This is a thread to discuss released Pokémon games, main and spin-offs. Talk about your achievements, reveal your main series games teams, ask for help, etc.
I got Pokémon Conquest, the Pokémon and Nobunaga's Ambition crossover, around four weeks ago and finished the main story yesterday, now I am currently playing the extra stories. I have to say I have been really enjoying it, it's the first time I played game like this, unfortunately due to me enjoying it I felt like I've been playing it too fast. It also makes me want to see more crossover games being done of Pokémon, though not sure what game would make for a good one.

No, we just had threads for main series games. I know there are people who want to talk about any current Pokémon game, so that's why I made this thread.
By the way, I believe it's better for any newly released spin-off game to be discussed here instead of having their own thread, this is due to their usually being hardly any discussions on them most likely from a lack of interest (I am very into Mystery Dungeon and Pokémon Ranger). Meanwhile, any newly revealed main series Pokémon games are better suited for their own threads - like the one for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire - because they always get talked about a lot.

I loved Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team! It was one of my very favourites (and still is, even though I don't play it anymore)! I had played it for over a hundred hours before I knew it. This game left a huge impact on my life. Needless to say I had a mental breakdown when I accidentally overwrote the main save file. I never got the urge to play any Mystery Dungeon game since then.

I am seeing all these new spin-off games being revealed which I don't care for and all I can think is; "Where's the fuck is the new Pokémon Ranger game?".
I want to have Pokémon Ranger in 3D, I want to loop in 3D, I want there to be riding Pokémon in the skies just like in Guardian Signs, only this time I want to see in all angles instead of just in front, I want to ride on Pokémon all over the outside land just like with the second and third games in 3D (unlike in just one part of an area with X and Y). Also Pokémon Ranger games have had good plots as well, these games undeservedly underrate when they really are great IMO, although I wouldn't suggest starting with the first one as the looping in it can become very annoying and might result in a badly aching hand, wrist and fingers.

All this recent Pokemon talk has put me in the mood to play the games again, so I picked up X again and I've retaken to trying to hatch a shiny Wooper. If anyone wants a Wooper, lemme know because I got like over 100 of them right now.
Also sorry because I'm gonna be clogging up Wonder Trade with these things soon also.

I really liked Pokemon Conquest, though I've yet to finish it. It was a bit too simple for my tastes, and a bit too easy too, but I've come to expect that from Pokemon games. I would have liked if the Pokemon got more than one attack to use, it woulda been a lot funner. And as I've said before I love how it takes place in Pokemon's feudal Japan equivalent of an Amish Country. Also Guardian Signs was excessively easy, even for a Pokemon game. I also found the characters to be annoying and they talked way too much, and removed the multiple partner option they had in Shadows of Almia (which in my opinion, was the best Ranger game). Also aww yeeh guess who's dick is huge. Answer: It's mine.

Here he is, my first shiny from Pokémon X (with just a simple encounter): I'm gonna use this little guy in my next game play, I don't care that he has a Timid Nature.

A shiny Wooper with Curse and Recover?! Damn, well done! You seem really obsessed with Quagsire. I usually don't hunt for shinies, as I believe that all that glitters is not necessarily gold. I even wonder why people go after these things like crazy. I have no complaints about my "shiny" luck, as I have found quite a few shinies over the years, sometimes even the same species twice! I don't use any of them, though. I just keep them boxed as collective "trophies" or something.
I have never played Pokemon Conquest, and I have no idea what this is about.
As for Pokemon Ranger, I enjoyed both the first game and Shadows of Almia, though they were extremely frustrating at times, especially the first one. The first Ranger game was the hardest in my opinion. I also fully completed the Almia Browser, and captured that fucking Regigigas at last (it is a pain to catch in all the games it has appeared in). The only thing I left is the special events, which I don't have access to, since emulators don't support Wi-Fi (yet). I haven't played Guardian Signs much, because it is a "heavy" (as I call it) game, and I don't have the fastest PC, so I can't tell much about it. The thing that bugs me about Pokemon Ranger (especially the first game) is that you can't keep the Pokemon you capture.
Also, I think that Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia is the first Pokemon game where the player can die.

The thing that bugs me about Pokemon Ranger (especially the first game) is that you can't keep the Pokemon you capture. This has been tweaked in Guaridan Signs, you only lose a Pokémon you capture if you use it to clear a target or it gets hit by a Pokémon attack. Yes, if time runs out in the sinking of cargo ship mission. Heck, the Pokémon Ranger games are rather violent (especially the 2nd and 3rd ones).

I will be glad to take it, my Friend Code is 0318-6819-0136. Is there any specific Pokémon you would like to trade it for?

Nah man I don't give a shit. Whatever you got.
Fucker's got a Relaxed nature with Unaware as its ability, it's also got Curse and Recover and has perfect IVs in HP, Attack and Defense so it'll be competitively useful if you're into that sorta thing.
You want a nickname on it? My FC is 2492 4175 3923, by the way.
