For the new pokemon revealed today I have to admit that I think the sand castles look pretty silly/stupid and not the appealing kind of silly/stupid but that's just me. As usual object-based pokemon don't appeal to me much (Aegislash and a few others are exceptions). Seeing it in motion may help but even then there will be that silly little shovel on its head.
I'm a bit indifferent to Bewear's first stage, though at least it isn't as surreal looking as Bewear.
The new fish is pretty interesting, I am curious about the lore behind its forme change (I'm assuming it is making temporary extra bodies, not actually calling in a school, especially since the other fish that make up its body do not look like the original).

For the new Alolan forms, I am rather unimpressed with Meowth given the only real difference seems to be color (and perhaps smaller eyes), but I don't dislike it either.
Alolan Marowak is nice, the physical changes are nicely incorporated (a much thinner, lighter body plus that mark on its forehead). I am also glad its lore has nothing to do with the silly belief that its common for Marowak mothers to die/all Cubone wear the skulls of their mothers.
On that note, the Alolan forms are havign quite a nice diversity in the things that have caused them to change. We have adapting to different habitats (Vulpix and Sandshrew lines), utilizing an ideal climate (Exeggutor), adapting to resist predators (Marowak), and human selective breeding (Meowth).

Another new Pokemon has been revealed by CoroCoro and it's based on the sea cucumber (although, for some reason, it's designed after the sea bunny slug)-  |

Its a nice, simple design. I hope it evolves into one of the larger, more ornate sea cucumbers though.

I need to correct myself; I meant to say that new Pokémon is partly designed after a sea bunny, as the majority of it is clearly a sea cucumber.
So several images from the trailer that will be shown on Friday have been leaked. I am not going to post them, but instead wait for the trailer.
Because I really don't see the point in posting the images separately when you can just see them all together (and animated) in an entire video.
Also parts of the trailer were leaked, but it's in parts and in terribly quality with no sound. I rather post the whole, good quality video, with sound.

Also a Raichu who has blue eyes, psychic powers and who can surf? ....Well, it looks like Puka has evolved. Really though, I was pleased when I saw Alolan Raichu, it's so cute and I'm excited for the new type combination that is Electric/Psychic. It's going on my team. My comment copied and slightly edited from another forum: I think the sandcastles and Bewear's pre-evolution are rather meh. Pyukumuku and Charlie Brown Fish are okay, I guess, but why couldn't they just make Chuck evolve? All these Forms are getting out of hand. As for Morelull, it's yet another Grass-type with terrible Abilities. Whoop-de-fucking-doo. Alolan Meowth looks nice, but I doubt I'll use it. Alolan Marowak looks awesome, though. It's definitely my favorite Alolan Form so far and evolved Puka is a close second. I love that Alolan Raichu's Ability is called Surge Surfer, but too bad it will be useless unless you teach it Electric Terrain or use Tapu Koko. Which I won't. Anyway, what really caught my interest in the latest trailer was naturally Team Skull. I've seen so many Undertale jokes already, but I don't mind. I think Team Skull have great designs and suddenly Plumeria became my favorite villainess. She's hot and a great big sister, what's there not to love? You know, except the fact that she's evil. As for Guzma, it seems that he's mad because he wasn't able to become a Trial Captain and now he vents by causing trouble with his Team. I like it - it's nice and simple. Of course, if it turns out that Team Skull has a secret evil plan to blow up the sun/moon or something insane like that, I wouldn't mind. As long as I get to kick their bony butts, I'm happy.  I'm really curious to see just how Z moves work. Many pokemon can already one-shot an opponent in the games simply by having type advantage, so these moves need something to make them worth using, especially since it means they can't use an item and the move can only be used once per battle. Other than the move being basically a guaranteed OHKO I don't know what could make it worthwhile over a mega stone or a conventional item, and even then it may not be worth it. Things I would hope would include: 1. They cannot miss in most circumstances. 2. They negates or reduce type resistance/immunity as well as ignoring abilities. 3. They provide some kind of buff to the user for the rest of the battle. 4. They somehow don't rely on the user's Attack or Special Attack (or instead rely on whichever stat is higher for the user), as otherwise many pokemon won't be able to make good use of them. Those are all very good ideas and I hope they come true. I didn't even consider some of them. I am also glad its lore has nothing to do with the silly belief that its common for Marowak mothers to die/all Cubone wear the skulls of their mothers. I dunno, I think that would have been kinda funny. The mother comes back from the dead to look after its child... Hmm, maybe not. What kind of name is Type: Null? It sounds stupid. The Pokémon itself looks pretty cool, though.
Alolan Rattata and Raticate don't interest me at all. I already know that is one of the Alolan Forms I'll skip.
Jangmo-o looks nice.
I'm glad Sina and Dexio are back. I always thought they had far too little screentime in X and Y. The only thing I remember about them is that they liked cosplaying as superheroes. As for the new human characters, I'll talk about them once I know more about them.

     Hm, UB-02 Beauty's design looks similar to Lusamine's. People speculated that Lusamine is or is connected to an Ultra Beast and it seems they might be right. People also say that Gladion is or might be connected to an Ultra Beast. It might be UB-02 Expansion, but I am not so sure as its body shape is very muscular. Now the reason why people speculate Lililie, Lusamine and Gladion as UBs is because they all don't want Pokémon to get hurt and they all have a similar look. |

  These new images make both forms of Lugarugan look more awesome and now I am torn between which one I want. This is the hardest decision I will make. |
