them. They were good. They gave me a buttload of ketchup packets, so I used 2 for the fries. That was also good.
They are doing a 2/$6 sandwich promo. There are 4 sandwiches in it, and I got 1 of each. I warmed them up in the microwave before I had them. First was a Whopper. It was good. Next was a Crispy Chicken. It was good. Next was a Grilled Chicken. It wasn't so good. I can't remember any details. Last was a Spicy Crispy Chicken. It was good. It had a bit of a spicy taste. I think there was a little bit of heat.
Fri: I had 2 snacks. First, I got a Avocado BLT Chicken Sandwich from Wendy's. It was good. It was expensive, so I probably wouldn't buy it again. I had my traditional bag of Pop Weaver microwave popcorn. I cooked it for 1:36, and added canola oil when it was done. It was good. I think there were a few pre-burn pieces. I forgot to count how many unpopped kernels there were, but I was think maybe 5 or 6.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I went back to adding everything to the pan. It was good plain and with my 3 items. There was still some sticking, but maybe slightly less than Wed. I'm going to try adding some extra oil 3 min after adding the 2nd round of spices....
Sat: I didn't have my Bones sweet snack. That was because I had some IHOP cannoli that my parents had brought home. They were good. I ate them between 8-9pm(when I was shaving). When Bones was on, 2am, I was still feeling full.
That's all for this week. I will have my meal shortly.
It is now 1053am. I took a nap, and hit the snooze bar 3 times. I also took a big dump a little while ago. I also got sidetracked with a few other things.
This week, I start my 2mo of training. My shift is shifted ahead 1hr to 9am-530pm.
Hopefully I should be back next week.

It is the weekend once again. I finished my first week of training at the later time. At least we were able to leave before 5:30. Thankfully I didn't have much shopping to do; just 1 store. On Thu and Fri, we worked with people who do one-on-one stuff. The ooo person for me and this other guy is at our location. I thought that was a good thing, since it seems better to interact with someone in person. I. WAS. WRONG. While this girl was knowledgeable and friendly, she had NO concept of personal space! She was reaching over me to use my mouse and keyboard. Needless to say, I was frozen in place. Thankfully, we were doing phone practice, so she did it from home.
Let me get to the feature presentation.
Sat: I had 4 things. The main item was 3 cans of Campbell's Chicken Noodle soup. It was good. I had a can of Hormel smoked ham. It was good. I had a container of Happy Farms(ALDI brand) feta. It was ok. I also had a bag of Specially Selected pita chips. They were the Parmesan Garlic & Herb flavor. They were good. They did have a garlic taste. I did put some ham and feta(not together) on some chips. That was good. I also dunked a few in the soup. That was also good.
Sun: My meal was a box of Wheat Thins. They were Ranch flavor. They were good. I can't remember if they tasted like ranch.
Mon: My first snack was a Fast Bites Breaded Chicken Sandwich. Even though I cooked it according to the instructions, it was still cold on the inside. Well, the bun was hot though. I didn't feel like getting up to heat it more. Due to the coldness, I'll just say it is ok. I still have a spicy version, I'll cook that one longer to see if that helps.
Later I had a bag of Clancy's funyuns. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of broccoli. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Besides that, and the can of sardines I have, but don't mention. I also had something else. I bought a 24oz container of store-brand cottage cheese the Fri before. I ate most of it. I had it plain and with other stuff. I did make a list: plain: good pepper: good hots sauce: good soy sauce: not much difference chill powder: ? curry powder: ok mrs. dash: mrs. dash
Two things. First, the mrs. dash is the ALDI version, and was the chipotle flavor. I did try using the chili powder, but I forgot to notate it.
Tue: The only thing I had before my meal was a mouthful of store-brand bacon pieces.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of broccoli. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
I also finished the cottage cheese. I think I just had it with pepper. It was good.
Wed: I think the only snack I had was a bag of Late July tortilla chips. They were the Sriracha Fresca flavor. They were good, but I don't recall them tasting like Sriracha.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
There were only a few drops of hot sauce left, so I needed to get some more.
Thu: I bought a new bottle of hot sauce. This time it was Cravin Cajun Hot Sauce by Louisiana Fish Fry Products. It isn't very hot.
The first snack I had was a package of Maruchan ramen. It was the Lime Chili Shrimp flavor. Since I didn't have as much time between cooking and eating, not as much of the liquid got absorbed by the noodles.
Later, I had 2 snacks. One was a bag of Snyder's Pretzel Pieces. They were the Honey Mustard & Onion flavor. They were good. I also had a can of Brookdale Vienna sausages that I put in the fridge beforehand. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas and carrots. The only extra things I added to the pan were hot sauce and some of the jar/bottle water from the fridge that didn't have any more flavor. The mixture seemed to get a bit more crispy than usual. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Fri: My first snack was a Casa Mamita Chimichanga I got at ALDI. It was the Chicken & Cheese. It was ok; not as good as the Steak & Cheese one I had previously. I think I was able to taste the cheese this time.
Later, I had a bag of Good Sense Sesame Oat Bran Sticks. They were good.
I then had my bag of Pop Weaver popcorn. I microwaved it for 1:36, and added canola oil afterward. It was good. There were 9 unpopped kernels. The rebroadcast of TMZ wasn't on(I watched it at 11pm), so I took my nap 30 min later, and got up for 4am.
My meal was pasta and spinach. The pasta I used was rotini. It was good plain, with parmesan cheese, and my 3 items.
I also had a big can of Crown Prince sardines. They were in tomato sauce. They were good. When I opened the can, only 1 small spot didn't cut open. I was able to use the regular can opener to go back over that spot and cut it.
Sat: I snacked on some stuff. I finished a jar of peanut butter. It was a store-brand creamy with honey. It was good. There was maybe just a tablespoon's worth left in the jar.
I also had the 4 things( chocolate almonds, chocolate pecans, chocolate peanut clusters, yogurt covered raisins) from the h/n/o store. They were good. I finished all but the raisins. There are only a few left though.
I also finished the last section of the Keebler Whoopsy! Fudge Stripe Fully Fudged Fudge Mint cookies. They were good.
I also had something new. It was a Kinder Joy. This is the relative of the Kinder Surprise. Apparently, American kids are too stupid and/or fat fucks to know not to eat the plastic toy capsule. The candy part was ok. I put the little toy together. Here is a video of the toy I got(from 9:30-10:15): www.okclips.net/video/1g8dbSuzg0U/32x-kinder-joy-surpr.html Here is a site explaining the KJ/KS stuff: www.ranker.com/list/all-about-kinder-surprise-eggs/matt-manser
I also had a beverage. It is from the Goya company. It is called Malta Goya. It is a carbonated beverage, so may fall under the soda category. The label says "Non-Alcoholic", so I thought it was a non-alcoholic beer. Actually, it is kind of like sweetened unfermented beer with added carbonation. As for the taste, I couldn't put my finger on it, even though it seemed like it was a bit familiar. As for my opinion, I'll have to say it was ok. It was definitely not bad, but I can't say it is good. I was reading some reviews, and people said it is an acquired taste.
I started the snacking at 3 instead of 2. I'll get to that in a bit.
That is all for the food. I'll have my meal a bit later. I've pretty much decided on what I'm having.
It is now 911am. I started typing around 1140pm last night. I got my reading done earlier, but I was looking at some stuff on the internet, and being a bit slow. The Bob's Burgers episode as midnight was the one where Tina takes a capoeira class. I watched 2 YT vids on it. I then went to take my pre Bones nap. When I woke up and looked at my clock, it was 218am. I set the alarm to get up before 2, but I somehow didn't turn it on, even though I thought I did. I then set it so I would get up before 3. I got up, and had my snack stuff. I was feeling a bit sluggish. I also got sidetracked looking at some stuff on the internet. After 7am, I took a big dump. I then did some other stuff, then took a nap from about 8 to before 9 to watch Meet The Press.
In other words, I could have gotten done sooner.
I'm now farting, probably from the Malta Goya. I'll see if that concludes with another trip to the shitter.
And that is a wrap.

Hello. I can't think of anything to put here, so I'll just get to the food.
Sat: I had 5 things. 3 of them were cans of Bon Italia pasta, which is ALDI's brand of Chef Boyardee and Spaghettios. I had 1 can each of ravioli, beefaroni, and spaghettios with meatballs. They were all good, and tasted like the originals and store-brand equivalents. I had a bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos. They were good. I can't recall if they were hot. They can lose their heat when they get old. I also had an 8oz block of Kraft mozzarella. It was good.
Sun: I opened a new jar of peanut butter.
My meal was a bag of Pepperidge Farms Goldfish Pretzels. They were good.
Mon: My snack was a bag of veggie straws from the h/n/o store. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I also added some of the starchy water from the pasta from the previous Fri. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: I had a mouthful of store-brand bacon pieces.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I added some curry powder to the rice cooking water. I tried some of the rice. It wasn't as good as the time I did it before. It was either because I added too much curry powder, or that I added right before I put the lid on and turned the burner down. The only spices I added to the pan were black pepper, red pepper flakes, and curry powder. I only added some of the water from jars/bottles with no flavor. I also added some of the pasta water. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items. I forget how it tasted compared to my regular meal. I may try this spice blend again, but won't brown the rice mixture.
Wed: I had a mouthful of store-brand bacon pieces.
I had veggie fajitas using half a bag of peas & carrots. They were good.
Thu: I got a snack at McDonalds. They are doing a promo where they have 4 items form McDs menus from other countries. I got the Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger from Spain. I warmed it up in the microwave before I ate it. It was good. The cheese had solidified. It just tasted like a bacon (cheese)burger, so wasn't worth the price.
I got most of my meal at Kentucky Fried Chicken. They are doing a 2 for $6 promo. There are 4 items available but I didn't want one of them so I doubled one of the 3 I got. Let me make a list. Crispy Colonel Sandwich: It was good. The negative was that it was TINY. Even with the promo price, it was expensive. Extra Crispy Tenders: They were good. They were also kind of small, but a better deal than the sandwich. Pot Pie: I got 2 of them. They were good. They are big, and the promo price is a good deal.
I also got 2 containers of gravy. I dipped the stuff in the gravy, which was good.
I also had 2 large orders of fries that I got at McDs when I got the burger. They were ok. I had them plain, and dipped in the KFC gravy. They probably would have tasted better heated up.
I did have a problem. When I was eating, I started getting heartburn. At the end of the first pot pie, or the start of the second one, I could feel my esophagus close up. Thankfully, I hadn't swallowed anything. I started rocking/bouncing, doing some small burps. I think I also burped up some mucus. I also tried standing up and leaning forward. I was tired, so I couldn't do that for very long, or lean very far. I finally did a big burp, and I think that fixed things. I don't think I had any problem after that.
When I've had this problem before, burping seems to fix it. The problem could be too much gas in my stomach.
Fri: My first snack was a Fast Bites Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The previous week, I had the regular chicken sandwich. Even though I cooked that one according to instructions(60 sec), it was still cold inside. The spicy one said to cook between 75-85 sec. I went with 90. It was hot when I took it out. I had to wait a while for it to cool off. I put it in the microwave upside down, and ate it that way. I apparently overcooked it. The top half of the bun was hard in the middle. The sandwich didn't taste that good. There was a tiny bit of spiciness. I'm putting the bad taste down to overcooking it. I may buy one(and the regular) again and try adjusting the cooking time.
Later, I had a bag of store-brand corn nuts from the h/n/o store. They called it Inca Corn because it uses the large-kernel Peruvian corn. It was the Original(aka plain) variety. It was good, but a bit salty.
I had my 330am TMZ bag of Pop Weaver microwave popcorn. I cooked it for 1:36, and mixed in canola oil when it was done. It was good. I can't remember if there were any pre-burnt pieces. There were 11 unpopped kernels.
My meal was fajitas using half a bag of peas & carrots. Due to some fly problems, I overcooked 2 of the tortillas and the rice mix. Speaking of the rice mix, I didn't use my hot sauce. At the one grocery chain, they had bottles of Taco Bell taco sauce on sale. I picked up a bottle of the Diablo. I used that instead of the hot sauce. I did the same thing when eating. I also used black pepper when eating. The fajitas didn't taste as good as usual due to stuff being overcooked.
Sat: I snacked on some sweet stuff. I finished the yogurt covered raisins from the h/n/o store. I also found a few pieces of chocolate covered nuts from that I missed previously.
I also had some of the mini Twix bars.
I also had these things from Quaker called Breakfast Flats. They were the Cranberry Almond flavor. They were good. Each little package has 3 bars. I have 2 boxes I got from work. I thought they were different flavors, so I had a package from each box.
I also got from work a box of Russell Stover chocolates. It is one of those variety boxes that guys gift to girls. I think I had 1/3 of them. They were ok. I tried to eat the ones I thought I wouldn't like.
That is all for the food. I will have my meal later. It is something I've never made before, but my parents made a crappy version over 30yrs ago I think.
It is 938am. I was doing good even though I started after 2am. Even though SNL was a repeat, I watched pretty much all of it. I then finished my reading during a commercial for Bob's Burgers. I was also looking at Yahoo news until my 1am nap. At 4am, I slowed down. I was later getting up doing a few things. Right before 730, I went to the store to buy something for my meal. I came back around 8. I'll talk about that next week. I ended up taking a dump and doing some other stuff. I'm taking a nap at 10 for an hour. I'll then go and make my meal.
Even though I snacked on that stuff, I appear to be having hunger pains now.
That I guess wraps it up. I should be back next week.

Ok, let me just get right to the food.
Sat: This was a food experiment day. I made English muffin pizzas. I used a store-brand bag of English muffins. There were 12, but they were smaller than average ones. For sauce, I used a 24oz can of Hunt's pasta sauce. It was the Garlic & Herb variety. For cheese, I used 2 different kinds.
I was originally just going to use one 8oz block of generic brand mozzarella. When I started cutting it up a few hours prior, I could see there wouldn't be enough. The one grocery chain was having a sale on 8oz bags of shredded Borden cheese. One store is about 5 min away. I went there, and they were out. I went to another one of the stores that is close to me. They were in stock, so I bought a bag.
For meat, I used an 8oz bag of Sugardale peperoni. Before I started making the pizza muffins, I counted the pieces of peperoni to see how many I could put on each muffin. There were 109 slices. I'll talk about this more in a bit.
I also cut up some onion to put on some of them.
I took out the large cookie sheet. I saw that 12 muffin halves would fit. I took 6 muffins and cut them in half. The were partially pre-cut. I put them on the cookie sheet. I preheated the oven to 400F. I put the sauce on them. I then put a little of both cheeses on them. Then the peperoni.
As I said before, I precounted the peperoni. I saw that I could put 4 1/2 slices on each muffin half. I had a brain fart, and instead cut all the slices in half. I put 5 half-slices on each one.
I then put onions on them until I ran out.
I then put the sheet in the oven. After 5 min, I turned the sheet around. I then waited another 5 min. I took a look at them, and decided to keep them in another 2 min. I then took them out and set them in my frying pan.
I then made the 2nd half. Since I only had 1 big cookie sheet, I had to wait to make those. All I could do was cut the muffins in half. I think I may have also cut the block cheese into smaller pieces, which I would slice up for each muffin. I then made the 2nd batch of muffins.
When I made the 1st half, I think I put the stuff on this order after the sauce: block cheese shredded cheese peperoni onions(where applicable) For the 2nd half, I changed up the order of the cheeses and peperoni. I think I tried these orders, if not more:
peperoni block cheese shredded cheese
block cheese peperoni shredded cheese
While I was making these ones, I turned the oven up to 425F. I did the same thing regarding the cooking time. I took them out and set them in the pan with the others.
There was a bit of sauce left over. There was also a little bit of cheese. There were a lot of slice of pepperoni left due to my brain fart. I put the sauce on some of the muffins until it ran out. I also put a few slices of the peperoni on, but mostly just ate them by themselves. I just ate the little bit of cheese by itself.
In addition to the leftover sauce and peperoni, I also used parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
As for the most important part, they were good, plain and with the other stuff on them.
When I was more than halfway done, I had to get up and take a dump.
When I was done, I was stuffed. I don't know if having the stuff to snack on earlier contributed to this.
It took a LONG time to make this meal. I'm thinking almost 2 hours. I think I got done eating around 2pm.
Sun: Since I was still stuffed, I didn't want one of my normal items. I just had a bag of Peas Please pea puff snacks. They were the Garden Herb variety. They were good.
Mon: For a snack, I had a bag of Snyder's Pretzel Pieces. They were the Hot Buffalo Wing variety. They were good. I'm thinking there was not much, if any, heat.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. The only extra things I added was Taco Bell Diablo sauce(from I bottle I bought) and unflavored water from the fridge jars/bottles. I'm thinking the meal wasn't as good as usual. I had it plain and with my 3 items, with the Diablo as my hot sauce. For some reason, the Diablo isn't hot. I don't know if it's because I keep it in the fridge.
Tue: I had a mouthful of the bacon pieces.
Since I was having hunger pains a few hours after having the bacon pieces, I had a snack. It was a bag of store-brand organic potato chips from the h/n/o store. They were Sea Salt & Vinegar. As I said when I had a bag previously, they don't taste as good as other s&v chips. I'm guessing they use some other kind of vinegar, like malt.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of p&c. I added all the stuff to the pan except the Diablo sauce. I used the hot sauce I had opened before the Diablo. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items, including the hot sauce I mentioned in the previous sentence.
My meat item was a can of Pampa sardines in brine. They were ok. I got them at Dollar Tree. I see that Pampa makes other varieties of sardines. I wish DT had those.
Wed: My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of p&c. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of p&c. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items.
I need to talk about the meat item again. I've mentioned things about myself here previously, and sometimes they seem like things Sheldon(from Big Bang Theory) would do. This is one of them. For my sardines, I alternate between hot sauce or mustard and soybean oil. My normal schedule is: M: hs/m T: sb W: hs/m T or F: sb
If I have a can of Pampa(or other brand) sardines, that can throw things off. That's why I buy a can of mustard or hot sauce sardines for every can of Pampa ones. Since I had the can of Pampa on Tue, there was no issue. I just had the corresponding can of hs sardines. I bought 3 cans of Pampa, so I bought 2 hs and 1 m at ALDI. I was moving the 2 other ALDI cans. The hs one was not flat on top. That could mean it had gone bad. I decided to have it that night so I wouldn't be obsessing about it until Mon. When I took it out of the fridge and opened it, the sardines looked and smelled ok. They also tasted good. The only thing I could think of was that one or more of the sardines was fat, so the can didn't get flat. Also, if they were bad, they would have given me diarrhea. I actually didn't take a dump until around 830pm Sat night.
This throws off my pattern, so I will be having sb sardines Mon and Tue nights.
Fri: Before I get to the food, I want to discuss an odd encounter I had. I was at a gas station getting gas. I was finishing up. I heard the guy on the other side say "I bet I'll finish before you". I was thinking WTF. I then thought he was talking to someone on his phone who was also getting gas. All of a sudden, he comes over to my side and says something like "told you". I jumped. He apologized, and said he was having fun. He also said I looked like the 70's singer Meatloaf(I look more like an 80's metal band member). He then asked if there was anything he could do for me. I just got the fuck out of there. I don't know if he was stoned or a flirty gay guy; and I don't know what is worse.
I had visited the h/n/o store. They were having a 25% off sale on bulk snacks. This included sesame oat bran sticks. They are flavored. I think it might be ranch. I had some after I got home. I didn't think they were that good. In a first, I felt there was TOO MUCH flavoring. I had some later, either before or when I was cooking my meal. They tasted better. I still have some left. I'll see how they taste when I have them.
My first real snack was an enchilada I got at the grocery store I visited. I heated it up in the microwave for 30 sec at half power. It was really good. I had it plain and with a packet of Salsa del Sol salsa. I was going to get something a Taco Bell. Since I didn't, I was able to make it home in time to watch Inside Edition.
Later, I had a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Buffalo Blue Cheese variety. They did not taste like either item. They just tasted like a cheese flavor. The Herr's stuff is usually expensive. I only got this bag because it was on clearance at the grocery store. I got another bag, and 2 more of a different flavor.
I then had my 330am bag of Pop Weaver popcorn. I checked the tv listings on zap2it to see if they were going to show stuff at 330am due to women's WC coverage. They apparently weren't. I had fell asleep a bunch of times. I got up at 318am. At 330, I turned to the channel to watch TMZ. Instead, fucking Wendy Williams was on. If I had known that, I would have watched it at 11pm. Now I have to watch it on their website. As for the popcorn, I cooked for 1:36 and put canola oil in it when it was done. When I took it out of the microwave, it smelled like it was getting ready to burn. The popcorn was good.
My meal was pasta and spinach. For pasta, I used half a bag of elbow(aka curved) macaroni. After I dumped the water out of the pot with the macaroni, I added the spinach and canola oil. The spinach seemed to mix better this time than when I used rotini. It was good plain, and with black pepper, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheeses, and various combinations of those.
My meat item was a can of Crown Prince sardines in tomato sauce. They were good. I opened the can with just one small part not getting opened. I just flipped the top up and twisted to get it off.
Sat: I snacked on some sweet stuff.
I had 2 packages of Cranberry Almond flavor Quaker Breakfast Flats. They were good.
I had another 1/3 of the Russell Stover chocolates. They were ok.
I finished the bag of mini Twix and opened a new bag. They were good.
I opened a bag of peanut M&Ms. They were good. I think I ate more than half the bag.
That's it for the food. I'll have my meal later. I've had the fresh version before many times. I think I had these, the canned version, a long time ago when I lived with my parents. I think I'll have to take a dump before I eat.
It is 918am. I started typing a bit after midnight. I thought I got my reading done Sat evening, but discovered I didn't. I finished during the first or second commercial break of SNL. I didn't type while watching it because I wanted to pay attention. When it first aired, I fell asleep and missed almost all of it. I then took my pre-Bones nap. After 5:30, I started slowing down, and sidetracked to other stuff. I think I also dozed off for a while. I took another nap before Meet The Press.
I am not 100% sure what my schedule will be this week. If it is what I think it will be, I'll be doing a redo, but spread out over 2 nights.
I guess I'll go now.

Hello, I'm back. Why don't we get to the food.
First, I need to add something from last week. I had a package of Buddig chicken. It was good. I think I had it for my Thu meal after I had the sardines.
Sat: My meal was 3 cans of Hormel tamales. They were good. When I had them many years ago, I didn't know they were wrapped in paper, which made interesting eating.
Sun: First, I finished a jar of store-brand chunky peanut butter. It was good. I also opened up another jar of store-brand peanut butter.
My meal was 2 things. One was a bag of sort-brand fritos scoops. They were good. The other item was a can of store brand refried black beans. They were good. They didn't seem to taste different than regular refried beans.
Mon: I had a mouthful of store-brand bacon pieces.
I had the last bag of NY Bakery Texas Toast croutons. They were the Really Ranch variety. They were good.
When I was making my meal, I ate the last bit of the oat bran sesame sticks from the h/n/o store. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. With the 1st round of spices...., I used the hot sauce. With the 2nd round, I used the last few drops of hot sauce and used the Taco Bell Diablo sauce. It was good plain and with my 3 items, which included the Taco Bell Diablo.
My meat item was a can of sardines in soybean oil. They were good. I had these due to having the hot sauce ones the previous Thu(see last week's post).
Tue: I seemed to have left off this entry in my Notepad file. I'm assuming it was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots, and was good plain and with my 3 items.
My meat item was a can of sardines in soybean oil. They were good. That means I'm back to my normal pattern.
Wed: For a snack, I had a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Deep Dish Pizza flavor. They were good, even though they didn't taste like pizza. These were way better than the Buffalo Ranch ones from the previous week.
The meal was an experiment. I used a package of Bar-S chicken hotdogs. Instead of using half a bag of buns, I used a package of tortillas. The only things I added besides the hotdogs in the tortillas is cabbage(which I fried beforehand), and onions. The first four, I first fried the hotdogs. Then just made them and set aside. The second four, I made and fried in the pan with canola oil. The order I made them and ate them was: just hd onion cabbage onion and cabbage I prepared the plain ones first, then the fried ones, and ate them in that order.
I took a few bites plain, and with regular and/or horseradish mustard. I guess they were all good. I'll get to that in a minute.
I had a snack item. It was a store-brand bag of ranch doritos. While they tasted good(even though they were well past the sell by date), they didn't taste good with the hotdogs, if that makes sense.
Since Thu was the 4th of Jul, I didn't have work. With that being so, I didn't want to eat real late, which I'll get to in a bit. Due to my reading, I started later. Then something happened. That caused even more delay. I think I didn't get done until after 330am. I think that kind of dampened my enthusiasm for the meal.
Thu: For a snack, I had some fried breaded shrimp I got from the hot/deli section of the grocery store I went to. The price was either $.39 each, or 20 for $5. I did the $5 deal. I warmed them up in the microwave as bit. They were good plain, and with a small container of cocktail sauce from Long John Silver's.
As I just said, I was off work. They made me come in on Fri, so I couldn't go into "holiday mode" for cooking and eating. For my meal, I went to Subway and got 3 sandwiches. After I got them, I visited the grocery store. I then went home and put them in the fridge since I went out rather early. Some time before I ate, I took them out of the fridge to warm up.
The first sandwich was the Meatball Marinara. I had it on flatbread. I had provolone cheese, olives, onion, green pepper, spinach, oregano, and parmesan. It was good. Before I ate, I warmed it up in the microwave for 80 sec(40x2) at 50% power.
The second sandwich was a Coldcut Combo. I had it on Italian bread. I had provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, oregano, and parmesan cheese. It was good.
The last sandwich was also a Coldcut Combo. Like the previous one, I had it on Italian bread with provolone cheese, oregano, and parmesan cheese. I think I had spinach and olives on it. I also had the Subway Cesar dressing. It was good.
Fri: I had 2 things for my first snack. One was a can of Vienna sausages. They were good even though I just took them off the shelf. The other thing was something I got in the Mexican aisle of the grocery store I visited on Thu, but I got a few weeks earlier. I think the product name is Aritos, and the company is BotanaCo. They were Chili & Lime flavor. They were ok. There was some heat. Here is a pic: images.offerup.com/ablcYA_k-qd6R11I7gXLWEkPOyw=/450x800/e6a4/e6a4db8020454476ad31041a2fa1dba3.jpg
Later, I had 2 eggrolls and 4 crab rangoon that I got in the Chinese section of the grocery store I visited after work. They were good.
I had my TMZ bag of Pop Weaver popcorn. I cooked it for 1:36 and put in canola oil when it was done. There were some pre-burnt pieces. There looked to be more unpopped kernels this time, but I didn't count them. It was good.
I had a bunch of stuff. I'll just do it in a modified list.
can of black olives: They were good.
can of Pringles: They were the Extra Hot Chili & Lime. They were good. There was heat.
store-brand Rice & Sauce: It was the Chicken flavor. This is a bag/pouch that has the rice and flavoring powder. You mix it in with water and butter or margarine(I used canola oil instead after asking a cook in the hot section). You bring this mix to a boil that sit for 7 min. It was good. It is similar to chicken flavor Rice a Roni. This seemed a little drier, but I waited quite a while before I ate.
Fast Fixin' Chicken Strips: When I see the word "strips", I envision something bigger. These were trianglarish pieces a bit bigger than chicken nuggets. That was actually not an issue for me. They were good. I had them both plain, and with 3 different Burger King sauces. They were Honey Mustard, Sweet & Sour, and Zesty. They were ok. I'm not really a dipping sauce kind of person. The Zesty tasted like it had horseradish.
Sat: I had sweet stuff to snack on.
I had 2 packages of Cranberry Almond flavor Quaker Breakfast Flats. They were good.
I had some peanut M&Ms and mini Twix, which were both good.
I finished the Russell Stover chocolate. These were better than the other 2 weeks. The deal is that the top of the box showed what each piece was. I started with what I thought I would like least, and went up to what I thought I would like the most. That's why I have a better opinion today.
That is all for the food. You may be thinking "he had hotdogs Wed, but not on Fri". That is true. I was originally going to, but decided against it. It seemed to take a long time on Wed, but that was partly due to the delay. I didn't want to spend a long time cooking my "Fri" meal on Sat, since I needed to get up to mow the lawn and be done before Detectorists came on.
Since I don't need to get up tonight, I'm making the hotdogs in a bit. It will be a variation on Wed. I'm going to do a do-over of maybe 2 uncooked tortillas.
I'm going to take a dump before I start cooking.
It is now 1046am. I didn't watch a lot of SNL because it was the Jason Momoa episode. I finished up my reading, but was looking at Yahoo news. I did that during Bob's Burgers a bit, and I was drowsy. I actually fell asleep, and woke up at 101am. I then went into my bed and took my pre-Bones nap. I then started typing during Bones. I kind of slowed down around 5 and dozed off. I was still feeling groggy, and maybe dozed off again after 6 and woke up after 630. I was still drowsy, and was typing slowly. I took another nap before 8 to get up to watch Meet The Press. I was watching Virtual Railfan on YT while watching MTP. I then started up typing again.
Is it me, or does ABC's Susan Travers look a bit like Julianne Moore?
I guess it's time to go. I'll probably be back next week.

It is actually midnight when I'm starting this.
I was just looking over last week's post, and there is an error. For Sun, I said "sort-brand", when I ment to say "store-brand". D'oh! And double D'oh!, since I found a second error. I was referring to the Herr's Cheese Curls from the previous week. I called them Buffalo Ranch, when They are really Buffalo Blue Cheese.
Sat: This was the 2nd part of the hotdog experiment that I started on Wed. Due to some of the crap that time, I wanted a bit of a do-over. I took 2 hotdogs and fried them up in the pan, while also frying up some cabbage. I took each hd and put it in an uncooked tortilla. In one, I added onion, and put cabbage in the other. They were good plain, with regular mustard, and horseradish mustard.
For the other hds, I wrapped them up in tortillas. This time, I deep fried them in my pot of canola oil. I did this before, I think, but I had 2 problems. The one I want to mention now is one I had when deep frying other stuff. That is, I had the burner turned up too much, causing the oil to burn which created a smokey haze. This time, I used a candy thermometer that I bought at the Walmart Market. I used it to try to keep the oil around 350F. It was a pain, because I would have to turn the burner down, or even off, then turn it up again. The other problem was the other stuff(onion and/or cabbage) falling out. I think what I did was to put the hd/tortilla in the fryer basket seam-side down. There was another problem. The hd/tortillas like to start floating. I had to use some tongs to hold them down. The floating cause the tortilla to unroll a bit a few times. The tongs kind of helped with that.
The eating order was: just hd onion cabbage 2x onion/cabbage 2x They all tasted pretty good plain, with regular mustard, and horseradish mustard. They were messy to eat because the tortillas would crumble. It was more of a problem with the ones where the tortilla opened up some.
Like Wed, I also put mozzarella cheese in the 2 other tortillas. I used the other half of the 8oz block. cooked both of them in the oil. When I cooked the second one, it floated and started to open up. Thankfully, the cheese stayed inside, due to how it floated and opened. These were good.
That was not all. I also made chicharrones de harina(aka duros). I put 6 in the basket at a time. Besides plain, I tried them with all the spices and condiments except for the mustards. It was a pain putting the hot sauce and soy sauce on them. The red pepper flakes didn't really get on them due to the too small holes in the container. I can't remember if I also used the ALDI chipotle mrs dash.
The plain ones were good. I think I liked the ones with black pepper, and maybe chili powder. The other ones were ok.
As for the meal, I'm thinking I won't make it again. It took too long to make, and it was a pain keeping the tortillas from unrolling. And there was the problem with them crumbling. The duros only take a few seconds to cook, so they didn't contribute greatly to the cooking time, even though I made a lot. There was the extra time involved in putting the spices and condiments on them.
Sun: I finished a box of cereal. It was a box of Millville(ALDI brand) version of cocoa pebbles. They were good.
My meal was half a bag of Snyder's Olde Tyme pretzels. They were good.
Mon: I finished the package of store-brand bacon pieces.
I also opened up a Klements summer sausage. It is the plain variety. I was thinking about it, and decided to look at the sell by date. I couldn't read it. They always have a bit of liquid inside. The liquid was brownish and cloudy. I wanted to open it up and see if it was still good. When I opened the package, it smelled a bit off. I cut off about 1.5 inches. That piece smelled fine. The end piece did taste a bit off, but the rest of that piece was fine.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. The only things I added were some unflavored waters, and some hot sauce that I opened. It is a bottle of Tapatio. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items(including the Tapatio).
Tue: I had some summer sausage, which was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I put everything in the pan, except for the Tapatio. I used the Taco Bell Diablo. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items, but I can't remember if that included the Diablo or Tapatio.
Wed: I had some summer sausage. It was good.
I had a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Jalapeno Poppers flavor. They were good. I don't think they actually tasted like jalapeno poppers. But then again, they didn't have that cheese taste like the Buffalo Blue Cheese ones. I know the name has cheese in it, but blue cheese has its own odd taste, and they didn't have that; it was a generic cheese flavor. Back to the Jalapeno Poppers, I think there might have been a small amount of heat.
Later, I had 2 things I got from the hot/deli section of a grocery store. First was sausage and peppers. It was good. There was a lot more sausage than peppers though. I think the sausage was kielbasa. The second was the 20 pieces of shrimp like the week before. They were good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. I added some drops of the Taco Bell Diablo during the first round. I may have added 2 or 3 final drops during the 2nd round. I don't think I added the Tapatio. The meal was good plain and with my 3 items(including the Tapatio).
Thu: I got a snack at Church's. They are having a promo with their limited-time Bourbon Black Pepper Smokehouse Chicken. You get a half chicken, biscuit, and mashed potatoes for $5. Since I don't like mashed potatoes, I asked if I could substitute okra, and they said yes. The biscuit was good. The okra was good. I didn't get a lot. I don't know how big of a container the mashed potatoes come in, so I don't know if I was shortchanged. As gor the chicken, it was very good. I need to tell you though, that the outside of the chicken is not glossy looking like in the commercial or the website. It looks dry. The inside of the chicken was very moist though. As for the coating, it was good. You could taste it. There was just a hint of sweetness, unlike bbq sauce.
For the meal, I had a few different things.
At McDonald's, I got 2 of the Canadian chicken sandwiches. There is the regular crispy(breaded) and grilled. I got one of each. They were good, with the crispy being better. These were $5.69 each, so I won't be getting them again.
I also got 2 pot pies at KFC. This was a do-over because I had the esophagus problem the last time I had them. This time I didn't. I think they tasted better last time though.
I also got 2 containers of gravy. They were smaller than last time, but I think they had upgraded me last time since they had forgotten to add them.
I also had a bag of Chester's Fries. They were the Flamin Hot flavor. They were good. I got the KFC gravy to dip these in. I had a Sheldon moment due to the small KFC containers. They made me think I wasn't getting a lot of gravy on each "fry".
Fri: My first snack was something I got at the deli/hot section of the grocery store I often visit on Fri. I saw some meatballs sitting in some beige stuff. I asked the girl what the meatballs were in. She said they were Swedish meatballs in some kind of mushroom gravy. I decided to get some. The meatballs weren't bad, but they weren't good. The gravy wasn't that good. It tasted weak. It would have been better if they added some beef broth and/or more mushrooms.
I am 1/2 Swedish(on my mom's side). My parents used to make Swedish meatballs(then meatloaf) quite a bit. They never made any gravy though. I asked my mom about this. She said my grandma did though, but she doesn't know why she never did. She also said she forgot how my grandma made it. I'm going to be nice and give you 2 secrets to making awesome Swedish meatballs. First, cut up the onions tiny, like on a McDonald's basic burger, and fry them for a bit before adding them in. Second, use whole allspice that you crush yourself before adding them in.
The next snack was a package of store brand Inca Corn from the h/n/o store. They were the Picante variety. They were ok. There was flavor, but I don't think there was any heat. At least they weren't as salty as the regular ones.
I then had my Pop Weaver microwave popcorn. I didn't have it during TMZ. I had been falling asleep all night, missing stuff I wanted to watch. I woke up at 330am, but fell right back asleep. I think I had the popcorn after 5. I cooked it for 1:36, and added canola oil when it was done. I don't recall there being any pre-burnt pieces. I can only remember 1 unpopped kernel. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Sat: I had sweet stuff to snack on.
Before I had my main snacks, I had some cereal and peanut butter(I started doing this a while back). I opened a new box of cereal. I'll do a review once I'm done.
I finished the bag of peanut M&Ms. They were good.
I finished the mini Twix. They were good.
I had 2 more packages of the Quaker Breakfast Flats. They were good.
I also opened up a bag of Nestle Crunch eggs. They were good.
I also opened a new beverage. This time it was a store-brand 2 liter bottle of seltzer water. It's supposedly just carbonated water. It had a taste that I wasn't very keen on. I drank maybe over half. I'll probably finish it next week.
Around 9am, I had some summer sausage. I'll probably finish it either today or tomorrow. I was going to discuss how I store it in the fridge, but I'll leave that for another time(maybe next week).
That's it for the food. I'll be having my meal later. I'll have 5 things, but at most, review only 2. One of those items will be either a can of Pringles or Lay's Stax. Thankfully, there'll be no cooking.
It is now 1021am. I finished my reading during SNL, but I think I was looking at some stuff online. I started typing around midnight, and kept on until 1am for my pre-Bones nap. I got up before 2am to watch Bones, and started typing. I actually finished up the Sat meal review after 2am. I kept on typing until I started slowing down around 630am(I might have slowed down before then). I also did some reading. I then took a nice dump, then took a nap around 8 to get up at 9 for Meet The Press.
I guess that's a wrap. See you next week.

It is now 237am when I start this. I'll mention this later. I guess I'll just get to the food.
Sat: Like I said last week, I had 5 items. I said I'd only mention 1 or 2 items. I'll actually mention 3. One of my meat items was a can of store-brand tuna. It was the water variety, and good. I put in the fridge beforehand. I had a can of Pringles. They were the Cheddar & Sour Cream flavor. They were good. That is despite the cheese flavor, which I may not have really tasted, if at all. The sour cream flavor just may have been weak. I had a bag of Chex Mix. They were the Sour Cream and onion flavor. They were good. They tasted different than the Pringles, and had a stronger flavor.
Sun: I finished up a jar of peanut butter. It was a store-brand creamy with honey. It was good.
My meal was the other half of the bag of Snyder's Olde Tyme pretzels. They were good.
Mon: I opened a bag of generic-brand bacon bits. I didn't think they were that good, but I just had them off the shelf.
I finished the summer sausage. It was good.
I had a Maruchan Instant Lunch. It was the Sriracha Chicken flavor. It was good. There might have been a little heat.
Later I had a bag of store-brand veggie straws from the h/n/o store. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies, using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: I had another mouthful of bacon bits. They tasted better this time, probably because I had them in the fridge.
I had a package of Buddig Turkey. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and veggies, using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
That was my last bag of frozen veggies, since they weren't on sale for a while. The ad for one store chain had them on sale. After going to 4 different stores over Thu and Fri, I filled up my fridge.
Wed: My snack was a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Buffalo Blue Cheese. They seemed to taste better than the other time, but that could be due to that I knew what to expect this time.
Like I said up above, I didn't have any bags of frozen veggies in the freezer. I decided to have hotdogs. There was a problem though. I needed to get buns. I was originally going to visit an ALDI that is near another grocery store. I didn't go to that one, since our training class ran quite long. Also I think I may have been getting some discomfort in my lower intestine. The stuff I wanted to get at the grocery store wasn't on sale, and I could get it at the one near me. I decided to go to the ALDI that's just a little out of the way. I went to the shelf where the buns are. There were a ton of loaves of white bread. There were quite a few hamburger buns. There was just one bag of hotdog buns, but they didn't look good. I asked a worker if there were any more, and he said they were out. I decided to get a bag of hamburger buns.
As for the meal, I used a package of Oscar Mayer hotdogs that I cooked in the microwave. I had 4 on buns and 4 naked. For the ones on buns, I had to cut each hd in half and put the halves side by side. I used regular mustard, horseradish mustard, and onions. I think the order I had for the hd on buns was: mustard mustard, onion horseradish must horseradish must, onion For the other 4, I just had regular and/or horseradish mustard on each bite. I think I only made enough onion for the ones on buns.
As for the taste, they were good. That being so, my experience was dampened by the hamburger buns. I had to pay attention when holding them to keep the hd halves from falling out. I think some mustard and/or onion gooped out though.
I also had a snack item. It was a bag of wavy potato chips from ALDI. There is not an apparent brand name; the bag says "Journey To Thailand". They were Thai curry flavor. While they weren't bad, they weren't good. The flavor didn't seem to be like anything else I've had before. I definitely wouldn't buy them again.
Thu: I had a coupon for Church's Chicken, so that is what I had. The coupon was for 10 thighs and 10 legs. I also got 2 large containers of gravy. The chicken was good. I didn't finish it. There were 3 thighs,2 legs, and a leg where I ate some of it left. I also still had one almost full container of gravy left.
Fri: For my first snack, I had the rest of the Church's chicken and gravy. It was good. I had originally planned to eat a few pieces, and have the rest later. It was a good thing I didn't stick top my original plan. I kept on dozing off all night. I missed most of King of the Hill. I woke up to watch TMZ, but fell asleep right away.
I had my bag of Pop Weaver after 5am. I cooked it for 1:36, and put canola oil in the bag. There was some pre-burning, because I could smell it. The popcorn was good. There were a lot of unpopped kernels this time. My brain is saying there were like 11.
My meal was hotdogs. Again, it was a package of Oscar Mayer. I fried them in the pan. Before that, I fried up some cabbage. After the hd were done, I toasted the buns in the pan. The first one, I just toasted on the inside and outside without adding extra oil. The second and third ones, I rubbed oil on them on either the inside or outside, but can't recall what order. The last one, I rubbed oil on both sides and toasted them. That is the order I ate them in, with 2 or 3 undetermined. As for other stuff, I put both mustards on each one. As for the cabbage and onion, I ate them in this order: nothing onion cabbage both As for the naked ones, I would try both mustards randomly. I had some onion left over, so I put that on various bites.
As for the taste, they were good, but I had the same problem with the buns.
I also had a snack. It was a bag of Doritos. They were the Blazin' Buffalo & Ranch flavor. They were good, but a bit less than a previous Buffalo wing flavor. There was also some heat.
I ate slowly, because of the heat. I won't go into it, but I have my AC off. Sat was the hottest day of the year so far. I was greasy and/or sticky with sweat when I was eating.
Sat: After I mowed the lawn, I had a bottle of Powerade. It was Blue Raspberry Cherry. It was good. I still have 2 other blue colored berry variations.
I opened up a new jar of peanut butter. As always, I'll review it when I'm done.
I had my Bones sweet stuff.
I finished the seltzer water. Like I said last week, there is some taste I don't really like.
I finished the Quaker Breakfast Flats. They were good. I put them in the freezer beforehand. Only one or 2 were cold; when I had the rest(there are 3 to a package, and I had 2), they were room temp.
I had some more Nestle Crunch eggs. They were good.
I opened a bag of various mini candy bars. I ate all the Twix. While they were good, I'm glad I'm done with them. There were just too many in total.
I also opened a new box of Little Debbie stuff. It was the Star Crunch. I had 2 of them. They were good. I put them in the fridge beforehand.
That is all for the food.
I will have my "Sat" meal in a bit. I think I need to take a dump first, even though I took one earlier. I'm having 4 items, but I know I'll only review 1.
It is 1058am. I finished my reading sometime after midnight. I was feeling sluggish(probably due to mowing the lawn, and the hot house), so intended to watch the second episode of Bob's Burgers, then take my pre-Bones nap. I fell asleep, and woke up at 1:11am. I then went into my bed and set my alarm to get up for Bones. After I got up, I got my snacks together. I was going to sit down, but then I had to kill 2 bugs I apparently let in when I opened the front door when I checked the weather. I think I also checked Virtual Railfan. That's why I started later. I then started typing. At about 310 am, the power went off for a few seconds. It was long enough to fuck up the clocks, and make my ATT box reset. I waited a while until the ATT box was ready again. I slowed down at 5am, due to being tired. I may have checked VR again. I did do some Sun reading. I think I may have dozed off. After 730, I took a dump. I then took a nap to get up at 9, even though Meet The Press is not on today. I watched the first half of the Fox version of MTP. At 930, I watched the ABC version. The affiliate is retarded, and won't start that at the top of the hour(either 9 or 10, but I would prefer 10).
I guess that is all. I should be back next week. Bye!

Hello, it is 1150pm Sat. I'll get right to the food.
Actually, I do have something I need to mention, which I've forgotten about for a while. Even though I have a mustard container open, I haven't been putting any in my fried rice and veggies. I think on Jul3, I used the opened bottle from the fridge with my hd. On the 6th, I opened a new bottle. I think I was putting some in the pan from the old bottle for a few days, until it ran out.
Sat: Like I said last week, I had 4 items, and review one. It was a can of Deutsche Kuche herring. It was the Pineapple Curry flavor. It was good.
Sun: I opened a new jar of peanut butter. I'll review it when done.
My "meal" was a bag of Pepperidge Farms Goldfish Pretzels. They were good.
Mon: My snack was a bag of Gourmet Select puffcorn. It was good.
My meal was fried rice and vegies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Tue: I had 3 snacks. First was a Michelina's frozen entrée. It was Five Cheese Lasagna. The instructions say to cook it for 3 min, then stir the sauce, which I did. It then says to cook it for another 90sec. When I stirred it, it was really hot. I didn't want to burn it, so I only cooked it for 40sec. It was still hot. It tasted fine. I wouldn't really call it lasagna. It was 2 lasagna noodles with some cheese between them, covered with pasta sauce. It was good though. Later I had a package of Buddig meat. It was Black Forest Turkey. It was good. I'll skip the 3rd.
My meal was fried rice and vegies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
For the meat item, I had a can of Pampa sardines in brine. They were ok.
Wed: My meal was fried rice and vegies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with my 3 items.
Thu: For a snack, I went to Popeyes. They are doing a $5 Double Dippers promo. It is the chicken, a side, and a roll. The roll was good. I chose jambalaya as my side. It was good. The chicken is where the DD comes from. It is breaded chicken chunks, but also comes with a 2 compartment container. The container has ranch dressing in one half, and some kind of crunchy parmesan bits in the other. What you do is dip the chicken piece in the ranch, then the parmesan bits. When I was there, they didn't have any of those containers ready. They put the parmesan bits in one, and just gave me a regular container of ranch sauce. As for the taste, it was good. The ranch sauce by itself had a bit too strong of a taste, but the parmesan bits seemed to neutralize the ranch.
For my meal, I had tamales. A grocery chain was having a sale where the chicken and beef were $1 each. I got 4 of each, and 2 pork, which were $1.50 each. When I was at the deli section, there were no beef out. The woman came out with a box and put more out. They were out of the freezer, and frozen solid. I think the chicken and/or pork were rather cold also. When I got home, I just set them all on the counter to thaw. When it was time to eat, I cooked them in the microwave for 40sec at 50% power twice. I had them plain, with my hot sauce, some mild(there wasn't any hotter) taco sauce, and both. As for the taste, they were all good. I was surprised that I liked the beef the least, and pork the most, since I'm not a pork person.
Fri: My first snack was from Taco Bell. I had a soft taco with Diablo sauce. It was good. I also had one of the new Steak Reaper Ranch Fries Burrito. I'll leave it up to you to look it up. I was good, both plain, and with Diablo sauce. It didn't seem to be that hot unless I used the Diablo. I don't know if that had anything to do with it cooling off; I didn't feel like heating it up.
Later, I had a store-brand bag of potato chips from the h/n/o store. They were the Sour Cream & Onion Organic variety. The best by date was April 6. The bag was still fully sealed, but the chips had gotten soft. They tasted fine though.
I had my bag of Pop Weaver, but around 6am this time. Blah blah blah. It was good. I notated that there were only 7 unpopped kernels.
When I was cooking my meal, I had a mouthful of bacon bits, which were good.
I'd like to say my meal was fried rice and vegies using half a bag of peas & carrots, but I didn't use any rice. Instead, I used 3 packages of Maruchan Chicken Instant Ramen, which I had cooked at least 2 hours beforehand. I did the first round of spices.... like normal. After I added the ramen and stirred it in, I added the spices and condiments. I also added a bit of water; I use more when I use rice. I then just let everything heat up. I didn't try to brown anything. I set it in the oven to cool off. I t seemed to take much longer than with the rice, but that is probably because there was more ramen than there is rice. As for the taste, it was good plain and with my 3 items.
That's it for the food. I didn't have my sweet stuff because I didn't want to fill up before my meal. My meal is a redo of something I've had before.
It is now 1048am. I could have gotten done WAYYY earlier. I got my Sat reading done before 730. I could have started typing at 1030 during SNL, but I felt sluggish, and just sat there. I started typing at 1150pm. At 1am, I took my pre-Bones nap. I started watching the episode, but fell asleep. Actually, I was going in and out of sleep, and it sounded like an episode I'd already seen. I just checked, and confirmed it. The same thing happened afterwards with the TMZ weekend edition. I think I fully woke up between 30-40min in. I then started watching Washington Week(In Review) on PBS at 4, when my lower intestine started bothering me. I had to take a dump. Then, I was kind of typing slow, and felt a bit drowsy. I also checked the Virtual Railfan KC cam on YT. I also did some Sun reading. I then took my pre-Meet The Press nap. I then got up and started typing, but also doing some reading during the commercials.
Next week, I don't know when I'll post. My schedule will change starting Sat, due to taking my car in. I'll be taking of from work until I go back on Aug14. I'll talk a bit more about that next time.
Until then!

Hello everyone. I am starting this close to 8am on Sat. I am at the dealership getting my oil changed and stuff looked over, including a tire, I guess I'll start with the food.
Sat: My meal was a big-ass sandwich. I used a large loaf of Italian bread that I sliced open. I fried up some "hot" Italian sausage that I got at ALDI in the cast iron pan. After it was done, I put it on a plate to cool off. I then put some onion that I had cut up in the pan to fry up a bit. When it was to my liking, I set the pan in the oven to cool off. I then heated up a can of Hunt's Zesty & Spicy pasta sauce. I did mix in some red pepper flakes. I cut the sausages lengthwise. I then put the onions and most of the grease on the bottom half of the loaf. I put the rest of the grease on the top half of the loaf. I can't recall if I put some sauce on the bottom half next. Either way, I put the sausages on. They fit fine without layering them. I then put an 8oz block of mozzarella cheese, that I had cut up, on the sausage. I then put sauce on the top half of the loaf, and the cheese/sausage. I then put some parmesan cheese on before putting the top half of the loaf on top.
As for the taste, it was good. There was some sauce left over, so I was putting on the sandwich when I was eating it, along with some parmesan cheese. It was a bit of a pain to eat though. I cut it into about 3-inch sections. I would have to hold them in the palm of my left hand to keep the stuff from falling out. This made my hand messy.
I was able to eat the whole thing. This was basically a do-over except for 2 things. First, I didn't use mushrooms this time. The second difference is more important. Last time, I used 2 loaves of bread. I got those from a different grocery chain. Even though they might have been heavier, they are smaller because they are skinnier an taller. The loaves from the chain I used this time are wide and low. These are better for the sandwiches I make. I need to keep my head out of my ass and ONLY buy loaves from this chain. I still want to do a do-over of another sandwich I made because of this. I also have another sandwich that I have never made before.
Sun: I just had a bag of Pepperidge Farms Goldfish crackers. They were the Xplosive Pizza. They were good. There are less in the bag than the pretzels, but I didn't really mind due to my "Sat" meal.
Before I proceed, I need to mention something. My hot sauce bottle is very low. All this week, I just decided to add it to the pan while I was cooking, and not use it while I was eating. I'm planning on picking up another bottle at Walmart this coming week. I don't know what I'll get yet.
Mon: My snack was a bag of Herr's Cheese Curls. They were the Deep Dish Pizza variety. They were ok. They suffered from the same problem as the first bag of Buffalo Blue Cheese ones I had in that the cheese taste was too strong. The first bag of DDP I had didn't have this problem. I still have a small bag of DDP and BBC left.
My meal was fried rice and veggies using half a bag of peas & carrots. It was good plain and with soy sauce and/or black pepper.
Tue: My meal was the same as Mon.
Wed: Oh boy! I'm not going to go into details, but it was a stressful day. First, when I almost got to work, the low tire pressure waring light came up. Then at work, my keyboard died. And that was after there was a problem with my desk phone and mouse. The phone worked during its issue, but the mouse didn't; but it did clear up. They are switching over to laptops, where you have a normal keyboard, monitor, and mouse. I ended up using the laptop keyboard, which sucks.
Needless to say, I was stressed, and did some excessive snacking.
First, I had a package of Buddig Chicken. It was good.
Later, I had 2 things. One was a small(2.5oz) of Armour Peperoni. It was good. The other item was a bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos. They were way past the sell by date, but tasted fine. They may have lost a bit of their heat.
There was something else I needed to address. When I finished the Cheetos, I started getting cramps in my lower abdomen. I ended up having to take a large loose dump. It wasn't red, but there was some burning, which was probably due to unnuetralized stomach acid. It can't be a coincidence that this happened right after eating the Cheetos, even though the Cheetos can't travel that fast though my digestive system. I even came up with a new name for this: reverse vomiting.
My meal was the same as Tue.
Thu: My meal was the same as Wed. While I was cooking, I got the same cramping as the night before. I took another large loose dump. It was probably due to the Cheetos the night before, even though there was no burning or red color.
Fri: The first snack I had was a burger I got at Wendy's. They were advertising some kind of bacon burger on tv a while back. I asked the workers if they knew which one it was, and they weren't sure. I ended up getting the Bacon Jalapeno Cheeseburger. It was good. I was able to taste the jalapenos. I think I could taste a bit of the cheese, but it wasn't annoying. Even though it was good, I wouldn't buy it again. It wasn't that big, but was $5.95 including sales tax.
The other item was a bag of Gourmet Select popcorn that I bought at Menards. It is the Butter flavor. It was good. While it tasted good, there was one negative. I think it is quite bit past the sell date; it had worn away, so I couldn't read it. While it didn't seem to affect the taste, the popcorn was softer/chewier. I had some while watching the 10pm news, and some while cooking my meal. I didn't finish the bag, since it is 12oz. I think I ate more than half the bag though.
My meal was a Red Baron Pizza. It was a Classic Crust Sausage & Peperoni. It was good. There was one negative. I guess the pizza was old because there was a layer of ice on top. I don't think that affects the taste. The problem is that I couldn't rearrange the peperoni to evenly distribute it. I guess I'll give an example of what I'm talking about. I cut a pizza into 8 slices. If there are 8 pieces of peperoni, I'd arrange them so there would be 1 piece of peperoni on each slice of pizza.
Sat: I did some snacking. First, I went to KFC for a driving snack. They are doing the 2/$3 Chicken Littles promo. There are 4 varieties to choose from. The first was the Georgia Gold flavor. It was good. The second was the Nashville Hot. It was good, but not spicy. I had them shortly after getting them, so they didn't have a chance to cool off. Later, on the way home, I went to a QuikTrip, and got 3 Buffalo Chicken Bites. I ate then after I got home and did some stuff, while watching British show The Wrong Mans. They were good. Recently, there were signs on the pumps advertising them as $.99 each. When I got gas at another one earlier, the signs had been changed to a soft pretzel promo. It was the same thing when I stopped here. I was just going to get a pretzel. When I went inside, there was still a big sign for the BCB. I asked a worker when the promo was ending, and he said probably at the end of the month.
My meal was fried chicken. I bought a package of 3 chicken breasts a while back when they were on sale. Before I put them in the freezer, I cut each one crosswise. For my meal, I used 4 of these pieces. First, I used some paper towels and dried off each piece. I rolled them around in a mixture of flour and cornstarch. I used my pot of canola oil. When the oil reached 350F, I put the 2 smaller pieces in. I cooked them for 14min. After that, I took them out. I then put the larger pieces in and cooked them for 16min. I took them out when done. As for the taste, they were good. I didn't have any gravy. The meat was really juicy. There was some crunchy stuff on the outside, even though it's not as much as you get retail.
One of the items I had with it was a block of store-brand extra firm tofu from the h/n/o store. I cut it up into cube-ish pieces and cooked them in the oil. Since there was quite a bit of the flour/cornstarch mixture left, I rolled quite a few pieces in it until it was gone. As for the taste, they were ok. I had them plain, and with all my spices and condiments. I was too tired to make a list, but I'll just list everything below: pepper red pepper flakes curry powder chili powder ALDI mrs dash, chipotle hot sauce soy sauce mustard parmesan I do recall liking the parmesan.
I also had an eggplant. I cut is up in pieces similar in size to the tofu, and cooked in in the oil. I had a brain fart. I was cooking them intending to make them brown/crunchy on the outside. I eventually remembered that I just need to cook them until they are soft. As for the taste, they were good. Some pieces tasted like okra. I had them plain and with the stuff listed above. Again, I liked the parmesan. There is a negative. Eggplant likes to absorb oil, so all the pieces were greasy. I think that made me have to run off to take a dump later that night.
Sun: I snacked on some of the leftover popcorn. It was good
That's all for now. I'll be having my meal later. It won't be a big meal, due to my Sat meal, and I'll be having a full meal Mon night.
Like I said last week, I'm taking off from work this week, and Mon and Tue of next week, I'll be doing a do-over of a meal. I was going cook something for the first time which I had eaten many times when cooked by my mom. Actually, I meant 1 of 2 similar things. I thought I was going to pick up one of them Fri since it was on sale, but they were WAY too big. I am also planning on doing an experiment.
I am planning on going to St Louis on Thu to see my nieces. I am planning on trying one of the city's famous food items. I don't know if I'll visit other places when I'm there.
I am still at the dealership right now. They need to change the rear bake pads. The bad tire had a bolt in it, so I need a new one, and it sounds it is going to be a bit of a wait until a new one comes in. I'm planning on visiting the thrift stores and pawn shop here when I'm done. I'm also planning on visiting all but 2 of the Independence thrift stores. I also want to visit the thrift store at the main Salvation Army building. If it isn't too late, I want to also go to the thrift stores in my former town. Unfortunately, this time it isn't just looking at stuff for the hell of it. The front left leg on my "Archie Bunker" chair, that is the chair I use all the time, is coming loose. I'm guessing it's something I can't easily fix; it looks like I would have to cut off some of the upholstery to fully access it. It would probably be too much money to get fixed. I have been using my grandpa's old recliner. I had been using to keep clothes on, except when I went to sleep on the weekend(I take naps in my bed). Recently, the apparatus that lets the chair rock has apparently crapped out. There is creaking and pinging. There was also a sound and feeling like something snapped.
I got out of the dealership after 1pm. I went to all the places I wanted to, except the ones in my parents town. I did visit 1 place there, because the manager that I'm friends with doesn't come in on Mon. I don't know when I'll post that stuff.
I did most of the pretyping at the dealership, so I basically just typed up the Sat/Sun stuff.
I guess that's it, so I'll see you next time.

Hello. It is nearing the end of the week of my days off. I am starting to pretype this at 3am Sat morning. I'll stop around 330 for TMZ, since I dozed off during the 11pm airing. I don't know if I'll continue after the show is over.
Now time for the food.
Sun: Since I had a big "Sat" meal late, I didn't want anything big. Also, I was intending to eat a lot earlier than I did, but I had to do the reading I didn't get to do Fri/Sat, and I made my weekly post. I just kept it small, and had 3 things. One was an 8oz block of monterey jack cheese. Another was a bag of the Chile Limon Doritos Dynamitas. They were good, even though the sell by date was really old. I can't remember how hot they were. The last item was a can of Great Value(WM brand) Chunk White Chicken in Fajita Flavored Sauce. It was good. To me, the sauce tasted like what they use with tamales; though I have never had real fajitas. I got this, and a second can on a clearance rack. They were $1.25 for a 10oz can. That is a good price, considering that 5oz cans of Hormel chicken go on sale for $1 at Menards.
Mon: Oh shit! This is going to be a pain. I think I will review the food, then tell the story. For my meal, I went to Sonic and Hardee's(Carl's Jr. for people in the western US). At Sonic, I got a blt. It was good, but it was WAAAAY expensive. At Hardee's, I got 3 burgers, and 2 large fries. Hardees is doing a promo where there are 3 double cheeseburgers for $2.49 each. I got 2 of them. One was the Hardee's Classic. It was good. The other was the Bacon Cheddar Double. It was good. I could taste the bacon. I don't think I tasted the cheese on either one, which is a good thing. The last sandwich was the Garlic Bread Thickburger. It was ok. I didn't really taste any garlic. That could be due to me waiting a long time to eat. As for the fries, one was regular. It was ok. Again, they would have tasted better warm. I don't think I'd get it again, since it's $$$$. There was a promotion related to the Garlic Bread Thickburger where you could get any size fries upgraded to Cheesy Garlic Fries for an extra $1. That's what I did with my other fries. These were NOT good. Due to them being cold, the cheese had congealed into a few small strands. I don't think there was ANY garlic taste. I don't know if that was also related to them being cold.
Now for the story. I stopped in at Hardee's about 2 hours earlier to find out when they closed. That is when I saw the GBT and CGF advertised. I then went to the Sonic that was really close by. I also asked them when they closed. They are/were doing a promo with Summertime BLTs. I asked if they were still doing them. The worker told me they were only doing the regular, since they ran out of chicken for the chicken version. He told me to go to the one on the edge of town, since they should still have them. When I went out to get my food, I first stopped at Hardee's. I got the Hardee's Classic, the GBT, and both fries. I then went to that other Sonic. I asked there, and the girl said they were also out of chicken. I think she said they were also out of the sauce used on both sandwiches. I was tired, and somehow, I ended up getting the regular blt, which I didn't intend to get. I then went back to Hardee's, and got the BCD. When I went to first Sonic earlier, I asked the guy if they could call the other one and ask if they still had those sandwiches. If I wasn't trying to a bunch of stuff when I got to my parents house, I should have called myself. If I had known what was going on, I would have got the 3 burgers(and fries) at Hardee's, and got the regular Summertime BLT at the first Sonic, and been back to the house right away.
I had something else to mention. When I was eating, I was getting heartburn and gas. I could tell if I didn't do something, I would have the problem of food getting caught in my esophagus. I moved around to burp a bunch of times, and drank more water than I usually do.
Tue: Before I went home, I stopped at Arby's. They are doing a promo where they have sliders on those King's Hawaiian buns for $1.49 each. There are 3, but I only got 2(idn't get the King's Hawaiian Ham Slider). The bun they used is TINY. I first had the King's Hawaiian Roast Beef Slider. It was good. The other was the King's Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Slider. It was good. It did have a bbq taste, but wasn't overwhelming. I wouldn't get these again because I feel they are too expensive for what you get. Also, I didn't seem to notice the difference in taste with the buns, so that also made them a bit of a waste.
Later, I finished the bag of Specially Selected popcorn. It was good.
Even later, I had a can of beer. It was a Coors Light "tallboy" aka 16fl oz. I don't like beer, so it just tasted like beer.
My meal was 3 things. First, 2 cans of ALDI chili with beans. It/they was good. Next was a can of ALDI chili without beans. It was also good. I found it odd that the 2 kinds of chili tasted different. I also had a box of Nabisco Chicken in a Biskit crackers. They were ok.
The reason I ate the chili, had the beer, and to a lesser extent, the popcorn, was that on Wed, I went to St Louis to see my nieces. They are girls, but think farts are funny. I was trying to fuel up before my trip. I ate kind of late, then went to bed. 4 hrs later, I woke up, and was a fart factory. I think I pretty much emptied out.
Wed: On the way to St Louis, I drank a can of Coors Light. It was the last of the 12-pack I bought the night I got drunk(which I posted) a few years back. It's against the law to drink a can of beer while driving, but I would think they would be more concerned that I averaged 90mph on the drive there.
During the trip, I stopped at a Sonic. I asked if they had the Summertime BLTs. The worker said they were out of chicken, but I could get the regular one, so I did. It was good, but I probably not get it again due to the price.
For my meal, I got a St louis classic, an Imo's pizza. I got it with peperoni. It was ok. I ate it 30min after it was delivered, because I wanted to eat it while watching TMZ.
Thu: On the way back home, I stopped at a Quicktrip in Blue Springs(where I get my car worked on). I had 3 of the Buffalo Cheese Bites. They were good. My meal was almost all stuff from ALDI. The main item was a bundt cake. It was actually a sampler where each quarter was a different kind. They were Vanilla, Louisiana Crunch, Sock-It-To-Me, and Chocolate. I tried each plain, with ALDI cool whip, and cool whip with some ALDI chocolate chips my parents have. Everything was good. I finished all the cake and the cool whip.
My beverage was ALDI 2% milk with Nesquick Chocolate milk powder. It was good. Nesquick used to be Nestle Quick.
Fri: I had 2 items. I'll do the easy one first.
I had half a bag of ALDI noodles. They were ok. When they were done cooking, I dumped out the water, then mixed in canola oil and pepper. Apparently I didn't add enough canola oil, because the noodles were all stuck together.
The main item was pork chops with onions and water. I got a package of 6 boneless chops that were on sale. They were a bit thick, so I decided to thin them. I took the plastic wrap off the chops. I then put each chop in the plastic wrap, and flattened them a bit with the smooth top of the meat tenderizer. I then put some canola oil in a big pan and heated it up. I then put in the chops to brown. While they were, I cut up about half of a large onion. I checked to chops to see if they had browned. They had, so I turned them over. Then they got brown on that side. I guess cooking them caused smoke, so it caused the smoke alarms to go off(I think they're all connected, so when one goes off, they all do). I turned on the stove fan, and the ceiling fans. After both sides were brown, I added the onion. I then added the water, which was only 2 cups, but it got close to the top of the chops. I waited until the water started boiling, then put the lid on and turned the burner down to simmer. I set the timer to 22:30. I was busy in the basement, so I came upstairs quite a bit after I heard the timer go off. I then flipped the chops and set the timer to 22:30 again. When the timer went off, I still let the chops cook; I waited until the noodles were done.
As for the taste, they were good. There was enough water and onions for all the chops. I finished them all(and the noodles). I was full, but not in pain.
Sat: I had a beverage. It was a can of Arizona Iced Tea with Lemon Flavor. It was good.
That's it for the food this week. I'll have my meal later. I got stuff at a restaurant that I've never visited before.
The meal for Sun will be an experiment.
I go back to work on Wed.
I still have to type up my pawn/thrift tip. I don't know when I'll do it. I'm going to go take a nap now, then watch Bones, then TMZ.
See you next week at the regular time.
