Okay, I will try once more: Since America is the first one who gets the episodes from Japan, and then proceeds to send them to other countries, why does the United Kingdom (or any other country who airs episodes twice a week) not air episodes once a week, so that they can be on the same level with America?
Since America gets the episodes first, being ahead of it will only result in endless repetitions of older episodes. What is the purpose of all those re-airings?

JP: Peropuff and Peroream!! Don't Sugarcoat the Sweet Battle!?
US: A Battle by Any Other Name!
JP: Flabebe and the Fairy's Flower!
US: To Find a Fairy Flower!
Both episodes are set to air in the UK (28th and 29th June) before America.

That is just how the Japanese titles are like, they are always descriptive. While the dub titles explain little.
Actually that title is questioning if it will happen, but I'm keeping it spoiler tag as it's very likely to happen.

"Bonnie For The Defense!" was the last episode of the dub's 17th season, season 18 will probably/most likely start in February (just like the season before it).
