  Official Website: swordshield.pokemon.com/en-gb/I'm already loving the fire rabbit (don't care if it'll become another Fire/Fighting-type). Really looking forwards to some Pokémon based on species from the United Kingdom. And from those logos, it looks like the mascot Legendary Pokémon will both be wolves. |

I'm actually intrigued by the region. It looks amazing on the Nintendo switch. I wonder if this region borders Kalos. I love all three starters so far, and can't decide which one I like best. We'll have to wait until they show the second and third evolutions to actually decide which one I like best.

My hopes for the games: -the villain is the Champion. -the region isn't as linear as its map looks. -Sobble's later evos gain a secondary type no other Water starter has had before. -don't repeat the "climax after badge 7" formula (while the other ones won't upset me if they aren't fulfilled, this one will cause some disappointment if it happens). My hopes for the corresponding animated saga: -If TR can't be ditched completely, at least make them like they were in BW or have Ash contend with another villain(s) in addition to them. -keep the SM animation style. -have Ash have actual character to him (that is, don't go back to his utterly forgettable XY characterization). -overhaul Status QuOLM's music department (seriously, S. Miyazaki needs to go). -keep Argy on board for the dub script. -keep as little JP music as possible (only if S. Miyazaki is still on board as composer; if not, then just keep as much as you deem necessary). -do NOT have an utterly rotten character like Aipom/Ambipom or M11 Shaymin. Anyway, I'm getting Shield version (advice from Gobber the Belch: always take the shield) and Sobble will be my starter. |

The more I look at Scorbunny, the more it's looking like it will evolve into something related to football.
And if that's the case, then people don't have to worry about getting yet another Fire/Fighting-type starter.
