So, Swampert seems to have vanished and we're still missing guides for three older episodes that he was supposed to write. Any suggestions, Dodgemasters?

Apparently not! I guess we'll never get to read those three guides. That's a shame, since two of those episodes were quite good and also important.

I don't really mind being ignored, but I really think we should recruit more guide writers. I'd love to help you myself, but I'm terrible at writing funny stuff and I don't have quite as much free time as I'd like. Also, English is not my first language even though I'm fluent in it.

Lobsterguy will be doing the guides for the Korrina and Lucario arc, we just need to be patient for those ones.

And terribly sorry about my general lack of activity, the first week of school hit me like a sack of bricks and the week or two leading up to it was a group of tiny men tying me down to prepare to hit me with said sack. I dunno. I'm drunk. I'm considering just posting all five of the Korrina eps up at once, which I'll probs end up doing. |

It sure has been a long time. I did not get scared off (what for?). A few months ago, I started taking proficiency lessons for the English language in order to get that damned degree (English is not my first language either, although I am also fluent in it, but nowadays, you are getting nowhere in real life without a certificated degree), and so I have not had much free time or motivation to come up with good ideas and sit for 5+ hours at once to write them down.
I said in the past that I will very likely have a lot of free time this year, but this came as an essentially last-minute decision. I decided to get rid of this shit as soon as possible, so I will be finished with these exams on the end of this November once and (hopefully) for all. There is also a personal reason for my long-time absence, but this is not the place to discuss it. It is just a trivial additional information, in case you were thinking to yourselves that proficiency classes can't be the only reason why I've been absent for so long.
Currently, I am halfway through the Pokepuff episode guide. Is there any chance left for me to make up for my irresponsibility?

I can't help noticing that we're still missing guides for XY20, XY26, XY28 and XY30-XY35. That's nine guides. LUNI_TUNZ, you already got permission from Lobsterguy to cover all the episode guides Swampert has still not written, so I say you should do those before writing any more new guides. Swampert is super busy with exams and nowhere to be seen, so I doubt he'd care. Also, I would much rather read your episode guides than his.

Swampert said he'd be done with his exams by the end of November. I don't know about you, but I don't want to wait that long. You really should take over those guides, LT. You're our best guide writer and you actually write your guides on time. Besides, I shudder to think what Swampert's guide for the Poké Puff episode would be like. I can't believe this Saturday the dub for the first episode of the Summer Camp arc is airing. Yeah, the dub episodes are really close to the originals, aren't they? That episode aired in Japan less than two months ago. |
